Building Your Dream Gaming PC: A Guide to Customization
Are you ready to level up your gaming experience? Gaming PC Builder could be the ultimate solution. Say goodbye to pre-built limitations and hello to a personalized powerhouse tailored to your gaming needs. But where do you start? How long does it take? And just how much RAM do you really need? Let's delve into the world of custom gaming PC building.
Firstly, let's address the burning question: how to make your own custom gaming PC? It's simpler than you might think. Begin by outlining your requirements. What games do you play? Are you a graphics aficionado or more concerned with speed and performance? Once you've identified your needs, it's time to choose your components. From processors to graphics cards, motherboards to cooling systems, the options are endless. Research is key here – ensure compatibility between your chosen parts and consider future upgrades.
Tumblr media
Now, onto the time factor. How long does it take to build a custom gaming PC? Well, it varies. For seasoned builders, a few hours might suffice. However, if you're new to the game, expect to invest a bit more time. Building a PC is akin to assembling a complex puzzle – each piece must fit perfectly. Factor in time for troubleshooting and cable management, and you're looking at a weekend project rather than an afternoon task. Patience is key, but the satisfaction of booting up your custom creation makes it all worthwhile.
Ah, RAM – the unsung hero of gaming performance. But just how much RAM do you need? The answer depends on your gaming habits and budget. For most gamers, 8GB is the minimum requirement, providing a decent gaming experience for casual play. However, if you're delving into more demanding titles or multitasking while gaming, opt for 16GB or even 32GB for future-proofing. Remember, RAM isn't just about quantity – quality matters too. Invest in reputable brands for optimal performance and reliability.
Assembling your custom gaming PC is only half the battle. Proper setup and maintenance are crucial for longevity and performance. Ensure adequate airflow within your case to prevent overheating, and regularly clean dust build-up from fans and components. Keep your drivers updated for seamless gaming experiences, and don't forget to backup your data regularly – just in case. In conclusion, building your own custom gaming PC is a rewarding journey. From selecting components to fine-tuning performance, every step brings you closer to your dream setup. So, roll up your sleeves, gather your parts, and embark on the adventure of PC building. With a bit of patience and a whole lot of passion, you'll soon be powering up your personalized gaming rig and immersing yourself in your favorite virtual worlds like never before.

Playing Minecraft with Ellie Williams
x Builder!Reader short headcanon list
Loser!Ellie makes an appearance if you squint
Tumblr media
ꕥ HOPE YOU ENJOY! ꕥ
My rules for requests and characters I can write for
TLOU Masterlist
Ellie Williams dating playlist made by yours truly
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A/n: Hi lovelies! Lia here, this post is completely self-indulgent because I was playing Minecraft earlier and thought of this. I am so obsessed with the Cherry blossom biome shit that I've literally been building with it nonstop. Little update, more Cod and Resident Evil content to be posted soon.
Disclaimers/warnings: OOC?, Unrealistic, I'm so sorry but English is not my first language so please don't come after me.
Tumblr media
ꕥ Ellie who is definitely the one carrying the both of you during playing.
ꕥ She's the miner and you're the builder situation, she's over in the mines slaying mobs and collecting loot while you're all the way up in the quaint little survival base you built.
ꕥ Beds next to each other for sure, Ellie insists. You want your own room? Not happening, y'all are sharing one room. Dyes her bed green and effortlessly finding dyes so that you can have your favorite color as your bed.
ꕥ "Babe, look what I found!" Que to her doing the little Minecraft crouch and giving you a flower she found while exploring.
ꕥ Said flower is now proudly displayed in a pot at the kitchen area.
ꕥ Doesn't care if it's corny, you're Minecraft character will virtually kiss hers while little "mwah <3" messages pop up on the chat.
ꕥ Nerd Ellie who custom made Minecraft skins so that they both looked like you guys. (Meanwhile Jesse has a default Steve one)
ꕥ She's a completely different person when gaming with Jesse than she is gaming with you. She would literally spawn kill him just to piss him off but she'd literally hold a little fake funeral if you died (not by her hand, never by hers) and you'd respawn and see a little makeshift graveyard next to your guys' house.
