i know we’re shifting into springtime but climate anxiety has me genuinely unsettled and nervous abt the temperature not being freezing anymore 😭 like i let out a big sigh of relief when i saw the forecast predicting snow this weekend as if i was seeing a negative pregnancy test. this is all almost exclusively ronald reagan’s fault i will not expand upon that

With it being October I'm feeling all "homesick" for Norway <3 Since 2019 I've been to Oslo 3 times and every single time has been in October, and on the 27th I'll be making it a 4th!

#text #not art #dont worry abt me posting this in the early ams im studying for an exam this month and its ruined my sleep schedule okay aNYWAYS #tilts head side to side #did you know i made this side blog back in 2018 and it only has 123 posts #i mean my tablet got busted like at some point that year and i borrowed my friend's which was a whole adjustment period #but in 2019 i really hit a stride when i watched the hzbn pilot and very much enjoyed drawing fanart and ocs for it #and like yeah they werent very cleaned up and defo counted more as sketches but that year i did save like 240 as postable pngs #2020 was around 300 a brief lull in 2021 at like 100 #2022 was about 300 and 2023 was around 200 #i was mullin over these numbers for a bit a while ago when i did that whole new yearly contemplation of 'i wanna draw and post more!'#when like. ive posted about 10% of my art thruout the years [me!!! when i love validation more than god!!!]#and it got me thinking #blinks looks around i mean ill probably still like #post on my other blog bc art is my flesh blood and bones i cant escape it #just you kno maybe not like in the same mindset i unknowingly cultivated within myself here specifically #can u believe it wasnt any aiscare that did it!!! never let a machine take a humans job of feeling bad abt themselves this is home grown

i rewatched captain america the first avenger and all of a sudden i am a child/tween/13 year old obsessed with marvel again. i miss the old mcu so much it aches my heart and i didn't realise i could feel this way about movies but those movies raised me

#i wouldn't be the person i am today if my family hadn't gone to see every new mcu movie in theatres as a kid #i was scrolling through my mcu posts from 2020/2021 too #from when all the shows (wv/tfatws/loki/ms marvel) were happening #that wasnt too bad of an era either #but i want the feelings the old mcu gave me back #i also want bucky barnes to be happy again (thank god for tfatws show it changed my life i need to rewatch it)#i want steve rogers back he was my favourite avenger as a kid how could they just get rid of him like that. all it took them was 10 seconds #and they decimated his character development AND peggy's arc (ik its been 5 years i'm still mad as hell)#i wish everyone hadn't forgotten peter. im not the biggest mcu peter fan just for the writing and storylines hes given but the boy #he deserves better #ok this is getting long i guess #mcu #tia.txt
