i write JB as Jughead’s twin rather than his younger sister, she never left Riverdale with her mom because her relationship with her mother is practically non-existent (because of her crappy behavior). JB is younger than Jughead by six minutes, attended Southside high until it closed; reluctantly transferred to Riverdale high where she dropped out close to graduation.

she currently runs the Serpents, and her relationship with her brother is practically non-existent since he released his book.

shfkgjhsfgsk holy shit, this question. For starters, I fucking ADORE Hope Mikaelson and the complexity that is her life and her emotions and I have been writing her since the main idea of her was introduced in The Originals on the facebook platform. And still, I have seen so many great people write her in here to the point where I highkey believe I'm a literal potato and can't write her for shit. This is how amazing those lovely people are. My friends however ( Tiffany the most ) are still encouraging me to write her on her own blog so I have to swallow my inferiority issues and just do it :,)

6. Name 3 things you love most about your muse / muses.

i ) Jo's character development. Honestly, I never expected of this little ball of fury to come this far. She started as an experimental idea on my multimuse on facebook and with the help of @ sacredslaycd, i have brought her forth on tumblr and oh how lovely she has blossomed. She started as a child who was heavily influenced by the council and even saw the world in black and white, good and evil, viewing the world as demons origins = bad, humans = good and in the span of one year she had been around so many lovely characters who are supernaturals ( such as witches, mostly vampires and werewolves ) that her world has been shaken up and her eyes just. . . opened. Don't get me wrong, she has a lot of work to do on that department, but the point is, she has come a long way from where she started. And over all, isn't that what character development really is ? ii ) the second thing I love most about her is less of a fact and more of the way she is. the longer she has stayed in Monterey ever since she graduated from the watcher / slayer academy, and the more time she has had to be around her family ( and less of the council ) has helped her develop the attributes that make her a person; she is finally in a place where she can even say she's growing to be happy, even if her life is anything but. In fewer words, I admire her optimism, the way she forms connections and relationships and friendships, and most of all, I love how terrible her puns are. I love her passion. I love that she'll do whatever it takes to save the people she loves. I love that she tediously loves and she gets burnt but she still picks herself up and does it again because that's just the person she is.

iii ) the girl is hella strong and resilient. It's no secret that life has had a tendency to beat her down, from buffy leaving, to the council taking her away from her family, inflicting its own closed-minded mindset, to losing ethan, to being tossed in the arena and having undergone a slayer underground slavery because her watcher betrayed her, to everyone in the council turning their backs on her and declaring her an enemy, to eventually dying and being turned into the one thing she was raised to hate. And throughout all that, she's still somehow standing, and she's still gentle and loving even though she's literally falling into pieces. She's no god; sometimes she questions herself and her bravery falters and she has had times where she acted selfish and petty ( cause no one is flawless ) and can occasionally be mean about it, but she's still there and she's trying to be a better person and SUE ME, but being mean is part of life. Somehow, even after everything, she still manages to push to her feet. I don't know how better to explain it.

Enemies to friends to lovers to oh-no I'm a baby maker who always believed we'd end up together even though when we first met all i wanted to do was slice your throat open or whatever The Vampire Diaries Delena / Klaroline was. In general lines, this trope can be good if handled the right way but most people just dive in because they lack the patience of it and for me personally, it's like i'm watching something go 0 to 100 within the span of 2 minutes.

hey hey hey i really don’t feel like writing starters just for them to sit there without any replies sooo i’m really interested in the plots bellow (yes there’s lot of them, i like to have options). striked means the plot is already taken. if you’re interested in anything please don’t be shy hmu and i’ll write you a starter. i’m always down for writing several plots with the same person too!!!

actual plots

“you can’t even take care of yourself how are you going to take care of a baby?”

[a] has finally confessed their feelings to [b]. everything is fine and dandy... until the next day wen they kiss [b] on the lips and [b] is very confused.... turns out [a] confessed their feelings to [b]’s doppelganger.