ꕥ Has done speedruns before but she'd rather just chill with you. Whenever you're not around to game with her, she does little things that don't affect the build but definitely something you'll notice when you're back.
ꕥ When it's all four of you playing, you, Ellie, Dina and Jesse. It's automatic that you're always with Ellie. Jesse once accidentally killed your dog and Ellie was pissed, like "purposefully lagging his game" pissed.
ꕥ She definitely steals loot from Jesse. Poor Jesse is always the victim of the shenanigans of the sever while Dina is chilling and doing her own thing.
ꕥ Wants you on her lap whenever you're gaming, though that would be difficult if you gamed on PC so maybe keep it on mobile.
ꕥ Ellie who had to convince you to on survival with her because you always just played on creative. She promised to protect you from the scary mobs, especially creepers.
ꕥ Need materials? You got it, doesn't matter if she has to go to the end or the nether she'll go and get you what you need.
ꕥ Asks you to cook the items she hunted, joking around while with Jesse in the mines (she has lured him into lava more times than you can count) telling him she needs to go back home to her wife (you of course).
ꕥ Loser!Ellie who literally prefers gaming with you rather than anyone else, it's one of her most favorite ways to spend time with you.
ꕥ Ellie who notices how much you love the cherry blossom biome so she makes an effort to get you materials to build with. Saplings, planks, and logs. You name it, she'll get it. Even going as far as to plant it around your guys' house.
ꕥ Always leaves signs around whenever she leaves without your knowledge, she once left a sign out in your garden with "I love you - Ells <3" and you've never taken it off. It just stayed there, being part of the aesthetic of the house you made together.
ꕥ Knows random ass Minecraft facts and tells you whenever something reminds her of it. Not that you mind, you love listening to her.
ꕥ Finds mods that she thinks you'll like, if she doesn't find it she'll try to make her own mods but it's never really successful. At least she tried <3

Question from a guy thats stupid and doesn't know anything about computers. How do i start learning more? Like i would say i know the basics but thats it,do you have a source or something that you use ? (Again sorry if the question is stupid i just don't know)
Not a stupid question at all!
The basic resources are JayzTwoCents, Gamer's Nexus, and LinusTechTips. I've ordered them by reliability there.
When it comes to picking parts, which I suspect you might be struggling with, there's a lot to consider. Websites like PCPartPicker, PC Bottleneck Calculator, and videocardbenchmark are all fantastic resources.
Here are a few things from me to you, though:
1. NVIDIA are evil; if you want a GeForce card, buy refurbished. Also, 40 series cards are WAY overpriced for what you're getting. I'll always recommend AMD's Radeons anyways though, since they have way more VRAM.
2. Intel are selling snake oil right now and I wouldn't buy anything from them. AMD's Ryzen chips would be my choice even if Intel weren't being scammers right now.
3. ASUS have been consistantly fucking over their customers for a few months, so don't buy from them (especially their motherboards and graphics cards). JayzTwoCents literally banned them as a sponsor because of their horseshit and faulty products.
4. Research manufacturers just as much as you research the parts themselves! MSI is the king of the game right now, but everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. For exams, Gigabyte uses a concerning amount of ABS plastic, ASUS are pulling an Apple, and Zotac can be pretty inconsistent.
5. If you're buying a pre-built (which I wouldn't recommend, but you do you), research the builder and read as many reviews as possible. I know Build Redux is big right now because they sponsored LTT a bunch, but their shipping materials are cheap and reviews say that computers are being delivered broken. Digital Storm overprice the FUCK out of everything, iBuyPower are filthy liars, and Alienware pre-builts are built so odd that it'll be hard to do maintenance or upgrades later on.
Oh, and take everything with a grain of salt. Things change frequently, so there's a decent chance that certain brands or products are better or worse than a few months ago.
