the vees take up such a unique antagonistic role in hazbin. they're so silly and pathetic except in specific bursts of competence. but even those moments are overshadowed by the way they just brute force everything. vox lost his own diss track against alastor. velvette didn't even do anything with the information she gathered at the overlord meeting. the more valentino lashes out like a child the more he loses control of angel. the person they picked to infiltrate the hotel ended up becoming its very proof of concept. they sung gleefully about the power vaccuum created by alastor's absence only for alastor to reappear 30 seconds later. what are they even doing. they're like an extremely unhinged team rocket

house hates being pitied up until he can weaponize his disability and it's honestly kind of a serve. he got wilson to get under the sink just by being a little pathetic for a second. like wilson just took over like fine i'm doing this now just give me the thing (getting on his knees in his nice pressed slacks)

i love the tower princes. i love that there’s absolutely no way in hell that this friendship is even remotely good for either of them. love that they assuredly are making each other SO much worse with every second they spend together.

[ID: A colourless, digital Trigun comic of Vash and Wolfwood talking about Wolfwood's scars. They're both laying in bed and topless. Vash lays on top of Wolfwood, playing with the rosary around his neck. Then, Vash kisses a spot on Wolfwood's chest. Wolfwood asks, "What are you doing?" Vash smiles sadly, "You got shot here. In the last town we visited. You didn't even bother moving."

Vash props himself up over Wolfwood, who frowns slightly. Wolfwood is quiet for a moment before he says, "You remember that, huh?" Vash grabs Wolfwood's left wrist and brings it to his face. "And here." He kisses another spot there. "When you helped free the hostages from that robber..." Wolfwood dismissively says, looking away, "Was a lucky shot." Vash huffs, “Don’t brag. Jeez.”

Half of Wolfwood's expression is shown, eyes returning to Vash who is now sitting up, continuing to say, "And..." Vash goes on and kiss Wolfwood's right palm. "You got cut here, even though that girl was aiming at me." A moment from the past flashes, of Wolfwood grabbing a knife aimed at Vash, his hand bleeding.

At present, Vash moves down and puts another kiss on Wolfwood's right shoulder. "And here, from watching my back." Another memory flashes of Wolfwood and Vash back to back. Vash looks back as Wolfwood grins while holding Punisher, bleeding from multiple gunshots in his shoulder.

"And," Vash combs up Wolfwood's hair to reveal his forehead, "Here." A final memory shows Wolfwood with a regeneration vial in his mouth while getting shot on his temple. The next panel is framed in blood with Vash at the center, eyes wide and stunned in horror. The next panel is a closed up shot of Wolfwood's eye, locked on Vash's face.

Back to present, Vash’s head is bowed down as Wolfwood raises a hand to his nape and says, “Spikey.”

Wolfwood looks serious and frowns as he says, "We talked about this. Those were my decisions. They're not there anymore. Forget about them." Vash looks very sad before he smiles ruefully and says, "I still see them. All the time." He leans down so they touch foreheads. Wolfwood’s sorrowful expression can be seen as Vash says, "You protect so much. I could never forget what you've done to me. And many others..."

In the last image, they're drawn more cartoonishly. Wolfwood sweats and asks, "You don't actually remember every wound, right?" Vash points at a spot on his chest. "Kuroneko left a scratch here 7 times." Wolfwood, startled, says, "Why the hell are you keeping count—" End ID]

everyone teases spencer reid for his new haircut, the 'boyband' hair, as hotch so lovingly dubbed it. you can't stop staring, though. you had to physically restrict your jaw from falling to the floor when you saw him walk into the conference room, floppy curls falling into his eyes. you were the only one that didn't laugh at hotch's comment, too in awe of the man before you. you're able to tell him as such at the tiny bar on the jet. you approach him while he makes his coffee, pouring extra sugar that he most definitely does not need into a plastic resin cup. cramped into a small corner, nobody can hear you as you dote on him, coating him in sugary sweet compliments: how much you adore his new hair, how you want him to never change it. your heart races when you see the pink adorning his cheeks, the clamminess of his fidgeting hands, trying to find something to do while he sits there and just takes. takes your kindness, your care, your love. not that you’re in love with him, right?

you know what hill i'll die on? terzo is not the sluttiest emeritus

I mean sure, he's the most dramatic and the most outspoken about sex, and he gave us Mummy Dust which is its own discussion-- but I sincerely don't see him, in his private life, being so promiscuous. Like out of all of them, I'm the most certain Terzo would be either monogamous or have a few regular partners at most, but I don't think he'd be big on casual flings. Frankly I don't even see him having sex that much at this point, he seems more attached to it as a concept than an actual activity he regularly engages in.

You know who's the inverse of that, though? The one Tobias himself calls a pervert? Secondo. There's your whore. I know he looks big and mean and authoritary but let's be honest, half of Infestissumam is about ritual sex and he's out in Vegas on the regular with more women than he can reliably satisfy. He says it himself that he became Papa because "he likes a sexy beat". THERE'S THE EMERITUS WHORE, AND I'M CERTAIN OF IT

So... this is the next part of the Shakarian comic, but it's not the big one I said would come next. I've made the decision to put that on the back burner for now and pick away at it a lot more slowly while I continue on with what I originally had planned. The next thing you see from me will likely be the Joker-centric part I mentioned a while back, but for now please enjoy this rare coloured comic in the meantime.

You know what things in Love for Love's Sake finale make me go crazy?

The fact that Myungha worked three part-time jobs to earn 300k won and he bought back Yewoon's trophies and medals (that his abusive father sold to get more drinks). Myungha thought it would help him reach his goal and make Yeowoon happy, but he didn't ask Yeowoon if that's what he wanted! Which led to Yewoon rejecting his effort and leaving him in tears because he wanted Myungha with him, equal and loving, not working and being unreachable as a parental figure. Talk about completing the side missions but failing the main quest.

The fact that Yeowoon passed by the ice cream store, not buying their meaningful ice cream because Myungha wasn't around.

But when Myungha disappeared, he kept bulk buying and eating rice with curry because that's the dish that Myungha used to make him, even if Yeowoon barely rembered it.

And what about THIS heartbreaking parallel? One trip to the sea to end your life, and the second one is to start a new and happy life.

(and those bubbles in dark water! I thought at first Myungha and Sunbae were discussing phylosophical and life questions in front of an aquarium or just a funky screensaver but no, it's never that simple with this show!)

(i am not going to bring up the parallel between Myungha going to see his mother twice because it recontextualizes everything even more and it'll be too sad)

TALKING ABOUT MORE PARALLELS, Yeowoon happily responding that he's running to find his "blorbo" perfectly circled back to the beginning of the story, of the game. Again, I'm insane about how good and solid writing of this story is.

Been doing a plot overhaul of Ghosts of Gotham and the time line is getting wild but at least I have the general vibes of each of the four big plot lines figured out:
