Discovering hidden daemons- Opestudo
Tumblr media
Credit: Freepik
Opestudo is a daemon of my veneration and invoking, placed as a wealth spirit that will be in my Tekhnē (Greek for skill) heigharchy likely published on my wordpress at some point. He appeared to me as a red fox, with a lot of black markings and a very firey appearance, then a man with a hat and beard, giving off vintage vibes.
The Lore and Origins
I will be honest, I invoked him myself, so he does not appear in any known grimoires. However, foxes in medieval fokelore were often burned for being associated with the devil, fraud and witchcraft. Foxes were also shown to be in medieval literature such as "Reynard the Fox", who decieves and tricks everyone around him for his own gain.
"Opes", to my knowledge in Latin, means wealth, and "Do" means to offer, or Give.
My Classification
He can Bestow one Riches and Wealth, Teach one the Art of Invisibility and Make one Witty and Cunning, as well as Teach those Regarding Manners of Business and How To Occupy Wealth and Maintain it.
Opestudo is not of fradulent or harmful behavior, but rather is a more benevolent figure than how medieval fokelore would make him out to be.
Energy Signature
Firey, Furry, Warm, Neutral-Positive
Personality< Overall Study:
Had somewhat neutral-positive vibes, very nice, but mischevious to some degree and somewhat laid back.
Associations🌿
Plant: Myrtle (by my association) Planet: Mercury Metal: Mercury. Time of day: Noon-Night Seasons: Fall Element: Fire, Air Colors: Dark Gray, Orange, Green
His Sigil:
The sigils I have made for him have been digitalized for my heigharchy post. If you wish to use this for him, one is a planetary sigil, the other is a Tekhnē heigharchy one.
The paper versions I have that were the base drawing for these digital versions also been charged with his energy.

Planetary sigil made from "Give", the meaning of the second half of the name "Opestudo", "Do".

Roomscale Warding Spell-
Tumblr media
What you'll need:
⛤ Jars (enough to fill each corner of the room)
⛤ Craft feathers (to represent air)
⛤Dandelions or Rose Petals (to represent Earth)
⛤Seashells or Freshwater Animal shells (to represent water, please make sure they comply with local laws, however)
⛤ Burnt Incense stick (to represent air)
⛤Gravel or Sand (To help fill the jar)
⛤Multiple peices of paper
⛤A stick or a wand (to draw out the ward)
⛤Cleansing Water aka Moon Water or Essential oils
Step 1: Fill each jar with the ingredients according to each element: Jar 1 has sand ns seashells representing water, Jar 2 has a feather and sand (or gravel) representing air, Jar 3 has Dandelions and Roses and Gravel for Earth, and the Last Jar has burnt incense sticks and gravel for fire.
Step 2: Write "I protect this space against harm against me" for each jar. Put the peice of paper with the writing in each jar.
Step 3: Place each jar at the corners of the room, then get your wand and dip it into your cleansing water, moon water, etc. and imagine your space as a box. Imagine, as you take the wand, draw it up in shapes in the air that you imagine is setting up and closing the room, aka warding it from any parasitic energies. Chant "I protect this space against harm against me" as you do so.

On that note, maybe expect to see more faeries, vampires, and lycanthropy stuff on my page. And ocassionally a daemon or so.
A reason I am reblogging and redoing some infoposts is because I plan to post a new masterlist for demonology and demonolatry here at some point. I have plenty of occult informative posts of uniqueness, but for now I have to try and get back some posts since I deactivated.

Bune- An Infopost
Tumblr media
Image Credit: Soffa Soffanie, Dragon Sheild
Do not take this info as a guide, it is mainly based on speculation and my experiences. If you find any helpful information in here, that is great, but that doesn't mean I am 100% correct in my writings.
Based on my research and speculation- Buné fits into my classification as a daemonic spirit associated with wealth, but that is only of my classification, as with the nature, war, astronomy, and love classifications.
Buné, also known as Busin, and Rewsyn, is a daemon described in the Livre des Esperitz, Liber Officirum Spirituum, Psuedomonarchia Daemonum, and Lemegeton.
Grimoire Info:
From the Livre des Esperitz-Bune is a great duke who directs bodies to and from one place to another, and makes men rich and speaks eloquently in front of all people, and gives true answers to what one asks of him; and has 35 legions.
Liber Officirum Spirituum Catalog 1-Rewsyn a duke, & appeareth like a beautifull wooman he knoweth things past present & to come, & he causeth one that after he is departed out of this world, then he causeth one of his ministers to enter into his body, & to speake with one of his kind, or with ani others, & he hath under him 10 legions.
Liber Officirum Spirituum Catalog 2-The 8th is called Busin, he answereth truly to all manner of questions, lie can bring dead bodies from one place to another, and to make use of his spirits to enter into the body and to carry it about and to speak and go at commandment, and to all manner of things done by the dead when he was living, except eating, he appeareth in the likeness of a fair woman but he speaketh hoarsely.
Psuedomonarchia Daemonum-Bune is a great and a strong Duke, he appeareth as a dragon with three heads, the third whereof is like to a man; he speaketh with a divine voice, he maketh the dead to change their place, and divels to assemble upon the sepulchers of the dead: he greatlie inricheth a man, and maketh him eloquent and wise, answering trulie to all demands, and thirtie legions obeie him.
Lemegeton-Buné is a Great Duke of Hell, mighty and strong, who has thirty legions of demons under his command. He changes the place of the dead and makes them demons that are under his power to gather together upon those sepulchres. Buné makes men eloquent and wise, and gives true answers to their demands and also richness. He speaks with a comely high voice. Buné is depicted as a three-headed dragon, being his heads like those of a dog, a griffin, and a man (although according to some grimoires he has two heads like a dragon and the third like a man).
Main description: Buné is either described as a dragon with multiple heads or a fair lady whom has associations with communing with the dead, mainly of burying and bringing such from tomb to tomb, as well as helping one in riches and granting one wisdom.
Basic Summary: Buné overall, is great with helping one with ancestor work and worship (my speculation), helping one obtain financial gain and riches, and overall wealth and knowledge.
Extra note: I do think she may have resemblance to (as possibly a shootoff of) Tiamat from ancient Mesopotamia, but that is only my UPG and not to be taken as 100% fact.
Personality: >Overall study
She is quite generous, but by what I have studied, she doesn't like just giving free handouts, she wants to see the practitioner grow hard and work steadily to acheive the rewards she gives them, only to behind the scenes, drop a few prizes (inheritence, money, restoration) when the practitioner doesn't notice, as a gift on the side for hard work. She kind of gives off "strict, but loving mom" vibes, tbh. (Wealth spirits tend to be more of equal-oriented relationship and they don't like to just give free handouts, as goes with alot of other daemons)
How to approach her: Buné is a wealth spirit in my classification, and while wealth spirits can be very generous, a handful of them, based on my study, appreciate it best if you approach them with the mindset of wanting to work steadily to help acheive your goal, and work constantly with a mindset of wanting to work hard, and have you be patient enough to earn your reward after enough hard work. <<<<Bune is of that variety.
For basic daemonic ettiquette, I will say to just be respectful and try not to use intentional disrespect or malice towards daemons and non-deity daemons and understand that they are complex and very intellectual and amazing beings who deserve respect. My Daemonic Heigharchies Ettiquette post is being remade as the last one was a bit ranty, and will be on my Wordpress.
Offerings: Keep in mind, with daemons, their offerings given depends on your own individual UPG with them, and it most likely won't be the same as everyone else's, (also these "lists of offerings other users normally post are their upg as well) but here's my personal ones:
If you cannot ethically acquire or make sure the crystals are ethically required, do not get them, after all there are better alternatives as offerings
Crystals: Citrine, Spotted Jasper, Carnelian
Animals: Dragons, Dogs, [Wolves, Crows- both UPG], Eagles
Misc: Animal Bones (ethically sourced, and has to comply with local laws such as the MBTA), Dragon statues, Crystal Balls, Skull Imagery, Golden Chains, Jewelery, Coins, A Money Jar with savings (extra devotional for her), Dragons Blood incense or oil, Gold rocks (obtained ethically) Silver rocks (obtained ethically)
