After the incident had unfolded in two, Tommy didn’t know which decision to make next. You had left not even five minutes prior, and after complying with your departure he retreated back to the safety of his bedroom, and to the comfort of his viewers. Sitting down in his lifted chair, he held his head in his hands in complete defeat.

With a heavy, elated sigh he turned his microphone a hundred and eighty degrees towards him, unmuting it. The stream had been left nearly untouched from the moments prior. His bright and cheery ‘BRB!’ screen was still on full display, which was a complete antonym or the dismal vibe that the boy’s body language radiated. In addition to unmuting his mic, he switched over the display on his monitor. Though his chat had lit up with excitement and concern in duality for the two of you - he hadn’t the courage to read any of it. Instead, he filled the lonely silence with a moment of reflection.

He ran his fingers slowly across his forehead, swiping the strands of blonde hair out of his eyes. In monotone, he explained: “Chat, I think I fucked up.” Mentions of the prior incident had been the talk of the town in his replies, and while he was still unsure of why you had the outburst - he had an idea in mind. “I mean - Y/n was already incredibly nervous even sitting in front of the camera! I should’ve never pushed them this far.” A look of remorse and embarrassment brimmed on his face, as he continued speaking.

“I mean, they’re my best friend -“ There was a slight change in his tone, as the thought of losing you due to a disagreement he had caused flooded his mind. “And now, I might not even have a best friend anymore. What the hell am I supposed to do?” Donations and bits came popped up in his stream occasionally interrupting the pity party Tommy had thrown for himself. Most trying to reassure him or make him feel better - others saying things not even remotely related to the situation.

And while he was grateful for their kind words, his responses to their affirmations were of the simpler kind. That was until a donation came in, explaining what Tommy had failed to see all along.

It all finally clicked for Tommy, and while he had been none the wiser of your crush before - certain quirks of yours he’d claimed were ‘in all good fun’ finally started to make sense. As he pondered the issue some more, he came to the realization that he’d fucked up WAY harder than he’d initially thought. And he wasn’t about to lose you over a stupid misconception.

So, after thanking the donation and said a quick goodbye to his viewers, he practically ran downstairs to his doorway. He frantically slid his coat and shoes on, exclaiming to his Mum, “I’ll be back! Erm, I’m going for a run!” And run, he did. Not so much to his Mum’s favor, he ran into the evening cold, as snow quickly began lining the pavement outside his house. Your house was a few blocks away, and even if he risked slipping on multiple patches of freezing ice on the way he was determined to make things right.

After a few mishaps of tripping in the snow, he arrived at your doorstep - and he remained there for a few seconds just as you’d left him prior. He mustered the courage to finally knock, going over his speech for you in his head. Feet shuffled on the other side of the door, before someone unidentifiable fumbled with the locks, before revealing - not you, but your father. Of course, the sight of a disheveled looking boy keeled over panting on his front step wasn’t exactly what he expected to find at the hour. Regardless, he asked: “Um, can I help you?”

Tommy apologized for the state of him, explaining to the man in front of him, “I’m sorry I just ran here from a few blocks over. Is Y/n home?” Before your father could answer, you appeared behind him, confused of who could be at the door so late into the evening. And when your sad eyes laid upon him, regret washed over you once again.”Y/n, who’s this boy?” You rushed your father away, giving him a short response. “Just a friend, don’t worry about it.”

You stepped into the cold, softly closing the door as to not disturb the rest of your household. With your arms crossed across your chest, you waited for an explanation from the boy who stood in front of you. To be honest, Tommy looked shaken. “Well?” In the midst of the moment, Tommy removed his chilled hands from his pocket, taking your warm ones into his. The chill on his fingertips smoothly melted against your skin like butter, and it was so comforting.

He took a deep breath. “Y/n, I’ve truly been so stupid.” Snowflakes dotted from his scalp to his lips. It’d been clear he’d been in the cold for a prolonged time, detailed by the rosy color that pigmented his cheeks and nose. You replied with, “Tommy, why are you here? did you seriously wal-” Tommy spoke up in an exasperated tone, cutting off your concern with an important message. “I love you!” Motionless, you chuckled under your breath. “What?” He continued.

“I’ve had it wrong all along. I’ve been so distracted by useless bullshit, I never realized what I had in front of me this whole time.” A short paused filled the air, as he took a step closer to you. Your faces were now inches apart, as a deep eye contact was shared in duality as Tommy delivered his next line. “I don’t want stupid stuck- up Heather, I want you. I can’t believe I didnt say this sooner.”

