Happy to see Hallmark is getting back into doing a Halloween movie again!!! :D It's been years since they last did, as they started their Christmas movies even earlier to start in late October and then cancelled "Good Witch". This time the movie involves a ghost from the 1920s trying to help out the real estate agent who's trying to sell her former house find love. It weirdly reminds me of the comedy series "Ghosts" and it's got Chris McNally from "When Calls the Heart" as the love interest and his real life wife Julie Gonzalo in it too so of course I'm watching. LOL

Chioke Dmachi, the pop sensation with a knack for taking his audience on thrilling musical adventures,
Tumblr media
Behind the scenes, Chioke's rise to fame wasn't all glitz and glamour. While he's had his fair share of commercials, TV shows, and films, the real turning point came when the phone suddenly stopped ringing. Auditions dried up, and his agent even dropped him. It was a moment of reckoning, where Chioke had to confront the hard truth: something wasn't working anymore.
But instead of wallowing in self-pity, Chioke took a bold step. He embarked on a journey of self-discovery, asking himself the tough questions: Who am I? What do I want? And why? It was a transformative period where he shed the image of the actor waiting to be cast and decided to define himself. And boy, did it pay off!
With a newfound sense of purpose, Chioke delved into his passion for music. He began crafting electrifying pop tracks that defy expectations. Just listen to "Rain," and you'll be taken on a sonic rollercoaster that leaves you craving more.
Tumblr media
But Chioke's talent extends beyond the studio. He's a force to be reckoned with on the stage as well. From starring in the Terrence McNally play "Corpus Christi" to captivating audiences in the MTV show "Duets," Chioke's magnetic presence leaves a lasting impression.
And let's not forget his foray into the world of fashion. Chioke has graced the runways as a sought-after model, representing renowned brands like Target, Unionbay, and many others. With his striking looks and undeniable charm, he effortlessly struts his way into the hearts of both fashion enthusiasts and music lovers.
Tumblr media
But Chioke's journey isn't just about fame and success. It's also about embracing personal truths and spreading love. Through his honest and raw work, like his short film "BY the Way," he breaks barriers and sends a powerful message: love is love, no matter who you are or whom you choose to love.
When it comes to his musical influences, Chioke draws inspiration from the icons of pop. He looks up to the daring spirits of Prince, Michael Jackson, Janet, Bowie, Beyoncé, and Missy Elliott, who have paved the way for him to create his own unique style and sound. Their audacity encourages Chioke to obliterate the rules and make music that resonates with his individuality.
As he envisions his future, Chioke sees himself conquering the music industry with a sold-out world tour that takes him to breathtaking stages around the globe. He dreams of holding prestigious awards like Grammys in his hands, proof of his undeniable talent and dedication.
With his infectious energy and undeniable talent, Chioke is set to make waves in the music world. So keep an eye out for this rising star as he continues to dazzle us with his music, captivate us with his performances, and inspire us with his fearless authenticity. Chioke Dmachi is a force to be reckoned with, and his journey is just getting started.

Legendary Actor Angela Lansbury Dies at 96 NBC Bay Area
Angela Lansbury, the big-eyed, scene-stealing British actress who kicked up her heels within the Broadway musicals “Mame” and “Gypsy” and solved infinite murders as crime novelist Jessica Fletcher within the long-running TV collection “Homicide, She Wrote,” has died. She was 96. Lansbury died Tuesday at her house in Los Angeles, based on an announcement from her three kids. She died 5 days shy of her 97th birthday. Lansbury gained 5 Tony Awards for her Broadway performances and a lifetime achievement award. She earned Academy Award nominations as supporting actress for 2 of her first three movies, “Gaslight” (1945) and “The Image of Dorian Grey” (1946), and was nominated once more in 1962 for “The Manchurian Candidate” and her lethal portrayal of a Communist agent and the title character’s mom. In Memoriam: Folks We have Misplaced in 2022 Her mature demeanor prompted producers to solid her a lot older than her precise age. In 1948, when she was 23, her hair was streaked with grey so she may play a fortyish newspaper writer with a yen for Spencer Tracy in “State of the Union.” Her stardom got here in center age when she grew to become the hit of the New York theater, profitable Tony Awards for “Mame” (1966), “Pricey World” (1969), “Gypsy” (1975) and “Sweeney Todd” (1979). She was again on Broadway and obtained one other Tony nomination in 2007 in Terrence McNally’s “Deuce,” taking part in a scrappy, brash former tennis star, reflecting with one other ex-star as she watches a modern-day match from the stands. In 2009 she collected her fifth Tony, for finest featured actress in a revival of Noel Coward’s “Blithe Spirit” and in 2015 gained an Olivier Award within the position. However Lansbury’s widest fame started in 1984 when she launched “Homicide, She Wrote” on CBS. Based mostly loosely on Agatha Christie’s Miss Marple tales, the collection centered on Jessica Fletcher, a middle-aged widow and former substitute faculty trainer residing within the seaside village of Cabot Cove, Maine. She had achieved discover as a thriller novelist and newbie sleuth. The actress discovered the primary collection season exhausting. “I used to be shocked after I realized that needed to work 12-15 hours a day, relentlessly, day in, time out,” she recalled. “I needed to lay down the legislation at one level and say `Look, I can’t do these reveals in seven days; it should be eight days.‘” CBS and the manufacturing firm, Common Studio, agreed, particularly since “Homicide, She Wrote” had turn into a Sunday evening hit. Regardless of the lengthy days — she left her house at Brentwood in West Los Angeles at 6 a.m. and returned after darkish — and reams of dialogue to memorize, Lansbury maintained a gradual tempo. She was happy that Jessica Fletcher served as an inspiration for older girls. “Girls in movement footage have all the time had a troublesome time being position fashions for different girls,” she noticed. “They’ve all the time been thought-about glamorous of their jobs.” COZI TV will run a “Homicide She Wrote” marathon from Wednesday by Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Supply hyperlink Originally published at SF Newsvine