[a] was somehow transported into another world or reality. [b] has spent years looking for them... now the they have found them... [a] doesn’t want to go back.

(annihilation vibes) [a] and [b] are a couple / exs / almost dated. they are assigned to go on an exploration - one [a] had gone in before and which ended earlier than expected. during their exploration they are forced to face the nature of their relationship, their past shortcomings, and also the fact that there’s something awfully strange going on in the surroundings around them.

(tomb raider vibes) [a] and [b] are on the same side at first, but when the bad guy is defeated [a] wants to keep the magical artifact that could literally change the lives of millions of people... [b] thinks the artifact should stay where they found it.

(historical) [a] went to war and was presumed dead, against all odds and to everyone’s shock he returns to his family and bride [b] months/a year later, but [b] is quick to realise that something is off... when is it a good time to tell your future wife you made a deal with the devil?

[a] and [b] are very close/in a relationship and their job is to hunt down supernatural beings... and then [a] is turned into one. will [a] kill them when they find out?

(historical) [a] is a skilled nurse. [b] is their patient. somehow they click. alas there is a pretty big witch hunt going on and oops turns out [a] is one of them.

a plot where muse a has been pretending to be a fortune teller/psychic and has become a really skilled liar. then one day muse b comes along. muse a bullshits their way through muse b’s reading… only literally everything they say it’s going to happen to them, happens to them.

based on princess diaries: (a) and (b) are good friends who may or may not have a massive crush on each other. (b) just found out they are royalty.

princess diaries 2: based on mia x nicholas

loosely based on bella x mortimer goth (this is so niche but hello sims lovers!!!). (a) and (b) are childhood sweethearts who get married and have a family. one day (a) vanishes and it shatters (b)’s heart. it takes months/a year but eventually (a) returns, although there’s something... different about them.

‘we’re childhood friends who grew apart because i moved away and now im kind of famous but anyway i’m back in town for a holiday and you lied to your family about dating someone because they’re always annoying you about being single haha oh man that wasn’t very smart of you you’re such a mess… wait you want me to pretend to be your s/o?”

(until dawn vibes) hanging out in a cabin in the woods for the weekend with their friends, [a] and [b] almost dated but the night things nearly took off an awful prank was played on [a]’s sibling, who vanished and was never found. a year later the friends are at the cabin again in some sort of homage ([a] could have asked them to come, it could have been [c] - someone who had an interest in [a]’s sibling, or it could be unknown who did it). odd things start happening and the group splits, soon realising that they are not alone. in the middle of all of this, [a] and [b] are stuck together, navigating their personal feelings, dealing with the guilt of what happened the previous year, and trying to stay alive.

for all their problems (a) has managed to make a nice life for themselves, they even got engaged to their hs/college sweetheart, (b). they never wanted to be part of the family dubious business and thought they were out. but for some reason they were dragged back it, which deeply unsettles (b).

stranger things / anything horror-ish. (a) and (b) were low-key close growing up, not really in the same circle of friends but they just understood each other even in silence. a couple years ago when (b) was home from college they finally hooked up and it was supposed to have turned into a relationship but (a) got cold feet. a year later (b) met (a)'s step-sister at college and the two hit off and as far as (a) knows they have been dating for the past couple months.... now (a)'s step-sister has gone missing and (a) is paying (b) a visit at college.

muse a and muse b went were set up on a date. it... didn’t go well. the conversation was painful and not going anywhere so they kind of just ended up having sex. about a month later muse b starts getting texts from muse a. they think muse a wants to give it another go. muse b agrees to meet up with them to let them down gently... then muse a tells muse b she’s pregnant.

modern or historical. (a) and (b) recently got engaged and went on a short vacation to a charming cabin where they had a staff of two at their disposal. they got snowed in… which would have been fine if (b) wasn’t secretly a vampire and needed sustenance. bad things followed.

jumanji inspired aka “we played a game years ago and you vanished but now you’re… back? am i losing my mind?”