And if you have specific questions, ask them specifically! "What graphics card should I buy?" Is a very different question than "what's a good graphics card to pair with my cpu?"

The Sims 4: New Game Patch (January 31st, 2023)
There’s a new Sims 4 update available for PC/Mac and Consoles. PC: 1.95.207.1030 / Mac: 1.95.207.1230 / Console: Version 1.69
Hello Simmers
Following hot on the heels of the last update we have another one for you, this time we are putting a bit of a focus on the console version of The Sims 4, streamlining some key interfaces for easier controller interaction. While you can use a mouse and keyboard on both PlayStation and Xbox versions of The Sims 4, most console Simmers love to sit back with a controller; these updates are a small part of a larger ongoing focus to improve the console experience for all.
We also continue to invite all console Simmers to give us your thoughts and feedback on playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation and Xbox (especially with a controller) over on Answers HQ, where we have had some excellent feedback so far that the team is reviewing.
Not playing on console? No problem, we have some new content and fixes for everyone in this update as well. So let’s kick things off and see what’s new.
What’s New?
We have so much new stuff with this release and we can’t wait to dive in and tell you all about it. We do want to make a quick note that while we have added quite a few new assets, these are purely visual and don’t add new gameplay functionality. Now, let’s get to the good stuff.
Medical Wearables
There’s a new Medical Wearables category under Body and Face Accessories in Create a Sim.
Select the Sims face and then select Accessories to find the Medical Wearables category that contains a new hearing aid for your Toddler or older Sims. This medical wearable comes in fifteen color variants, and can be assigned to your Sims right, left or both ears.
The Medical Wearables category can also be found by selecting the Sims body and then selecting the Body category. Here you can find Glucose Monitors for your Child and older Sims that can be added to your Sims right and left arm, and to your Sims lower abdomen on the right or left side as well.
Top Surgery Scar
Under the same Body category, all players can find a Body Scars category with an option for Teen and older male Sims (masculine or feminine frame) to add a Top Surgery Scar to their Sims.
Binders and Shapewear
With this update, players can find two new assets in Create a Sim. Under the Tanks, in the Tops category, you will find a Binder top asset for your Teen and older Sims. In the Underwear category for Bottoms, there is a new shapewear asset for your Sims as well!
Let there be Light Switches!
For our builders who have long desired to complete that perfect room, a new light switch is now available in Build Mode!
Tumblr media
UI Placement comes to PlayStation
Previously, The Sims 4 on PlayStation required Simmers to calibrate their screen settings at a system level by going to the consoles Settings > Sound and Screen > Display Area Settings and configuring the display.
This option will continue to work but now, PlayStation Simmers will be able to adjust the UI placement. The wizard will run during the initial launch of The Sims 4 or can be manually initiated from Game Options > Other .
We still recommend you calibrate your Display Area Settings through your PlayStation settings.
Cursor Scaling
Simmers can now adjust the size of the cursor on both PlayStation and Xbox when displayed in virtual cursor mode on your controller, or while you are using a mouse and keyboard to play.
This additional level of customization allows you to have a larger cursor without needing to scale up all of the game UI. This should make it easier to see even when you’re kicking back, relaxing in your favorite seat looking at the TV screen across the room.
You can adjust the cursor size in game by going to Game Options > Accessibility.
Console Build Mode Improvements
Jumping into Build Mode will feel a little different… well OK, a lot different. Now the Catalog is opened by default and STAYS open as you grab items and interact with the lot. You no longer need to reopen the Catalog and re-navigate to the menu you were in every. single. time.
Regardless of which cursor mode you’re in, you can seamlessly interact with either the Catalog or lot, which aligns our console experience more closely to that on PC.
Console Build Mode Guidance System
If you are a new player or have the Guidance System enabled, the help you received from Emily in CAS and Live Mode will continue through to Build Mode. If you aren’t familiar with building, using the tools, or how to find the right looking object and place it exactly where you want it, Emily will be there to guide you around Build Mode to help you unleash your creativity.
