Mmkay y’all so I need some help so you remember that DND idea I mentioned well it has since spiraled out of control and while I have decided I cannot include every state as NPC’s as that would be immensely stressful and feel forced, I decided I would at least do the original 13 along with some of the easier ones (Cal and Tex run rival pubs for instance) and I have something for everyone except Delaware so any suggestions would be very much appreciated as I’m drawing a big old blank.