muse a and muse b are staying in a hotel for some reason - separate rooms. the hotel is haunted. when weird things start happening one of them wants to leave but oops, it’s snowing really hard and they can’t go anywhere.

muse a has always had very vivid dreams. one day they dream that they are in a ship during a storm, someone holding heir hand. something rolls down the deck hitting muse a in the left ankle. when muse a wakes up they feel normal until they swing their feel out of bed and try to stand, a sharp pain coming from their left ankle. when muse a looks at it, it’s bruised.

based on black chalk (book): a game of consequences, of silly forfeits, childish dares to be played by best friends in their first year at Oxford University. but then the game changed: the stakes grew higher and the dares more personal, more humiliating, finally evolving into a vicious struggle with unpredictable and tragic results. (optional: now, fourteen years later, the remaining players must meet again for the final round.)

Age she’s frozen at: 26

Actual Age: Depends on story context. Modern settings, she’ll be in the triple digits, Canon settings of earlier period pieces such as, say, AOT, she’ll be around the mid double digits. Aka, its the difference between whether she’s a fairly new vampire, or a vampire that’s been around for a while.

Hair: Medium Length, Auburn

Eyes: Hazel

Skin Tone: Olive

Height: 5'7"

Looks slender, borderline fragile, but her vampire strength makes her stronger than most humans.

When Feeding: Eyes glow red, four fangs break through in place of canines (rapidly grows around them, doesn’t knock them out), two on top, two on bottom, slender, fine, but sharp and strong, medium length. The red glow can be enhanced by a fresh kill or intense emotions–when not feeding, a red glint may appear in her eyes while experiencing intense emotions.

General Background Info (Details change/are added based off fandom I’m RPing in to help her fit better in the verse. Feel free to message me if you’d like more details for your muses verse)

Vivianne’s transformation into a vampire was against her will, and she was given no explanation about what was happening to her. She was left to figure things out on her own through trial and error, and has not seen the vampire that turned her since the night he attacked her.

Before she developed her Compulsion ability, Vivianne preyed on serious criminals to sustain her. This was to help ease the guilt of having to drink people’s blood and being in a position where she had to drain them to avoid her secret getting out.

Vivianne faked her death in her mid to late thirties when she realized she wasn’t aging and people in her life (Namely her parents) started to notice as well, on top of the strange behavior of not going out in the day and disappearing for most of the night.

In her late forties/early fifties, Vivianne crossed paths with another vampire, one that killed indiscriminately and in large quantities. There were confrontations between the two of them because 1) conflicting morals, 2) her activities threatened to expose Vivianne, 3) she directly threatened to expose Vivianne when Vivianne tried to stop her the first time, and 4) she did try to frame Vivianne for her killings. Part of Vivianne’s hesitance to stop this vampire was because somehow she was able to walk in the sun, and Vivianne wanted to know how. After realizing it had to be because of the necklace this woman never took off, Vivianne was able to outmaneuver this other vampire, resulting in the other vampire being killed by hunters. Vivianne took the necklace before it could be destroyed with the body, and has been able to blend in better with society and walk in the sun ever since.

After receiving the necklace, Vivianne started to actively pursue her desire to not be ruled by her hunger, to use her abilities--that at the time were only used for killing to feed--for something more useful, to feel like she was putting them towards something worthwhile, maybe even good. She doesn’t want to just be a monster that kills in the dark, she wants to try and make things better if she can. She hopes that might help ease some of the parts of what she is that makes her feel self-conscious.

On that note, she’s self-conscious as a vampire, but not necessarily self-loathing. She’s not sitting in a corner all her life bemoaning “Woe is me!” and giving constant “I’m a monster” lectures, she’s still out and about trying to do somethings with her (Undead) life, but there are things she’s sensitive about--like the fact she has to drink blood and sometimes kill to survive, or that she’s a danger to people around her if she loses control.

