Hej czytacze! Długo nie pisałam. Za każdym razem kiedy myślę, że jestem w najczarniejszym miejscu w swoim życiu, życie niestety mnie negatywnie zaskakuje i okazuje się, że nigdy nie jest tak źle, aby nie mogło być gorzej. Nie wchodząc w szczegóły, bo i po co, przeżyłam pewną czwartkową noc, choć byłam już bliska niebycia. W porę otrzymałam pomoc, za którą jestem wdzięczna. Oraz - po wielu latach - właściwą diagnozę, dzięki czemu mogę się bardziej skutecznie leczyć. Uczę się żyć sama (nie mylić z samotna), choć nie jest to łatwe. Okazuje się bowiem, że lubię być z stadzie i wcale nie jestem takim introwertykiem jak do tej pory myślałam. Jak to się wszystko zmienia... Powolutku układam w głowie wszystkie klocki przeszłości, część wyrzucam, część rozbieram na jeszcze drobniejsze części. Ale nie wrócę już do nich nigdy. Przeszłość mnie nie definiuje, a przyszłości nie znam, więc staram się o niej nie myśleć. Liczy się to co tu i teraz. Muszę (i robię to!) wypracować prawidłowe schematy myślenia, nauczyć się ich od nowa, od samego dzieciństwa, od tych najprostszych prymitywnych potrzeb, które każde dziecko ma, i które muszą być zaspokojone. Jestem chodzącym chaosem i jestem dzięki temu wyjątkowa. Każdy jest. Fajnie jest być. Po prostu.

PS To zdjęcie zrobiłam dwa dni temu, kiedy to od kilku dni nie wynurzyłam się z łóżka rozkoszując się muzyką, netflixem i świeczkami sojowymi (i trochę popłakałam, tak już mam). Uważam, że wyszło całkiem nieźle. Jutro chyba wyjdę z domu :)