Controls and Navigation Updates
While we have kept the ability to toggle control methods by tapping the Touch Pad on PlayStation or View button on Xbox, we have reduced the amount of times we switch between the two modes automatically.
Since we are talking about toggling the control methods, if you have the Controls Legend enabled in Game Options > Other, we now show a prompt for Toggle Cursor at the top. Not only that, next to the prompt is a little reminder of which control scheme you are currently using.
We have also added controller shortcuts to some dialogs and screens to help simplify and speed up navigating the game. These button prompts are displayed on supported screens and can be used where usually you would have a lot of scrolling to get to the Confirm or Cancel button.
Bug Fixes Base Game
Toddlers can do strange things sometimes, but bathing with their slippers on shouldn’t be one. Now their feet will get clean, just like the rest of them.
The Venue Info icon in the top left of your screen contains a lot of useful information but it doesn’t mean it should always display as new. Now the icon flair will only show when something is actually new.
Sims made through CAS Stories with Starting Funds ‘High’ should now get 30k Simoelons instead of the standard 20k for their household fund.
Sims love a good makeover, but when switching Styled Looks in CAS it’s taking it a bit far your Sim’s appearance changes, not just their outfits. Styled Looks will now update just the outfit your Sim is wearing and not make them a totally different Sim.
When adjusting the physical frame of your Sim while using Bantu Knots (yfHair_SDX019BantuKnots) or Two Strand Twist (ymHair_SDX019TwoStrandTwists) hairstyles, you will continue to see the Plumbob icon on the thumbnail as a reminder of the fantastic collaboration we did with DeeSims to bring those styles to everyone.
The goals during the Parenting Predicaments scenario will reflect a child Sim aging up to a teen after blowing out the birthday candles and progressing the scenario.
Child Sims getting at least a B grade average at school will be recognized for their achievements by progressing the Parenting Predicaments scenario objectives.
If your Sims reach level 5 in one of Sofia and Leonardo’s skills before the goal activates in the Parenting Predicaments scenario, it’ll be accurately marked as meeting the criteria.
Also related – teenagers have aspirations (apparently waking up before noon doesn’t count) but in the Parenting Predicaments scenario teens are able to complete the teenage aspirations goal.
Some say it’s a conspiracy, some say the aliens got fed up with the parents and just sent them home, others just think it was a bug. Either way, parents should no longer return midway through the Aliens Stole My Parents scenario when traveling off the lot and back again.
Stuck in the Shadow wasn’t intended to actually get you stuck…. Completing the Scenario should now complete once the goals have been achieved.
Emily likes to help Simmers get a head start, but it seems she was a little too eager and prevented Scenario goals from displaying in CAS if she hadn’t been seen previously. Now if you haven’t seen Emily yet, and start a new Scenario you will have your goals displayed so you can create the perfect household to take on the challenges ahead. Emily will be there if you need her later.
Seasoned Simmers who don’t need Emily’s help and choose to disable the Guidance System, in the Game Options, while in CAS will no longer run into an issue where you cannot create a Sim due to the options being inaccessible.
Merging Sims from the Gallery while Emily was guiding you through CAS will no longer prevent Emily from explaining the final parts of the CAS Guidance System.
Entering CAS from the Simology option will not prevent you from creating a Sim Story.
While using the Guidance System to customize your own Sim, Add New Sim will not be available until you have completed your Sim customization tutorial or opted out of the tips.
Some tips in Build Mode prevented you from accessing features like Bulldoze and Save to My Library; all the options are selectable again.
Sims with customized frames should have a full set of fingernails to pick from, including those from packs.
City Living
Being an Interior Decorator can be tough, it’s made even more difficult if you can’t get in. Sims picking up a gig at a penthouse will now be able to knock on the door and get in to work their style magic.
If there is one main thing you would expect Illuminating Pillars to do, it’s illuminate! Well we changed some bulbs, got shocked once or twice, checked the wiring and now they should be good to go.