Winchester '73 (Anthony Mann, 1950) Cast: James Stewart, Shelley Winters, Dan Duryea, Stephen McNally, Millard Mitchell, Charles Drake, John McIntire, Will Geer, Jay C. Flippen, Rock Hudson, John Alexander, Steve Brodie, James Millican, Abner Biberman, Tony Curtis, James Best. Screenplay: Robert L. Richards, Borden Chase, based on a story by Stuart N. Lake. Cinematography: William H. Daniels. Art direction: Bernard Herzbrun, Nathan Juran. Film editing: Edward Curtiss. Winchester '73 fetishes the titular firearm as if it were Excalibur or the Shield of Achilles. Which is all to the point if you're mythmaking, as this film, the first of a series of five movies on which James Stewart collaborated with director Anthony Mann, distinctly is. It's not only a contribution to the myth of the American West, but its central conflict is based on the story of Cain and Abel, with a touch of Oedipus thrown in. Sibling rivalry -- I almost wrote "sibling riflery" -- never got hotter. This is the only one of the Stewart-Mann Westerns that wasn't made in color, but it hardly matters: William H. Daniels photographs the high desert country of Arizona as lovingly as he ever filmed Greta Garbo. The film also holds a place in Hollywood movie history because of the deal Stewart's agent made guaranteeing the actor a percentage of the profits -- a step toward the disintegration of the studio system that would accelerate through the 1950s. But it might also be noted that the studios still held some power: Two up-and-coming Universal contract players, Rock Hudson and Tony Curtis, both have small roles in the film, the former in war paint and a fake nose as the Indian chief Young Bull, the latter in a bit part as a cavalryman who admires the rifle on which the plot centers. Winchester '73 is one of the great Westerns not because it questions the myths (and the clichés, such as Shelley Winters's "dance hall girl" with a heart as gold as her hair) on which the genre is founded, but because it so wholeheartedly accepts and integrates them into a well-paced and entertaining movie.

My career aspirations have changed throughout my life. They have even changed from the beginning of studies till now, they have also changed during my internship. My studies and time during my internship have helped worked out what I enjoy most in my life and the skills that I am good at. From the start of my studies my main goal was to become a player agent, but that has changed over the years. To in the last year, I wasn’t sure what my career aspirations were. The internship has helped me shape my aspirations and goals for my career.
I have learnt throughout my experiences in the internship that I did not enjoy being stuck inside as much, within an office setting. I could tell that I would much prefer being outside and working. Although I have learnt and developed new skills that will help me in future career. I have developed more professional skills and how to operate within an organisation that has clients. From how to send emails and communicate with each other staff members. This has also allowed me to add new skills onto my CV which I can use for any future jobs. I have learnt how to use different computer programs and also taught myself, such as video editing and producing work online.

Pitch Deck I produced online (Carter, 2022)
Goal setting is important as it helps you to achieve a task, but it also helps with motivating you to reach that goal (Martin et al., 2016). Although goal setting is important, I have not really set any in place as I am still unsure. My main career goals at the moment is to move into turf management. I want to do turf management as it is outside and seems like a career I would enjoy. My plan is do a course in 2023 that will help me move on in that career. At the moment I’m not looking to far ahead into the future as I am still uncertain on what I what my main career to be.
