˚₊‧꒰ა ♡ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ ALLUME'S LIGHTSTICKS!
With every new generation, a new lightstick is revealed a month after the new lineup is revealed. Allume has a total of FOUR generations of lightsticks. The first generation of Allume, active from 2000 to 2005, did not have an official lightstick but instead pen lights, similar to the ones AKB would produce. They are now highly sought-after collectors' items.
ﾞ . ✩ . ' ۫ ، GENERATION ONE. ── THE ORIGINAL
Called the "Allubong" by fans, this was the first official lightstick for Allume. The lightstick made its debut in May of 2005, making Allume the first Kpop group to ever have a custom lightstick. Fans were instantly enamoured by the cute and simple design, the hear shape light becoming an instant hit. Myrah Yamazaki is credited with coming up with the design for the lightstick, while Jung Sunghee is credited with the iconic ballet shoe box-inspired packaging.

Notable for being cheaply made and breaking off during concerts, the second generation of the Allubong is not favorably remembered by fans. Upon its debut in 2010, many fans were excited about the new design, finding it a cute and simple upgrade from the original. They were quickly disappointed once they tried to use the lightstick. Though Flowerbank assured fans they would fix the issue and inform fans when a new batch was released, a new batch would never come to be. By the end of its run, it earned the nickname "shitbong" and left many memorable moments of the heart flying off during Allume's performances.

After switching manufacturers, the Allubong was back and better than ever. Hitting the shelves in 2015, the Allubong quickly became on of the most sought-after lightsticks due to how pretty and elegant it was. The heart-shaped dome was, yet again, a heavily discussed and beloved design choice that fans and non-fans alike couldn't get enough of it. 2016 would be the highest year of Allubong sales in the group's history, tapping out at 789,000 units sold. Adores would die for this lightstick, and it is a highly sought-after collector's item within the fandom.

In their most recent lightstick release, fans were conflicted on if they liked the newish design. Instead of a heart dome, as usual, they went with a heart cage with intricate designs made of thick plastic, giving the lightstick a heavy and luxurious feel when held. While new fans absolutely adored this new design, old fans were unenthused with the change, calling it the "beginning of the end" of Allume. This would incite many fan wars across social media. Despite the debate, the Allubong 4.0 would go on to sell 250,000 units upon its release in 2020, making it the most successful Allume lightstick release day.

After the irrefutable evidence of Kim Misun, leader of ALLUME, being the mother of Son Jinhwa’s youngest son, Son Juwon, Misun’s company FLOWERBANK ENTERTAINMENT announced that Allume’s world tour would be cancelled with refunds being issued to next week. The girls were seen flying back the Korea the next day and as of right now Misun’s Instagram accounts have been set to private while the other girls have stayed silent.
Well...almost silent.
KPOP’s super villian AKA Myoi Yui posted on Instagram a shady story and posts saying the tour shouldve lasted longer and that she’s happy to be emplyed unlike some of her groupmates...
Marsiol commented on the post, agreeing with Yui saying: "we can't get everything we want lol ( adores i took these btw)
And even getting a comment from Chaerin who is usuall too clueless to be in on the drama: "we'll get to new york one day haha"
Anyways, with the tour cancelled, Korea turned against her, and seemingly her own groupmates over her deadbeat mom bullshit, it looks like Misun is on her way out. Though Flowerbank has a reputation of defending their artists till the bitter end so who knows! Maybe we'll see them defend Misun when they finally release a statement.
CEO Son Jinhwa of Angelico released a statement yesterday regarding the rumors, comfirming that Misun was indeed the mother of his son and has not been in his life since his birth.
"Misun and I entered a mutual agreement that I would raise our son. She signed over all custody to me and relingushed her parental rights three weeks after he was born just like we agreed upon. All of this is an agreed upon arrangment that all three of us are happy with. Whether you agree with it or not is up to you but please leave my son out of any malicious rumors directed towards Misun. It's not appropriate and will be met with legal action. Thank you."
So if Jinhwa can make a statment, why can't Misun? Or Flowerbank? Everyone is on the edge of their seats waiting for the statment!