Get Famous
After our previous update which brought a new look to Lessons and a bigger, easier to read layout, it unexpectedly caused long Lesson titles to extend beyond the boundaries of the box in some languages. The titles should now all fit in their designated spaces and be fully readable by all.
Eco Lifestyle
The Perfect Plumbob Ceiling Fan, Sandstorm Ceiling Fan, Dizzy Palms Ceiling Fan now all come with a power consumption rating.
High School Years
Sims wearing the yfAcc_NecklaceEP12Beaded_SolidRainbowLt necklace should no longer see it floating near them when zooming the camera. We must have forgotten to remove the levitation enchantment, sorry about that!
Paranormal
Sims making a living as a Paranormal Investigator and autonomously visiting San Myshuno often found that doors were missing from apartments unless you were in Walls Up view. Doors should now show up as expected. But are they really there? Someone should investigate! Spoooooky!
Bust the Dust
Dust and Dust Bunnies will show up after a reload, now where did I put that Dust Dandy Cordless Vacuum?
Outdoor Retreat
We learned a lesson and that lesson is that our lessons should have Titles. Outdoor Retreat should show up under Lessons as expected and no longer be a mystery category.

Discover Planetiles: Turning Barren Planets into Thriving Worlds
Tumblr media
Planetiles trailer releases for the serene city builder game for Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. Thanks to the MythicOwl crew for their exceptional skills and creativity. Due to make its way onto Steam soon. Let's talk about Planetiles trailer for the serene city builder that's all about making barren planets come alive. Created by MythicOwl, who have already won some awards for their past work. The big news is that the launch is hitting Steam on April 3rd, and it's packed with new content. So, what's Planetiles trailer all about? It shows the space strategy where your job is to turn empty planets into thriving worlds. It's super cozy, but don't think it's a walk in the park. You'll face some tough missions and unpredictable space events, like cataclysms, that'll keep you on your toes. The core of game is about placing tiles strategically on different types of planets. This isn't just for looks; since placed tiles can earn you bonuses and unlockables, like tile skins and other customization options. Say you're crafting a forest - the number of fields you use or creating something unique like an oasis has different perks. Which also depends on your quests and how far you've progressed.
Planetiles - Release Date Announcement Trailer
youtube
And here's something I'm looking forward to is the Sandbox Mode. This was a big request from players, and MythicOwl have delivered. In this mode, you can just chill out and build. You've got infinite tiles, no high score pressure, and no missions. It's all about relaxing and building in space. Let's talk features. You've got this tile-based system where you're nurturing vibrant ecosystems in space. The trailer gives a brief look into the missions which are due to be challenging, and you've got to handle disasters in Planetiles as well. There's a variety of planet types and sizes, adding variety to your strategy. The game also has a roguelite progression, meaning each playthrough can be different with various perks and tech upgrades. Another addition is Photomode. Ever wanted to see your planet creations up close? Now you can, with a first-person view that's been unlocked for this mode. What I like in this trailer is how your choices in Planetiles literally shape the landscape. You start with a few trees and can end up with a lush forest, creating different biomes with your tile placements. There's no real endgame, so you can keep moving between planets, building and tweaking to your heart's content. So, the Planetiles trailer doesn't just show off a serene city builder. It's also a blend of strategy, creativity, and chilling out in space, all wrapped up in a title that's as challenging as it is relaxing. All coming to Steam on April 3rd via Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. You can also try the Linux Demo as well.

Kleo's Wisdom 01
Tumblr media
You're gonna hear to grow up, mature and be an adult often, usually from your parents. What they actually mean is 'Do as I say and stop complaining, complaining is childish' and that's a bullshit. That's not being grown up, mature or adult.
Being grown up, mature and act like an adult means you have found your path, you feel confident in your own skin, you build your life the way you want it to be, you fight for what matters to you and you are able to recognize the pointless battles and avoid them to protect your energy. It also means to complain much much more. I don't remember raising so many complaints as I do now when I was a child. As an adult, you complain about things that matter to you because you have grown up and have the idea of how things should and shouldn't be. As an adult, you don't need to follow other people's orders because you are perfectly capable of navigating through your life on your own.