And while the events leading up to his affectionate confession hadn’t been ideal, things were now perfect.

KNYAU Masterlist

Just a list of my KNY AU's and what to expect. This is technically a rehash of my first post, but I thought this would be an improvement from the extremely basic descriptions of that post. Plus, I have more AU's to share.

Sunlit Blossoms|Kamado Sibling Role Swap (🌸): Your standard Kamado role swap with Demon Tanjirou and Demon Slayer Nezuko. Instead of Tomioka, the siblings are found by Rengoku, and it leads to a cascade of butterfly effects.

Sunflowers and Thundering Fireworks|Ship Swap (💕): I need a better name for this because it is not strictly ships being swapped, but the main characters are swapped with their ship counterparts. Nezuko and Tanjirou are the tsugukos of Tengen and the Kochou sisters respectively, and Kanao is a Demon Slayer trying to turn her demonic adopted brother(Zenitsu) back into a human. Other characters are moved around as I pleased, not really based on ships.

Mirrored Sunset|Full Reverse AU (🔄): Nezuko and Tanjirou are switched, as are the demons and Slayers along with their leaders. Except Inosuke. He's still human, he just isn't allowed to fight. Hashira are Upper Moons, and vice versa. Michikatsu is a four hundred something criminally underpaid dad cursed to never die until the King of Demons(Ubuyashiki Kagaya in this AU) is dead, as punishment for what he did as a demon.

Tsugikuni-Kamado Swap (🌙): Tanjirou and Nezuko (along with a few others) are born in the Sengoku Era and the two siblings are among the first Breath Users. Meanwhile, Yoriichi and Michikatsu (plus others) are born in the Taisho Era, with one twin turned into a demon whilst the other becomes a Slayer to turn his brother back into a human. This AU has two versions:

Moon Princess, Chosen Sunlight: Tanjirou is the original Sun Breather, and Nezuko becomes Upper Moon One. Zenitsu is also the original Thunder Breather in this version.

Ashen Moonlight, Sun Goddess: Nezuko is the original Sun Breather, and Tanjirou becomes Upper Moon One. Zenitsu is dead, and Kanao is wondering where her husband went on his last mission.

Moonlit Butterfly|Kochou-Kamado Swap (🦋): Nezuko and Tanjirou are both Demon Slayer's, with Tanjirou being the (late) Sun Hashira, and Nezuko being the Flower Hashira. Meanwhile, Kanae is trying to return Shinobu to her human self after their family was slaughtered by a demon. Also, Sabito and Makomo are alive in this AU thanks to Tanjirou and Nezuko being at Final Selection.

Scattered Emders and Broken Hearts|Age/Fate Swap (🔥): This one came from TikTok. The Rengoku family took in Mitsuri when she ran away from home due to her being ostracized for her strength and appetite. Not long after, a demon attacks, leaving Mitsuri and Kyojurou the only survivors, the former becoming a demon. The Kamaboko Squad are Hashira, and most of the Hashira are rank and file Slayers with a few others being swapped out with important people in their lives who either died or took a different path in life.

Burning Ribbons|Shabana-Kamado Swap (🎀): Ume leaves work one day to discover that Gyutaro has been turned into a demon. She seeks out a cure, and one of her adversaries is the deadly Upper Moon Six duo. A pair of siblings Ume can't help but compare herself and her own brother to. There are some other swaps (i.e. I made Tengen's wives Hashira while Tengen is their Shinobi husband).

Miyuri Koarashi (❄️): my Demon Slayer OC, the Snow Hashira. I made her a few months ago, and I am still workshopping ideas a little.

So just a quick disclaimer: I’ve never played Valorant before since I’m cheap and it’s too expensive to get a proper console to play, but I know the lore so hopefully that’s enough. 😅

Now imagine that it’s a snow filled morning, you hear fire from behind the front door before a knock. When you open the door Diluc is there with the the slightest hint of a smile as he tells you that you’re now free to enjoy the beauty of the snow. You can’t help but watch him walk away to continue helping others.

Winter had came to Monstadt rather soon and with it came the snow storms. The cold temperatures seemed to freeze what it could, it was rather relentless but there were some within the city who could take the cold like Captain Kaeya and Diluc owner of the Dawn Winery.

On this particular morning it seemed like the walls themselves couldn’t keep the cold out so you would get dressed up in warmer clothes but when you went downstairs the windows were completely snowed out and one couldn’t see through them by any means. You would rush up the stairs straight to a window and you weren’t the only one with snow covering your downstairs windows. It looked like many residents were snowed in like you had guessed for yourself. It was still lightly snowing outside but a storm must’ve came in through the night with a lot more that caused all of this.