LAST OF US is a south korean boy group, debuting in 2020 under OUTERBANKS Entertainment a subsidiary of FLOWERBANK Entertainment. many consider them the brother group of ALLUME due to their lores interconnecting and many of the members in LAST OF US (abbreviated as LOU) were featured in ALLUME’s short films as HIM.
it was no shock that the boys were announced to be the opening act for ALLUME’s world tour “The Pity Party” as the groups are often marketed together and debuted side by side.
even without their association to ALLUME, LAST OF US is pretty successful on their own, winning rookie of the year in 2020 alongside multiple other awards. their albums sell incredibly well and they typically chart within the top tens.
they are the ONLY artist under Outerbanks Entertainment. many people say outerbanks was only created so Flowerbank Entertainment could debut boys without ruining their all female title their label carries.

THE PITY PARTY is set to be ALLUME’s first world tour. The tour is said to kick off OCTOBER 1ST with 36 dates scheduled. The group is also set to have a comeback before the tour, making many fans fear they will be overworked and tired before the tour even begins.
They are the first group ever under FlowerBank Entertainment to go on a world tour as they are the most domestically and internationally popular under the label.
Fans are very excited for this as they’ve been waiting for a world tour since the group’s debut. Many expect to tour to sell out the day tickets go on sale.

FLOWERBANK Entertainment has finally released a statment regarding the status of ALLUME leader, Kim Misun. Misun was recently accused of abandoning her son with her former boss, Son Jinhwa. Though Jinhwa released a statment saying the arrangment was agreed upon by both parties, it did little to quealm the wrath of netzens.
“As of December 10th 2022, Kim Misun will no longer be a member of ALLUME and will be leaving the team,” Flowerbank says in their official statment, “she has terminated her contract as she wishes to live a normal life now. Our Flowerbank family wish Misun nothing but the best and cherish the time she spent with us.”
An hour after the announcement, Misun posted a letter on all her social media to announce her departure from the idol industry.
“Hello. This is Kim Misun, some of you might’ve known me as Sunny.
I am writing you all this letter to announce my departure from Allume and idol life as a whole. These past few days have been very stressful for me. Many have painted me as a monster over a situation I hope they never understand. I never expected intelligence from the users of IDOLIST.com but I wish they never understand the pain of what I went through in 2018.
My ten plus years in the industry has been a rollercoaster that I’m not sure was worth it. I am greatful for all the support, love, and friendshhips I’ve made during this time but it’s time for me to say goodbye.
I will be going on a break to attend universirty, something I’ve always wanted to do but never was given the time to do so. Once I’m done with that, I will come back to pubnlic life but I will never be an idol again. I hope you all can understand my decision.

In a recent ANGELICO announcement, it’s been revealed to the public that SE4SONS, a rotational girl group under Angelico, will be disbanding after six years in the industry.
The group debuted in 2015 with a sweet concept and a graduation system set in place, during their run they had 20 graduated members soon to be 24. While there are no hints as to where the current girls will go, former members have shared their fond memories during their time in the group and thanked the fans for making their times memorable.
The current members graduations have been set for the first week of June and once the last member graduates, the group will officially be disbanded.

[ #JAEHWA ] upon hearing the news of se4sons disbandment, it only felt right to post about my time in the group. as many of you know, i debuted in se4sons in 2016 and left in 2018 due to very unfortunate circumstances involving legal disputes and messy contracts. i’m often not brought up when former members are mentioned lol but that’s okay. my time in se4sons was short but impactful not only on my career but on my life as a whole.
i met three of the most amazing girls there who changed my life forever. i was never good at making friends before i became summer, it was nice to have friends like emiko, view, and bambi. they made me a more outgoing and loving person, something i’m very proud of myself for becoming.
thank you to my fellow se4sons family, breezies, and angelico for giving me such a learning experience at the beginning of my career.
