This is a better picture of Blue, my Warforged Rune Knight! They're part of the Waterdeep Dragon Heist game that I'm currently in and is a complete gentle giant... most of the time.
Unfortunately they're in a bit of a spiral around their burgeoning identity and emotions, thanks in part to our amazing DM who has hit them with SEVERAL major backstory revelations recently lol

[OC] Ixiltix, Phyrexian researcher
I yapped enough about Phyrexia that my DM decided to make them a faction in her new campaign setting, albiet with some substantial alterations (ie. they're trying to play nice for a bit to further their goals, and have a lot more internal cohesion between praetors).
But when have the Phyrexians been against substantial alterations?

my warforged wizard Celia Naesalor, or CCE-3114, and a close-up of her mask. shes a bladesinger and a performer and the adopted daughter of an elven noble. warforged are banned because they were made recently during a war by an evil lich as soliders, so she has to hide from the law what she is lol

[image description: digital art of Atlas, a warforged. They are humanoid in shape and made of a deep blue reflective material. Etched all over their body are constellations and stars. Their chest piece is a detailed star chart. Their eyes are deep blue reflective circles. They hold one hand up, pointing one finger. The background is a deep purple, with a vibrant nebula behind them and the reflections of stars. End Id.]
new blorbo just dropped <3 meet atlas (astronavigational tracker and logistical analysis system), a circle of stars druid. they were made as basically a glorified gps for celestial navigation and i love them so much

in love with your warforged soldier design!! as a boots n bombs enjoyer i like the dichotomy of nature and machinery in demo and soldier's designs aha
Thank you! I wasn’t intending the dichotomy, but I absolutely picked up on it as I designed them more and honestly I’m so obsessed with it. Bonus addition of giving them even more of an “opposites attract” appeal by being able to make Demos color palette more red and Soldiers mostly blue. These things work out….. oh do they work out….

Some truly shameless self indulgence with this one hehehe. My character Blue the Warforged (not wearing their armor currently) having a quiet moment with Jarlaxle Baenre. They're just silly little guys whom I'm very normal about. Since I last posted some art of Blue, Jarlaxle has extended them an offer of a free place on his ship and company should Blue ever want to take it, especially when it comes time to eventually leave Waterdeep as he knows Blue wants to travel one day.

I started my D&D campaign back in April of 2020 shortly after the COVID Lockdown hit. I was bored out of my skull and stressed, and a friend had expressed his frustration with his own D&D group and I just went "Fuck it."
I hadn't played DnD since college. I had never GM'd a tabletop game. But I had nothing better to do. So I went on to Discord into, like, the three channels I'm active in and rounded up a gaggle of friends from FFXIV and from my old City of Heroes group. For my starter campaign I used the very first Eberron campaign ever published for I think 3e or 3.5e, converted to 5e, "The Forgotten Forge."
And three and a half years, multiple cases of COVID, two rounds of cancer and chemotherapy, four or five moves, three kidney stones, multiple bouts of depression, and a half dozen job changes, we finally finished the campaign at level 16, having convinced the Lord of Blades to devote his talents to building the new Warforged nation and healing the Mournlands using the unique techno-organic warforged plants and animals we'd discovered, instead of his original plan which was to absorb the power of a Creation Engine and a Demon Overlord into himself, achieve apotheosis, and drown the world in a tide of blood.
My original plan for the final battle has in large underlined letters the phrase "Biblically Accurate Chainsaw Angel" and included a speech with lines like "LET THE SEAS BOIL AND THE SKIES FALL! LET THE WORLD BURN!"
Also probably ending up with the players picking the Red, Blue or Green endings from the End-o-Matic 9000.
But that didn't happen.
So instead, the campaign that started with our little group of heroes stumbling onto the murder of a professor with the clues to a hidden workshop, ended with the wedding of Seeker the Warforged Artificer, the man who'd talked the Lord of Blades down (despite having a Charisma of 8) and now holds the title of Maestro Seeker, is an advisor to the national leadership, and is the teacher of a whole new batch of warforged, and the warforged medic Solace, an NPC whose existence began as a joke about Seeker having a whirlwind romance with a medic in the space of about 23 minutes while the rest of the party were running errands.
Hot damn was that a lot of work. Three and a half years, and despite it starting in modules by the second I'd decided I didn't like the story as it was written, threw it out, and told my own story. Featuring friendly little fire elementals named Phil, packs of extremely patriotic and laddish mimics named Jimmy, an eight foot robotic sweetheart named Friend whose primary weapon was an equally massive tower shield and her totally-not-boyfriend warforged druid/allosaurus/swearasaurus Din, a wrestling match with a hobgoblin that nearly turned lethal when an 18 foot tall warforged titan came in with the steel chair, an alligator with a gun, and banishing the elemental dragon powering a flying battleship while A) the team was still on the battleship and B) it was still several hundred feet in the air and C) it was the only thing keeping it there... it's done.
And it was all worth it. God I love these guys. So here's to you, Katie, Jacquie, Mike, Stan, and Will. I'll see you all next week for our next adventure.

