So, there's this moment where Dean is talking to Sam about crazy!Cas, and he says "Dude. On my car... he showed up naked. /Covered/ in bees." And EVERYONE TOTALLY MISINTERPRETED THAT. You see, everyone thinks he meant that Cas showed up on his car naked and covered in bees. But Baby (the car) was litterally in storage. See, what he meant was like... He said 'on my car' the same way someone else would say 'I swear to God' or 'On my dad'. But NOBODY GETS IT. Like totally non-related fics will have a mention to "Hey, remember when you showed up naked on the Impala?" and it drives me insane. WHY. (Though, I get the appeal of having the angel naked on the car. Especially if Dean's there. Preferably under him. Maybe without the bees.)

classic alllllllll the way. i like the strong shoulders of a lot of vintage cars, but the strong lines and attractive chromed faces of american cars from the 50s and 60s have my heart many times over. my favourite car, of course, is the '64 t-bird, but i also enjoy popular (for good reason) stars like the 59 cadillac, 59 impala, 61-69 lincoln and 57 chevy

modern cars i have grown to enjoy, they are endearing and they are fellow beings and many i do find attractive, but on average i prefer classic. more shapes and lines for me to... ogle, for lack of more formal words