Immature people follow what their parents say and don't complain because they know no better.
So next time somebody tells you to grow up, mature and act like and adult... Do just that! Be yourself! Have your opinions. Walk your path. I'm not saying you should be disrespectful or violent but try to actually think about what it means to be an adult. Adulting is in no way easy but it's a stage we all should reach at certain point and everyone matures in a different way and speed. Respect that.
Being an adult means you CAN have a Barbie doll and stuffed animals collection. You CAN spend evening playing board games instead of going clubing. You CAN eat ice cream sundae for breakfast on Tuesday because nobody can stop you. You're an adult. And you will pay for not eating healthy balanced diet anyway. 😂You CAN play with rubber duck while enjoying bubble bath and sing songs from Seasame Street while doing so. You CAN watch Bob the Builder in the morning while dressing up smartly for the day in the office. That's the thing about adulthood - You CAN do things you like because you're an adult! You know you have to go to work to earn some living but nobody says you can't take a one day vacation without telling your friends and family and just spend the day on your own by PC playing The Sims. If that's what makes you happy, then you CAN do it. Adulthood is not ONLY about being responsible and smart and serious and dedicated and hardworking. It's good if you are all that but you can also have fun, be yourself, disregard other people's opinions (as long as you don't hurt anyone and don't break the law).
Adulthood is the scariest hood but it's worth it! I know that this will sound like an utopia to many of my teenage followers but life actually gets better once you're an adult. Suddenly you are in charge of your life and while it might be tough in the beginning and you might feel like everything is slipping out of your hands and you have no idea what to do... You'll figure it out. Some things pretty soon, some will remain a challenge for longer but you will get to the point where you will be able to live your life your way. 😊 I'm not saying it's gonna be easy - You're going to be responsible for yourself as your relatives will grow old, you probably will be responsible for them as well, you will have to deal with difficult coworkers or customers or neighbours, you will start to be afraid of light because of paying electricity bills, your guts will suffer for days if you eat unhealthy food, you will get genuinelly furious when you want to cook something but your favourite spatula is in a running dishwasher at the moment and you will consider ibuprofen girl's best friend instead of diamonds because those shiny gems are useless for period cramps while you have to maintain smiley face on a company meeting where you do presentation. So yes, being an adult, doesn't mean you always do what you are told and it certainly doesn't mean stopping complaining and whining.
I'm sorry if this came out of the blue but I felt a sudden urge to share.
These are purely my opinions and experiences, please don't come to bash me in my inbox. Being an adult means respecting other people's opinions. 😉
If you have read this far, you're truly... BORED! 🤣
Have a great time!
What is your experience with growing up?

get to know me (sims edition)
thank you so much to @dandylion240 for tagging me!! <3
i feel like everyone has done this bad boy by now, so i don't know who to tag, but please consider yourself tagged if you see this and want to do it!
what's your favorite sims death?
ngl i love the jelly bean death from TS3. when i was younger, if i got bored of a sim, i'd just feed them jelly beans over and over until they kicked the bucket and i could get rid of them.
if not the jelly bean death, then mummy's curse! it's way too easy to get sims cured of it, though, so you really have to commit to letting them suffer through it.
alpha cc or maxis match?
i'd say somewhere in between! i much prefer maxis match, but i'll use alpha occasionally. if i do, it's probably for specific clothing items that no one has made in mm style yet.
do you cheat your sims weight?
for story sims, yes. for gameplay sims, no. i really don't care about it in gameplay and i just let my sims look like what they look like. but in my story, i do cheat it because i keep VERY tight control over those characters. i like continuity and making sure everyone sticks to their canon, but also, when things do change, i like to plan for that to happen in the narrative at a logical point in time for the character.
do you move objects?
constantly!
favorite mod?
