Fableman Farm: An 1890s Decades Starter

Built circa 1880, this family farmhouse is ready to welcome its next owner. It’s complete with everything a young Victorian family may need, from a cozy parlor, to a fully functioning kitchen, a state of the art outhouse, and even two bedrooms upstairs.

The lot is originally built in Brindleton Bay, but it will also work in Willow Creek, Moonwood Mill, Copperdale, Henford-on-Bagley, Windenburg, and even Strangerville. It is also intended to function well in a decades challenge, so it is completely off the grid and decorated in an 1890s style. I have also included a cross stitch basket, chicken coop, farming plots, books, and even seeds to get your decades sims started.

As usual, it is CC free so that everyone can download it, but please feel free to redecorate it or redesign it, just tag me if you do use it so I can see your lovely pixels enjoying it too!

This is my first build I'm showcasing called Hound's Head Country Club in the illustrious Bridleton Bay. Inspired by the Golf Resorts in the Carolinas. This build comes with tons of amenities including:

I have attached the CC list and blueprint download HERE. It is a big file (1.2GB), but that's because some of the sets I have merged in my Mods folder.

Brownstone apartments By softle0

Apartment units located in Sable square. Nine units in total. Different sizes and number of rooms. This lot was originally created by Plumbob Kingdom since I'm using his save file as base for my personal save file. I converted it into a residential lot. All the credits for the park goes for him. Since I saw this beautiful lot I decided to build some apartments in here.

some more of my favorite shots of the boudreaux home. i always struggle with decorating in this game, but there's so many things about this home that i love. i did my best to make it beautiful while still making it look and feel like the big family home that it is. also, i'm obsessed with photo walls (in real life and in sims), they just make a home feel more personal & i love being able to look back at all the moments i've experienced with this household.

Chapter 14 - Whisperings and Whims

Agnes spent her morning eavesdropping at the Black’s door, trying to find some more information about their wrongdoing. She was pretty sure she could hear a woman’s voice in there. Did one of those dreadful boys have a floosy over? In her apartments?

She was interrupted however by the most pitiful yowl: it was Demeter who had clearly contracted some terrible disease!

Cursing something unintelligible under her breath about the cost, she scooped up Demeter and hauled him off straight away to Bridleton Bay Vets, where he was treated, but also neutered to ensure there were no further kitten shaped surprises.

That evening, the Bettermans celebrated the birthday of their daughter Lila at the Celebration Centre in San Sequoia.

She got the ‘charmer’ trait (and I think you will agree, she is a little beauty).

At the end of the evening, Bennett pulled Sylvia in close and confessed his new whim - to have another child.

Sylvia: But Bennett, we already have 3! And we are living in a tiny rented apartment! What about my degree? What about saving for our dream home?

I positively had to resurrect AU Giorgio to wish my simblr twin and generally amazing person @antiquatedplumbobs a very happy birthday. Of course that means gifting her with her very own Winter Wonderland, complete with her favorite sad boy amidst the snowy seaside ☃️💙🧣

Meet the Rivera-Cruz family, they recently moved to bridleton bay to start over again.

first up we have Carlos and Celine, both very ambitious workers of their own companies, carlos being the president of his company and celine being a national leader.

second we have our main character, Charlie. charlie just started at Brindelton Bay High School, so he's right now a C student trying to apply to different scholarships so he can go to ubrite university when he graduates.

Good morning!! Soo as normal since the announcement of the new ep I been working on some apartments for my worlds and since a very long time I knew I wanted an apartment build like this on Bridleton Bay. I almost finish it but since I was doing the floorplans I fell in love with it and I kinda wanted to share it with you guys. However, right know I feel it contains a lot of cc which I undertand that can be a pain in the a** to download. Once I'm fully done with it I want to go back and see what can I replace with no cc so it's easier to download.

But for now, what do you guys think? Is anybody intersted in using this? let me know!

I took some interior (not very good ones) pics so you guys can have an idea of some the interiors. There's 9 units in total, very different sizes and number of bedrooms, you can have units for one sim or there's even units for entire families. This is only a sneek peek.

eight of the units will not be furnished, they'll have just the basics (kitchen and bathrooms) and all of them have laundry in unit!!

I decided to furnish just one of the units, the smallest one which is a renovated studio (which contains a few cc pieces but i tried to use a lot of in game stuff)

In the world's worst side mission, Eve traveled to Bridleton Bay to deliver Lucas' urn to his family. She hadn't met any of his family but knew he had a twin and knew what she had to do.

When the family suggested they put his headstone out back like some monsters Lucas showed up, to mourn himself I guess.

Eve was a bit weirded out, but they sat down and had a nice chat. Lucas was actually really happy to be home with his brother. His brother had tons of jokes about being the last standing twin. She left them to...do whatever twins and ghost do.

She was pretty broken up about his passing and his re-appearing but gently declined his offer to keep seeing each other off and on between the realms.

Taking a break from doing challenge and now I’ve come up with a sim story of 3 besties of Britechester 💕

💙 Billie, animal lover & playful girl from Henford-on-Bagley. She has Princess Anna from Frozen as an idol. She chose Veterinarian Major for helping her family’s farm and will open a pet clinic in her hometown. She likes to give food & play with stray pets in Bridleton Bay in her free time.

❤️ Barbara, but friends call her “Queen B”, sexy girl and likes to be insider, always has gossips to spill the tea. She grows up with a celeb family from Del Sol Valley. With her dream of the World Superstar, she’s got into Acting Major and passed some auditions during her uni life.

🩷 Botan, chick girl from Tomarang. She pretends to be cool, but the real is she is super clumsy. She studies Business Major and a vice-captain of the university e-sport team. She will open a café and continue her family’s rental apartments business after her graduation.