Hey! Recently I got the opportunity to do some work for shipwrecked, namely, character portraits for their D&D oneshot! I was lucky enough to do two characters, a little warforged named E.A.P, and the Mayor of a quaint town, Theopold Bergemire.
This is the link to Part 1:
youtube
I certainly had much more of a design process for E.A.P, due to the nature of warforged. Typically, warforged are sentient robots, made from wood, metal, stone and greenery. With that in mind, and with the information given about him, here's what I started with:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He was specified to have a metallic moustache and bowler hat, and I was given creative license with the rest, so with that in mind, I definitely wanted to keep his two defining features, well, defining. So, his face is made out of wood, with sort of metallic sideburny bits. Keeping with the nature colour scheme but adding a level of magic and supernatural life to him, I decided his eyes would be a bright, sort of lime green, settled in seemingly empty sockets.
His shoulders were difficult for me, I had no idea if I wanted them to be wood, metal ball sockets, or rocks. Eventually, I settled on mossy boulders, mainly because I figured they'd look the coolest!
And with a couple of tweaks from the sketches, I present: E.A.P
Tumblr media
Secondly, I did the mayor, Theoplod Bergemire. There was less of a design/thought process behind him, and I just sort of went straight in with the final product. I definitely wanted his colours to be warmer, reds and purples are associated with royalty, and the idea of him being an ageing man had me thinking of someone with a sort of flushed face. A nicer Vernon dursely, maybe. Funnily enough, for his waistcoat I drew inspiration from a minecraft skin used by a Mayor character in an SMP I used to watch, and the pinks and yellows work well together, bringing out the warmth in his features, and the contrasting blue of his eyes.
Theopold:
Tumblr media
Stern but soft, Theopold is definitely one of the better ageing men I've drawn.
Thank you for reading this far! And remember, go and check out the video linked at the top of the post.

Finally posting all the outfits from the gala (save Tally, who is just in its new subclass form) in my home game, starting with the three player characters!
ID: three digital drawings of dungeons and dragons characters, described top to bottom and left to right: 1: Seilenna, an eladrin/genasi with blue skin tinted red at her extremities, pointed ears and long white hair that tuns into clouds at the bottom. She has a scar over her right eye and intricate black sleeve tattoos and she is wearing a black sleeveless gown with ice on the bottom hem, a thigh slit on the right leg and black tendril details that come up over the collarbones. She is wearing a black diadem and chunky black heels with the same tendril pattern. The second drawing is the same as the first, except she also has on a dark blue capelet that covers some of the dress and her torso. 2: Battalion Model 0041 "Tally", a warforged reminiscent of a suit of armor. It has five dragon heads and a sun sculpted onto its breastplate and its helmet has swept-back draconic horns and finned ears. It has a green tabard hanging from its breastplate and is wearing a friendship bracelet with a bead that looks like an eyeball. It is covered in lichen and fungi. There is soft lavender smoke coming from the slits in its helmet. 3: Delonix, a fire genasi. Delonix has tan skin, twisty pointed ears, blue eyes and long vermillion hair that turns into flames at the ends. He is wearing a long white gown with a deep-v neckline, gold layered pauldrons, a gold belt with a sun buckle and skirt trimming that looks like fire. She has on a gold necklace with a blue gem and a gold tiara that looks a bit like a halo, arching over her head.

