˚₊‧꒰ა ♡ ໒꒱ ‧₊˚ ALLUME'S LIGHTSTICKS!
With every new generation, a new lightstick is revealed a month after the new lineup is revealed. Allume has a total of FOUR generations of lightsticks. The first generation of Allume, active from 2000 to 2005, did not have an official lightstick but instead pen lights, similar to the ones AKB would produce. They are now highly sought-after collectors' items.

Called the "Allubong" by fans, this was the first official lightstick for Allume. The lightstick made its debut in May of 2005, making Allume the first Kpop group to ever have a custom lightstick. Fans were instantly enamoured by the cute and simple design, the hear shape light becoming an instant hit. Myrah Yamazaki is credited with coming up with the design for the lightstick, while Jung Sunghee is credited with the iconic ballet shoe box-inspired packaging.

Notable for being cheaply made and breaking off during concerts, the second generation of the Allubong is not favorably remembered by fans. Upon its debut in 2010, many fans were excited about the new design, finding it a cute and simple upgrade from the original. They were quickly disappointed once they tried to use the lightstick. Though Flowerbank assured fans they would fix the issue and inform fans when a new batch was released, a new batch would never come to be. By the end of its run, it earned the nickname "shitbong" and left many memorable moments of the heart flying off during Allume's performances.

After switching manufacturers, the Allubong was back and better than ever. Hitting the shelves in 2015, the Allubong quickly became on of the most sought-after lightsticks due to how pretty and elegant it was. The heart-shaped dome was, yet again, a heavily discussed and beloved design choice that fans and non-fans alike couldn't get enough of it. 2016 would be the highest year of Allubong sales in the group's history, tapping out at 789,000 units sold. Adores would die for this lightstick, and it is a highly sought-after collector's item within the fandom.

In their most recent lightstick release, fans were conflicted on if they liked the newish design. Instead of a heart dome, as usual, they went with a heart cage with intricate designs made of thick plastic, giving the lightstick a heavy and luxurious feel when held. While new fans absolutely adored this new design, old fans were unenthused with the change, calling it the "beginning of the end" of Allume. This would incite many fan wars across social media. Despite the debate, the Allubong 4.0 would go on to sell 250,000 units upon its release in 2020, making it the most successful Allume lightstick release day.

#ALLLUME ALLUME is a six member fictional girl group that debuted on FEBRUARY 13TH 2000. The group operates on a GENERATION system, being one of the few K-pop groups to do the system properly and consistently.
