Today, a name that is also a word! As a proper noun, 小作 is usually read Kosaku or Ozaku, or potentially Kotsukuri, Kozukuri, or Kohagi. As a common noun, 小作 (こさく) means tenant farming, while 小作り (こづくり) means small build/size (for objects). Don't confuse it with its homophone 子作り, which means trying to conceive.
小 means little or small, and it’s read ちい.さい, こ, お, さ, or ショウ.
作 is new to this blog, but it's very useful! It means make, produce, prepare, or build. It can be read つく.る, つく.り, -づく.り, サク, or サ.

Typical Japanese brand of sake "Zaku", sweet like white wine
Delicious sake.

Hiyoroshi" is a seasonal term for sake, which is drunk in autumn and winter.
Today, too, a dusty sake for one person. Hiya Oroshi. There are more and more. I am weak against limited editions, so I am always troubled by them. Hiyaoroshi is a slightly mellow sake brewed in the summer and waiting for its autumn release.