Rules

Vampire Mythos Rules (Pretty close to Vampire Diaries Rules) (I’m fully willing to change some of these to fit our RP if you would like, this is just a general outline you’ll get as a heads up):

The older the Vampire, the stronger they are.

Enhanced strength, dexterity, speed, sight, smell, and hearing. These can be impaired by distraction, pain, or somehow muffling their senses (i.e. putting a blindfold over the eyes or covering the ears). Also, with practice, a Vampire can learn to filter out the “white noise” or to focus on a select few sensory details, or even just one specifically at a great distance.

Rapidly regenerating healing (No, she can not grow back cut off limbs. Maybe a few lost fingers or a cut off nose, but not a whole arm, leg, or more)

Burns in the sun–HOWEVER, she has a necklace that protects her from burning in the sun as long as she’s wearing it. She doesn’t know how it works, only that it does. If that necklace comes off in the sun, though, she only has moments to get out of the sun or she dies.

White Sage: acts as the garlic in this mythos (Or the vervain of Vampire Diaries), sort of. It’s poisonous/acidic to vampires, burns on contact (steam and red skin and all), weakens them, negates their abilities, will knock them out in large doses (BUT WILL NOT KILL THEM).

The longer she goes without blood, the weaker she becomes.

Her diet effects the strength of her abilities. (In descending order: Exceptional Human Blood, Regular Human Blood, Deteriorated Human Blood [I.e. A truly vile person], Animal Blood, Tainted Human Blood [Sickly, someone who’s taking drugs or drinking a lot of alcohol])

Body functions like a normal, living, human being (as long as she is consuming blood). They still have a pulse/heartbeat. Technically doesn’t need to eat food or drink water, but it helps with the cravings/bloodlust and helps them look human.

Vampire Blood heals when its in a human’s system

Compulsion: An ability that takes age and experience to start to develop. Basically mind control. Must keep eye contact. A Vampire can influence someone to do what they want/follow their (verbal) command (i.e. don’t panic, stay still, smack yourself 100 times, let me bite you, go jump off that cliff, etc). The stronger the vampire, the stronger the compulsion. Theoretically, a vampire can do this to another vampire if A) they’re older, B) the other vampire is extremely weak/weakened, C) Immense focus and willpower. Negated by White Sage if its on the subject or in their system.

Vampire Transformation: A human needs to die with Vampire Blood in their system, then drink human blood within 24 hours (Or they’ll die)

Death: Vampires can be killed by decapitation, Starvation (Which happens at a much slower rate than human starvation), burning alive, Ripped out heart (Which will probably be another supernatural creature), ripped in half by say a Titan would certainly do it, classic staked through the heart. ANY OTHER DEATH, i.e. suffocation, drowning, shot, etc, the Vampire will simply be unconscious but with no pulse while the body heals, and wake up as if from a nap, perfectly fine. Basically, they need to be killed by something that can’t heal fast enough or can’t heal at all.

Writing Rules/Info

I’m actually pretty relaxed, so this should be quick.

Fandom Flexible (Currently wanting to RP in AOT/SNK universe)

I will RP Mature Content, BUT you must be an adult, must be 18+, to RP that content with me.

I’ll match how descriptive you are. If I send a starter, it may be long to set the scene, but after that, I’ll adjust as necessary.

; I’ve been working on some sub-verses and some AU verses for Mary, you can find them HERE ! Anyone is free to request them when you like a starter call or send me a meme, or plot with me! ooor honestly just toss them at me if you write me a starter! They include verses for Harry Potter, historical/legendary/epic settings, The Vampire Diaries/The Originals, The Hundred, Bates Motel, a college verse, The Following and a Heroes/Marvel/DC/etc verse. She is still Bloody Mary, the spirit, in all of them, but there are twists. I still want to have an OUAT verse, maybe a pirate verse and a few others, but these will come later.

v; slithering through mirrors (Hogwarts)

