im trying to incorporate some mindful eating by thinking more about what exactly I'm craving, if what I ate fulfilled it, and how to maximize satisfaction. fully removing screentime while eating is not for me lol but I think considering what's under my immediate craving is helpful especially since I over-value certain foods because of mental restriction

Five Good Eating Practises
When it comes to diet and health, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. To encourage a healthy, active lifestyle, there are some common dietary habits that everyone should take into account. Here are five suggestions for eating better:
1. Have a healthy breakfast. You will feel more energised and focused throughout the day if you have a good breakfast. Additionally, it keeps your metabolism active and aids in controlling your hunger. To start your day off well, try protein, nutritious carbohydrates, and lots of fruits and vegetables.
2.Don't lack for omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are crucial for protecting against heart disease, reducing inflammation, and improving sleep. Consume fatty fish frequently, such as salmon, mackerel, or herring, or take a fish oil supplement. read more

So i have been dieting and exercising but weight has barely come off so I went to a dietician and got some tests done. Apparently my RMR/BMR is nearly 3,000 calories so I asked her why I’m not losing and she said maybe I’m not eating enough and my body isn’t dropping weight bc it thinks it’s starving
Thing is that im never leaving myself hungry. Im doing mindful eating and I’ve just managed to curb like. How much food I eat based on how im actually feeling. But how do I tell my body, which is already telling me to stop eating bc we’re full, that it’s actually okay to let go of the fat like we’re not starving, we’re following our own damn cues!!