Halo Effect
In the year 2150, humanity found the Halo Arrays. Ancient ringworlds which they decided to use to achieve Slipspace-Travel, and they reverse-engineer old Forerunner technology from these ringworlds to make all sorts of neat tech, leading to a technological new-age that lasts for 400 years and counting. (Forerunners are still called 'Forerunners,' but they play the Protheans' role).
It's currently 2552...
The United Nations System Alliance (UNSA, which is The UNSC + The System Alliance) are the military and political arm and protectors of humanity, but a shadowy intelligence-agency called "Agamemnon" (ONI + Cerberus) led by 'The Visionary' (Doctor Halsey + The Illusive Man), operates in the dark as they commit various war-crimes in the name of humanity and it's protection; the military and the police are one-&-the-same.
Agamemnon created a program that would train a new breed of military-police troopers that are above jurisdiction and have free-reign to do what they'd like called the "Spectre-II Program" (The Spectres + N7 + Spartan-II) with the best Spectre among them being a Commander-ranked Engineer-class Colonist with a background for being particularly ruthless named John Shepard-117, though he likes to go by the callsign that Captain Jacob Anderson gave to him: "Master Chief" (Anderson was previously Master Chief when a young John asked if he could Master Chief one day).
The Spectres are dedicated to fighting The Matrix (Covenant + Geth), a hivemind of religious cyborgs who believe that the Halo Arrays are ACTUALLY created by The Warforge (Reapers + Prometheans), a legion of sentient starships that are piloted by The Spores (The Flood + The Collectors), and want to liberate thenselves from humanity and their ancestors by activating the rings.
The truth is they were obviously made by the Forerunners to be a counter against the Spore/Warforge, as the SWs collect and harvest any all sentient life to feed and cleanse the galaxy so that the whole universe can live under the Spore's rule; so the Forerunners made death machines, the Halos, which destroys all life in the galaxy so that the mech-piloting parasites can starve. It worked and life began again...
But the Spores/Warforge returned.
And the fate of the galaxy rests in John Shepard-117's hands after he learned about all of this from a Matrix excavation-site on Madrigal Prime, where he touched an ancient Forerunner beacon they were digging up. So assembles a ragtag-team of remarkable people to help him, including: Garrus "The Seraphim" 'Vadamee (a vigilante who atones for his past mistakes by killing the wicked across the galaxy), Kai Alenko-125 (a fellow Spectre-supersoldier and a powerful biotic), Leenda'Zorah (A sniper with keen-sight and is constantly in a skin-tight Hazmat-suit; John gives her Spectre-armor that's the same in-design as her original Hazmat-suit, but offers far more protection and has all sorts of bells-&-whistles that'll keep her safe), Miranda (a super-spy and scientist who is the daughter of the Visionary; her real legal-name is either Keyes or Lawson, but she'll never tell), Ares (a brutish bounty-hunter and ex-clan-chieftian who hails from a planet of dying warriors) and Durandana (the UNSA Normandy's ship AI, given physical form in the form of a blue woman who looks exactly like a younger version of the Visionary).

This are profile pictures style drawings of my latest DnD Characters.
There's Orpheus, a small Fairy boy that had memory problems, Twilight Cleric, he's my chaotic baby I miss playing him. Short hair, and two bottom braids that almost reach his ankles, his wings are lunar moth inspired and he is 2ft (60cm) tall. He/Him
And Sapphire, a Warforged doll, it looks like porcelain but she's though, Wild Magic Barbarian, it's my sad cursed pretty doll and my current character. Long curly white braided hair, golden and blue details and she's over 6ft (185cm) tall. It/Its, She/Her.
I'll be sharing more art of my DnD adventures here as well, apart from fanarts and others
I loved how they turned out I drew them in January but so proud of them I have to post them. Also if anyone noticed They have the same base face, I got that idea as they are both my characters, and I always like them to have something in common like they all have yellow/golden eyes, etc.
This is a video of how they have the same base, I love to see how much it changes from one to another just by the hair and details.
Okay bye! I'm still new here and I don't know the rules :C

I'm dipping my toes into the Cities of Sigmar with the new range release, starting with a humble Steelhelm and the Alchemite Warforger.
I envision my force as the defenders of the Aqshian city of Castle Sunshore, a formidable coastal redoubt, defending vital trade routes and a minor shared realmgate with Chamon. The traditional Bretonnian-inspired feudal heraldry synthesizes the blazing red heat of the Aqshian continental climate with the cold blue of the coastal waters.