Mary Worthington was a 5th year Slytherin student at Hogwarts, but something had changed by the time 6th year started. Her friends and other students could tell something was off-- Mary was skipping a lot of classes and sometimes her eyes would spontaneously bleed. The professors didn’t acknowledge it or brushed it off, but they added a mysterious mirror to the Slytherin girls’ dormitory; they knew what happened. Mary kept it a secret from everybody else but the truth was she was dead now. Murdered during the summer between 5th and 6th year, her restless, vengeful spirit attached itself to a mirror. The magical energy surrounding Hogwarts helps her stay corporeal and out of the mirror (though she can still be summoned too), and the legend of Bloody Mary has yet to spread. Who killed her, how she died and the mythology behind the mirror, the summoning, the killing etc are exactly like in Mary’s main verse, but she is a born witch here; no demonic deals needed. Also note she is eternally sixteen in this verse, the only verse where she is underage.

v; the legend of the dead witch (historical)

Not a fandom-specific verse but geared toward anything that as a mythological, legendary, epic, historical or fairytale vibe. Mary Worthington was a well known powerful witch, who traveled between kingdoms and used her abilities to help others, often staying in kingly courts or powerful covens. She gained her magic not through a demonic deal but through a deal with one of the Fae, a member of the Seelie Court (the fae’s identity is thread-dependent!), who favored Mary due to her open heart and closeness with nature. Her powers are mostly relating to working with the elements, healing, glamours and of course using herbs, but can wander into darker territories if necessary. Her fame granted her many admirers but not all were convinced; some feared and were threatened by anyone who possessed magic. It was one such man who wounded her with iron (a weakness inherited from her Fae patron) and murdered her while her magic was bound. He gouged out her eyes and she tried to write a blood spell on the mirror, but couldn’t finish it before succumbing to her injuries. Perhaps it was a combination of the Fae folk watching over her, her half-done ritual on the mirror and the anger and trauma of the murder that brought her back to life, as the vengeful ghost of Bloody Mary (the summoning/killing rules are the same as in her main verse!). But instead of fading into being thought of as a myth, she made sure everyone knew she was still around, murdering those that kept murderous secrets and even innocents if they didn’t summon her correctly. She maintained her presence on the courts and covens, still trying to use her powers for good whenever she could, and her fame only grew.

v; blood sacrifices (TVD/TO)

When a witch dies with vampire blood in her system, she loses her magic and ceases being a witch; everyone knows that. But what happens if a soul that is to become a restless, vengeful spirit has vampire blood inside her upon her death? Something weird, and Bloody Mary is proof of it. Her backstory in this verse is the same as her main verse, up until the murder and attempt to write the killer’s name on a mirror. She died and was brought back to life because of the vampire blood in her system, given to her by a friend who knew a killer was after her. Mary didn’t want to live like that, so she refused to feed and died again, peacefully. That should’ve been the end, but the anger and trauma of the murder and the injustice that the murderer was never caught brought her back as the vengeful spirit known as Bloody Mary, same as the main verse. The difference is, something of the vampiric blood still affected her: she grew fangs and could sustain herself by drinking blood. Unlike a vampire, she doesn’t need to feed (she is still a ghost, after all), but whenever she’s out of the mirror, in corporeal form, she can increase the length of time she’s free by consuming the vital life energy contained in blood. Hearing that Mystic Falls and New Orleans are hotbeds of supernatural activity, she traveled to those locations in search of something that could free her from mirrors and end the curse of the bloody Mary once and for all. [Please note that her strengths and weaknesses remain that of a ghost, not a vampire. Her eyes flash red and fangs grow when she feeds and that’s about all the vampiric you get from her!]

v; space pocket mirror (The 100)

