I wonder exactly what goes on in S'ria's head whenever he hears stuff that is so unintentionally relevant to him. I'm sure that phrasing is very much something, given he did quite literally do the Exact thing mentioned here when he was a teenager.

Actually, odd situational retroactive foreshadowing, given how soon it is! One of the earliest things written in Snowverse is the aftermath of the Royal Menagerie trial with Zenos, in which Fray makes a brief attempt at tearing his throat open but it sets off a flashback of the previously mentioned event (and they decide they'd rather not actually go through with that. Or perhaps are genuinely unable to.)

The gate is blown open and it's time to go in.

ok so i hope i did this properly and portrayed both kuroo and the loser bf trope properly HDFHFGD

It was no secret that Kuroo was popular throughout highschool & college, mostly for his looks since people didn’t really have a chance to get to know him. Especially because he didn’t pay them no mind, he had his circle and that was more than enough for him.

Somehow, you were also in his circle, meaning you had to deal with his playful yet sometimes loud personality. You had grown used to it over the years and in all honesty, you didn’t mind it one bit, it was just how he was and you couldn’t help falling for him.

Kuroo watched you write away something in your notebook, observing you with every move as a small smile crept on his face. It was no secret to anyone just how big of a simp Kuroo was.

“What are you doing?” Kuroo questioned, snapping you out of your trance, noticing him peeking over your shoulder.

“Nothing Tetsu– Just scribbling.” you smiled, planting a kiss on his cheek, noticing his smile growing bigger and his light flush of pink on his face. No matter how many kisses he’d receive from you, it wouldn’t stop him from getting flustered, even the smallest bit. He was so in love with you and he didn’t even try to hide it, he was always doting over the smallest things you did, always showing his love for you one way or another.

“Is that so?” he asked and you nodded, closing your notebook as you turned all your attention to him. “Cute.” he mumbled, wrapping his arms around you as you relaxed.

“Did you say something?” you frowned, looking at your boyfriend who had his eyes closed and a smile plastered on his face. “No–, not at all.” he mumbled, burying his face into your neck.

“Whatever you say Tetsu.” you smiled, running your hands through his hair and enjoying the moment. It wasn’t every day where you two had a moment of peace at his dorm room, considering his roommates were always there.

“So– what did you call me over for?” you asked once again, finally making Kuroo open his eyes as he looked at you, averting his eyes to a bag next to his nightstand. “Can’t I just ask to see you?” Kuroo answered, faking being offended, earning a playful slap from you.

“You know I didn’t mean it like that, you said you had something.” you laughed and Kuroo finally let go of you, getting up from his bed after and grabbing the bag.

“Okay so first off– Don’t laugh at me.” Kuroo started, a small grin plastered on his face as he recalled what it was. “You’re scaring me a bit Tetsu.” you laughed, laying back down on his bed.

“Good.” he answered, a playful tone lingered in the way he spoke.

Kuroo had gotten matching onesies for the two of you, it originally had started as a playful joke between the both of you but the more he thought about it, the more he liked the idea. It was just something silly but he really wanted to show you as soon as he got it, that’s why he called you over.

“I got us those matching onesies–” Kuroo continued, showing you the set he got, watching your reaction while holding back his laughter. “Tetsu–” you laughed, taking a better look at them before properly answering.

“They’re so stupid, I love it.” you answered, Kuroo breaking out in a fit of laughter right after.

Kuroo purposely went and got the most idiotic ones he could find, just to feed into the joke and make you laugh. So seeing your reaction was priceless and he’d do anything to achieve that, being fully aware of how big of a simp he was.

“You do? It definitely was worth calling you over wasn’t it?” Kuroo asked jokingly, plopping down on the bed next to you. “You’re an idiot.” you mumbled, laying your head on his shoulder with a smile on your face.

“I love you too.” Kuroo laughed, placing a kiss on your head as a peaceful silence fell and you two sat there, enjoying one another’s company.

Because in the end, this was really all Kuroo could ever ask for and he was prepared to drop anything to achieve this with you if needed.

Hey you,

I know I normally don’t take the time to write cheesy things like this... but with the holidays approaching I woke up feeling kind of... soft today. I never really looked forward to the holidays too much. My dad was always busy, and my mom and I tried to celebrate together but it always felt like something was missing. Sure, I had grandpa and grandma there too... They got me lots of presents, but I guess I never really wanted those things. I just wanted to spend some quality time with my family, but even then I was too stubborn to admit that. This year I just want to spend some quality time with my loved one... With you. I know sometimes I’m not good at showing you how I feel but, I’ve taken some time off and I would love to take you somewhere special. I want to make you as special as you make me feel.

While the female Yeti are asexual reproducers, male Yeti can get other species pregnant but it is not advise considering that their pregnancies last a full year and the one carrying has massive mood swings and fluctuations of magic from the unborn child. If the carrier is not a Yeti, the risk hypothermia if not properly taken care of or having their bodies malnourished from trying to carry a Yeti child.