literally anything that gives me god-like control over my sims. NRaas and MCCC are my loves <3
first expansion pack?
it was world adventures for TS3.
i remember when i bought the base game on PC for the first time. picture it - september 2012. supernatural just released, seasons is on the way. everyone and their mother is watching lifesimmer. i played one household, an opposites attract couple. i got bored, killed the husband, and then never touched the game again.
at least, i didn't touch it until i watched LGR's reviews and bought world adventures! yay, interest revived.
do you pronounce live mode as aLIVE or LIVing?
i always say it like "liv"
who's your favorite sim you've ever made?
unequivocally, it's grant <3 my beloved
also his future love interest, who i will continue to tease simblr with by vague posting about them
have you made a simself?
yes, but i never play my simself or use them for anything.
what is your favorite EA hair color?
black or red, 100% - they look amazing on every single sim. like i challenge myself to find a sim who doesn't look good in black or red hair. i don't think it'll happen!
i love the unnaturals, too, but more in TS3 because i can customize them to my heart's desire and give sims their natural root color.
also unpopular opinion but in TS4, the original blue black is wayyyyy better than the new one!
favorite EA hair?
honestly, just the curly hairs. me and giving sims in every game curly hair are an inseparable duo
favorite life stage?
you know, i don't think i have one favorite, but i can tell you which one i hate. i HATE playing as kids. they can't do anything and they're not interesting and their clothing options are horrible. babies, infants, toddlers, teens - all okay! kids? NOPE BORING
yes, i would rather play with a burrito or bassinet baby than a kid.
the kids are slightly better in TS3 because i feel like it's easier to get them to make friends, plus i can ship them off to boarding school if i really want to, but they're still not interesting...
are you a builder or in it for the gameplay?
gameplay and stories all the way, baby. i hate building. will i do it occasionally? sure. does it make me want to eat my monitor so i never have to stare at my poor life decisions ever again? yes!
are you a cc creator?
yes and no. i love doing recolors tbh but most of them end up being only for my private game. i've not shared very much on here publicly. i always want to and then i forget or just don't feel like cleaning up my files to be sharable.
do you have any simblr friends?
a few, yes! i'm very shy and short on free time to browse tumblr so i suck at reaching out, but i've made a few amazing friends and lots of close mutuals, i'd say. i'm always wanting to make friends on here, though, so hey y'all, let's be besties! if i follow you, i treasure you. trust me!
do you have any sims merch?
i've never seen sims merch to begin with?
do you have a youtube for sims?
i've had two LMAO. i had one as a kid where i uploaded gameplay clips. i had one video get a decent set of views (okay, like a hundred or something, idk) where i did a world adventures time lapse.
and then i started another one in like 2019? i did speed CAS and decorating videos in TS3. i deleted all the videos, though. i did think about reviving that channel a while back and doing let's plays for sims and RPGs, but then i got paranoid about people hearing my voice. i had the mic and everything ready, left over from a school project.
you know, sometimes i still think about using that channel but i probably won't.
how has your sim style changed throughout your years of playing?
i don't know. i think they've always looked kind of the same. i always lean towards making sims with freckles, big eyes, long noses, curly hair, and who aren't skinny and never wear a color other than black. if you ever see a sim of mine with features that deviate from those, just know that it was a severe struggle and concerted effort to do so.
what's your origin ID?
i'm not giving that out to the whole wide world. though, you can DM me for it if we're mutuals and you want it for any reason!
who's your favorite cc creator?
i love rusty-sims and sifix because they make absolute top-tier formalwear cc. formal is my least favorite outfit category in any sims game and they make it so much easier to work with <3
how long have you had simblr?
this particular one? since december 2021.
how do you edit your pictures?
basically not at all. i use gimp to crop and add borders, then photopea to add text on my story posts.
what expansion pack is your favorite?
it's definitely not world adventures. what do you mean it's world adventures? i've never ever ever mentioned on this blog or in this post that i love world adventures. i don't know where that assertion is coming from!
it's world adventures