A sigh escaped your lips as there were a couple of things you needed to do today, but it was clear it’d have to wait for another day when the knights figure out how to clear out the snow. Little did you know there was already a plan on the way, set in motion to be specific.

Even if you were to escape through a window, it would be hard to get back into your house safely with what you wanted to grab. When glancing out of the window you spotted knights walking around looking at all the snowed in houses with a paper and a pencil. Seemed like they were checking out what houses were hit the worst. You lived in a corner of the great city, so it might take a while for them to get to you.

So there you wait for a couple hours, trying to distract yourself from the cold and the boredom that is hitting you from not being able to do much. You glanced out the window once again and catch a glimpse of some flames from a house around the corner and you noticed they were powerful but you couldn’t see the one making them.

You’d rush downstairs to wait, but decided make some tea to offer to those who came to the door to take care of your snowed in problem. It was the least you could do for them to help them stay warm while helping others and reward them for it.

As you’re finishing up with the tea you hear a knock at the door, which wouldn’t be possible without getting rid of the snow first. You would rush to the door before composing yourself to then open the door. Your eyes met with a set of crimson ones, it was Diluc. He was known to help the city when he was needed, but you didn’t expect him to be the one to be at the door.

He looked down at you calmly and only showed the slightest hint of a smile on his face.

“You might be the last one, but you’re free from your prison at last.”

He was known to be a very powerful pyro user, so it had to be his flames you’ve seen before from around the corner. Diluc was rather sought after, he was a handsome and rich bachelor in the city. You could smell your tea ready to go, so you snapped out of your daze.

“Would you like some tea? I started making some a bit ago since I noticed some flames, to offer to whoever knight or not.”

You would offer some tea to the Lord, looking up a little nervous since it was rather hard to keep completely composed in front of Diluc. After all there is a knight with a pyro vision, but he was definitely not Amber.

“Thank you for the offer, but I must be going to take care some business at the winery. I hope you have a fine day despite the cold, so remember to take care of yourself.”

Diluc was rather kind though you couldn’t help but feel a bit sad about not rewarding your hero saving you from your comfy prison. It showed on your face, Diluc happened to notice.

“If I finish my work, I could most likely go for some tea to relax afterwards.”

Your eyes widened with a smile appearing on your lips, all as Diluc turned around to then leave you to prepare for later. Watching him walking away was still amazing with his ponytail moving with the chilly wind.

Writer’s note:

Was set up for a part two when originally wrote, which was around the time I was in my last year of high school.

Not quite sure I’ll do a part two for either, but answer rn is probably not.

The preview was originally a prompt I wrote in a twitch stream for Augichii, I first watched on the 8th of October and I finished the full fic on the 22nd of October. It was all in google fun and we were just being our silly selves. I’ll still drop in to see what they’re doing but I don’t have as much time as I used to.

Late Spring/Early Summer 👒

He definitely seems like he’d enjoy the outdoors, there’s just so much more things to do! But Johnathan wouldn’t want to do anything in weather that’d be so hot to the point it’s unbearable. A good balance for him is around late spring and early summer.

Johnathan would spend his time going on long strolls and cute picnics with loved ones, engaging in sports or fun activities or just volunteering/doing charity work around his town. Johnathan would definitely keep himself preoccupied as well, I don’t see him sitting around in his house all day.

Joseph Joestar

Summertime☀️

Joseph would prefer the summertime 100%. I could see him having really bad spring allergies which he’d be whining about 24/7. He also hates being cold. So the summer would def be his top pick.

Honestly? He would probably be up to his usual shenanigans, mainly just messing with people, pulling pranks, typical teenager Joseph stuff. Similarly to his grandfather, Joseph wouldn’t enjoy being inside the house all day. He wants to be out and about!

Jotaro Kujo

Autumn or Winter🍁

I don’t see Jotaro liking the sweltering heat at all. He often wears jackets and layered clothing, and the summer would just cause him to feel really sweaty and gross. Same with when he wears his hat in the summer. The stoic man doesn’t complain much about it though, he finds no meaning in it. But that doesn’t stop Jotaro from preferring cooler weather altogether.

Jotaro also likes being around as little people as possible. Less opportunities for enemy stand users, after all. So the cooler months are often his go-to picks for that reason. But his schedule wouldn’t change much though and Jotaro would probably be doing the same things all year-round, especially when it comes to his work.