Mary Worthington was 21 when she lived on the Ark. There was a little girl she cared for like she was her own sister, and the girl got sick. Instead of a demonic deal for witchy powers like on her main verse, in this verse Mary’s solution was much more mundane. She stole antibiotics and saved the girl, but she got caught. Arrested, and floated. Her mother watched, and cried, clutching a pocket mirror Mary had given her as a way to remain close to her family in the afterlife. The last thing Mary saw as she drifted into space was this blinding light that hurt her eyes, and then she was dead. And then she was back--- kind of, thanks to the anger over her death sentence being unfair, and seeing her mother’s grief. Mary’s spirit was stuck inside the mirror now, bloody tears coming from her eyes, the only way to free her was with a surge of energy...which she didn’t know about. When The 100 were sent down to Earth, someone took the mirror too, unknowingly bringing Bloody Mary along for the ride and separating her from her family again. The violence freed her from her prison (the mirror/summoning rules are the same as her main verse) and a girl that lived her whole life in space has to learn to adapt to living on a nearly empty Earth, among nature and enemies.

v; the eyes are the windows to the soul (The Following)

I’ve yet to come across any muses from TF, but a girl can hope (this verse works well with any police investigation type of universe, anyway!) With Mary’s canon death involving her eyes being gouged out, and Joe Carroll’s canon MO being exactly that, the verse kind of wrote itself. Mary was a modern day witch, pursuing an English degree at Winslow University, Virginia, right around the time the Virginia Campus Murders started . Nobody suspected the rather well-liked (and Edgar Allan Poe obsessed, thus equating beauty with death) literature professor, Joe Carroll, of being a serial killer. Unfortunately for Mary, she fit his victim profile to a T, and he killed her. Drawing her last breaths, she wrote the letter J on a mirror, attempting to write the name of the killer, but she died before finishing. Several other female students would still be murdered before FBI agent Ryan Hardy apprehended Joe. The traumatic death and the anger at the injustice kept Mary’s spirit trapped in mirrors, and from that point on everything is the same as her main verse, with one addition: when the cult of Joe emerged she did her best to work with the police to find them, but only very few people within the task force knew one of Joe’s victims had returned as a ghost.

v; peering through a broken mirror (Bates Motel)

A sub-verse that is part of her main verse, started as a thing between me and ofwrittenschemes’ Norman but open to anyone that wants to interact within this setting! Everything is the same as the main verse up until two girls who are staying at the Bates Motel decide to play the Bloody Mary game, summoning Mary who has no choice but to kill them. Just as the now-corporeal ghost stepped out of the mirror, motel manager Norman came into the room and Mary had to quickly pretend that she was a victim too, the only survivor of a paranormal attack. Little does she know that Norman is hiding something too. Now Mary is staying in White Pine Bay, a small town with a history of crime, conspiracies and mob wars, and the pair have some crimes to cover up, some crimes to try and solve, and they have to decide whether to trust each other with their secrets or not. At least until Mary’s time is up and she’s swept back into the mirror.

v; haunted sorority house (college)

Also a sub-verse that is part of her main verse, meaning everything is the same up until she is summoned by some college boys playing the Bloody Mary game. They die, the energy lets her loose on campus, where curiosity and a desire to live a normal life make her decide to stay and blend in, pretending to be a student with an undeclared major. She even manages to rush a sorority, all while keeping her ghostly identity a secret from most.

v; vengeful vigilante (Heroes/DC/Marvel)

Also a sub-verse that is part of her main verse, meaning everything is the same up until the rise of superheroes and supervillains. The wave of vigilante crime fighting resonates with Mary, who decides to put her supernatural skills to good use whenever she’s out of the mirror and learns how to physically fight too. She finds those guilty of murder and gets them arrested or, sometimes, killed. Whenever she’s out crime fighting she wears black, ties her hair up and often times she’s crying blood; Mary doesn’t bother with a mask because she can’t be caught or found anyway--- she lives in mirrors and is a spirit that died centuries ago. She goes by Blood Tears, but many people refer to her as Bloody Mary because she ‘reminds them of the urban legend’, not realizing she is, in fact, the urban legend. They usually assume she’s some kind of metahuman/evo/mutant that can travel through mirrors and/or control blood. She’s not a hero, she’s an antihero who is not above murder and petty crimes if they help her stop other killers.
