Making broad ass assumptions here.
I feel like Alex Brightman playing Beetlejuice was kinda bad for him? Now I don't intend or mean any hate to him or his performance as Beetlejuice he's phenomenal and I adore him, but I just heard a clip of him singing as Adam from Hazbin and it sounded just like his voice for Beetlejuice and I think it's such a shame that he'll have to do that voice for like ever? I heard him first in 35mm: A Musical Exhibition (high recommend) and he's so fantastic in a non BJ singing style? Not that he can't get that across in the voice it's just harder due to it I feel. If he sang anything like he did in Cut Me a Piece or Crazytown in that one song about Heaven and Hell I think it would've had more impact vocally and musically than it is.
Again, I'm making huge ass assumptions here and making opinionated statements. I also haven't watched Hazbin, so I could be exaggerated in how jarring hearing Beetlejuice pop out of nowhere was.

thinkin about how, when listing off the ways sarah killed the other prom queen candidates, the first first letter of the start of each sentence starts spelling out prom queen, but they never get to the letter n because julie stepped and called the police in before sarah could finish taking everyone out and, in her eyes, become prom queen.

Wish My Life Away (Finding Paradise)
I learned to fly because of you/So if you left, I could go too/And everything you saw in me/That's what I wanted to be/Did I make it after all?/All the grass on the other side/Is it only greener in my mind?/I'd still want it the same/Because trading my yesterday/Is to wish my life away
"This song is from the game "Finding Paradise", which is a game in the "To the Moon" series (a series that messes EVERYONE up) about changing an old man's memories on his deathbed to help all his regrets. This song plays at the end of the game, over a montage of the man's life, after he realises that his regrets are actually just a part of life, and to erase them would be to "wish his life away". This song messes me up but in a good way. In the context of the game it'll make you weep, and you'll realise that every lyric holds a lot of meaning in the game's story ("I learned to fly because of you, so if you left I could go too" is one that can be read in MANY different ways, for example). But I feel like the theme of focusing too hard on regrets and "wishing your life away" is relatable to a lot of people, regardless of if you've played the game or not."
Leave Luanne (35MM: A Musical Exhibition)
Leave, Luanne/Why don't you march out that door?/Southern woman, he ain't no good to you/Leave, Luanne/Louisiana wants war/But it's you dying on her ruby plains/And yet loyal Luanne remains
"It's such a messed up song, with such a satisfying ending. It tells the story of a woman named Luanne, who's stuck in a horrifically abusive marriage. One night she finally tries to run away, but her husband catches her, and instead of going back with him, she drowns herself. The song ends with her vengeful spirit coming back and trapping her former husband in never-ending torment and the song states that she does the same to any man caught abusing their wives. It's got such great vibes, absolutely amazing instrumentals, and I may or may not have named a character Luanne in reference to the song."
