Happy Birthday, Maki Nishikino!

Happy Birthday to Maki Nishikino. In my years of being a Love Live fan, I feel like my appreciation for Maki has stayed very strong. I really admire her a lot and love her fiery personality. She’s not afraid to speak her mind and has trouble being honest with people, something I can relate to heavily. I have never been very good with people but I still want to be more open and allow people to see the kind-hearted person I am beneath my tough exterior. Maki (and Love Live as a whole) inspires me to make the effort to break down my barriers and let people in.

I've seen people make cute photo tributes to their favorite anime characters and I wanted to do something for Maki this year.

I have had this Maki collage blanket for years and I don't really use it much (mainly cuz I don't want to get it dirty) but it's one my most treasured Love Live possessions.

Decided to get me a little something to lift my spirts and I have been wanting one of these cute little interchangeable Good Smile figures for a long time so I got me a Lucy Heartfilia one. It took me a bit to figure out how to put together the pose I wanted but it was worth it. I love her already~