Winter❄️

Let’s be honest, the only reason Josuke likes the winter so much is because of all of the holidays! He loves getting together and spending time with his family and friends and eating delicious food. He also likes all the breaks he gets away from school, snow days, i could go on and on!

Josuke will usually spend snow days playing videogames, building snowmen with Koichi and Okuyasu, or just fucking with Rohan honestly. I can imagine them all playing dumb pranks on him, like covering his front door in snow, throwing snowballs at him everytime they see him, etc. 60% of the time spent in the winter would literally just be Josuke fucking with Rohan and I’m here for it.

He also likes throwing icicles and snowballs at Rohan’s windows for fun just to piss him off because why not?

Giorno Giovanna

It Varies

I feel like Giorno likes little aspects of each season. He likes how the plants bloom so beautifully in the spring, but also appreciates the social atmosphere of Naples in the summertime. Giorno doesn’t mind the fall, even thinks that the way trees look when their leaves turn brown or when they get covered in snow are beautiful.

Similarly to Jotaro Giorno wouldn’t do anything too different, he’d still be busy managing Passione as the Don so I don’t think he’d have much room for free time. But on the off chance that he does, Giorno would spend it enjoying the nature (or snow) around him.

Snow in Seattle is rare but beautiful❄️. It’s cold, but compared to other cities, we’re lucky. Late today, I took a short walk🚶‍♀️. The snow is gone though there were still small deposits on the north sides of houses. There are NO FLOWERS in sight🚫! I hoped to find some to post today, but winter still has a grip🥶. The best treat was seeing Mt Rainier out in all its glory🏔️. A few days ago, I saw an encouraging story about one of my favorite subjects: Instagram.  Petapixel, a photo blog📷, began, “A new report claims that Instagram Reels views are plummeting while photos are finally performing better on the social media platform. 📰” They quoted Adweek, a US advertising trade publication, which said Reels views are falling as IG corrects its emphasis on videos🎬. Social strategists have reported Reels as earning fewer views, where the performance of photos has improved🙂. (feed-post engagement had decreased by 44%. ) Maybe you’ve noticed fewer Reels in your feed 🎞️ or better performance of your photos🤳? Or perhaps your Reels’ views have been underwhelming 😢?  IG’s change of focus impacts marketers who prepared budgets to create video content in 2023 💰. The changing priorities have messed with many of us, but have also impacted branding agencies, undermining their ability to develop effective strategies for their clients 📊.  At least IG applies pain evenly as both users & advertisers have been penalized by poor leadership 🤕.  Have you ever started a diet, & quit, then wondered 8 months later what would have happened if you’d stuck with it 🤔? IG must have asked itself why it spent so much time & energy to catch up to TikTok 😟. The push was a failure ❌. If it stayed true to its focus, everyone would understand what to expect here 👌. Photographers who fled, would likely still be here; users would’ve felt less angst about posting Reels; & new users would understand photo imagery is Instagram’s strength 🏋️‍♀️. Is this good or bad news, or do you care 🤷‍♀️? Hey all 👋 it's Ace/Kishin (depending on discord/tumblr) here to offer just a bit of extra info on everyone outside the refs (for now)

While most of my muses here are technically pokepasta, they're not in the same setting.

Blake, Gold, and Silver are all recovering from their individual pasta traumas. Alive and not, ghosts with heartbeats. No horror from them unless it's a nightmare event. References to what happened to them are also kept at a minimum. In the end, they are just slightly quirky versions of their game Canon selves

Steven still did everything from his pastas, and then everything in the Renegade route of Rejuv, but at the point he's at in this blog, it's all over and he's just another ghost in a timeline not his own. Still a scary guy

Grey is completely separated from his origin at this point. He still has all the canon from his lore, but he's in the middle of a completely different deal. Just a funny guy with a funny Hypno and beef from Darkrai. I also gave him his own pre-canon lore to make him fit in better.

Kuro is one of the 2 non pasta adjacent muses, one of the mc choices in Reborn. He's gone through the journey, and post game journey, and sits as Champ of Reborn. Not above breaking laws if he thinks it's the right thing to do

Aevery is the other non pasta muse and is completely my own, created to be the mc for my Paragon run of Rejuv. Just a little guy with trauma and a Rowlet. And 2 ghost guide sorta brothers that hate eachother

If anyone wants to know anyone more, please feel free to hit up the ask box! They won't bite~ (ok steve might). Much as I'd love to drop in on events and such, I know even just pasta adjacent isn't everyone cuppa, and I don't wanna get too involved uninvited with my poor schedule either so ask interactions are my best outlet
