Heyy, just curious, how did you get into the Batman fandom or rather get to know Jason? For me personally I got Arkham city for my ps3 when I was a kid and that’s how I got to love Batman. Years later when Arkham knight came out I didn’t get the game so I just watched letsplays on yt and yeah I fell in love? (I got the game now tho)

I was in the DC fandom via the animated movies, and came to know Jason from the excellent Batman: Under the Red Hood. Jensen Ackles' performance as Jason adds so much depth and complexity to him. Especially his speech at the end of the movie.
(And ALSO the way he takes a hit for Batman during the Fearsome Hand of the Four fight is just...ugh.). I initially wrote Rules of Vanishing based on Under the Red Hood.
Then, I started playing the Arkham games. I just absolutely fell in love with Jason as the Arkham Knight, and the rest of Gotham City, which is how I started writing fics for the Arkhamverse.
I still have such a soft spot for Under the Red Hood!Jason though. He has just the right amount of arrogance and tragedy.
Hope you enjoyed playing Arkham Knight, anon! I got the game for peanuts during the last Steam sale and it's on my to-play list again!
