I just wanted to say that while I haven't been posting as much as I used to at the beginning, I still regularly scroll through and check who interacts to keep this blog as safe as possible for everyone. I stopped posting as much due to a lack of ideas, really. But if any of you want me to post something more specific or are curious about something, don't be afraid to ask.

Just done stocking up my monthly snacks

And as you can see, it's a mess of some goodies. I put a bunch of them in an old shoebox for easy picking, perfect for when big and smol :D
I also got myself a new plushie and some adorable strawberry napkins. The koalas name was originally Koby but I renamed them Cleo.

Lastly, I got this dino journal for £4 at Tesco. It has a bunch of sections for things like sleep and fun activities, and since it's aimed for kids 5+, it's great for when smol. (๑´>᎑<)~♡

Things to do when you're tiny and feeling...

Angry
✎Don't bottle it up! If you need to, go somewhere you can be alone to let out your feelings
✫Scream into a pillow or stuffie
✫Hit something soft (I promise your stuffies will forgive you too)
✫Let yourself cry
✫Draw with crayons (you can push down hard with them) it doesn't have to be pretty
✫Drink something cold like water or juice
✫Eat something hard/crunchy like cookies or carrots or chew on a teether
✫If you can, write down what made you angry and destroy the paper afterwards

Sad
✫Soothe yourself with a binkie
✫Hug as many stuffies as you need really close to your chest
✫Let yourself cry, if you can
✫Listen to lullabies
✫Eat something that makes you happy/comforts you (sweet or spicy is best)
✫Drink something warm like angel milk, hot cocoa or tea
✫Swaddle yourself in soft blankets
✫Watch your favorite show

✫Talk to them even if they don't answer back. You can feel what they want to tell you in your chest

✫Try to put names to what you can physically feel. If you feel something you cannot see, then it can't hurt you. Focus instead on feeling the things you CAN see like a soft blanket or hoodie

solo playtime ideas 🪁
for kiddos that don't have a caregiver, sib, or friend to play with <3
have a tea party! invite your stuffies, dolls, or other toys to a tea party with you! formal invitations are a must, of course, and you'll have to set the table for all of your guests. if you're too small to pour hot tea, you can always use water, iced tea, or have some invisible tea
make a pillow fort! have some spare pillows and blankets? make yourself a little fort by making walls of pillows and a blanket roof. once you're done, you'll have the perfect secret hideout
watch a movie! there's tons of kid-friendly movies out there, you're sure to find one you like! if you're not feeling a kid-oriented movie you can always watch nature documentaries, asmr videos, or a tv show
color a gallery! print out some coloring sheets, color them in, and hang them up. then, you can show all of your stuffies around your art gallery. who knows, maybe you'll inspire your stuffies to try out coloring themselves!
make a sock puppet! got a single sock lying around? all you need to turn it into a puppet is some googly eyes (or buttons) and a marker to draw on any extra features. if you're feeling fancy, you can use a pipe cleaner to give him arms and some pieces of fabric to make him a shirt

Do some gardening, plant some pretty flowers or vegetables, once they grow you can wash them and make a yummy salad.
Make a spring flower sensory bin, collect some grass, flowers and other things you can find in the garden.
Homemade bubbles solution add 2 cups of warm water, 1/3 cups of dish soap and 1/4 cup or corn syrup.
make a home made bubble wand from a pipe cleaner, tape and some beads. Bend the pipe cleaner in half, make sure that there is a hole where the bubbles would go, add tape around the wand bit and slide beads up to make it pretty (google has more info).
Go to a local pond and feed the ducks, bread can hurt their stomachs, the best diet is dry instant oats, seeds, cracked corn, lettuce, spinach and kale.
Flower pot painting, get some brushes and paint and let your imagination run wild while you create pretty designs on the pots, even plant some pretty flowers in them.
You can even use the paint to decorate some eggs for Easter (I made some and I drew a heart and a flower)
Make some ice pops, get small plastic cups and pour fruit juice or soda, add a popsicle stick and wait for it to freeze, to stop dripping add a cupcake liner so your hands don’t get sticky.
Have a picnic, do it in the garden or in the park, bring sandwiches, yummy juice and fruit and of course a nice treat like chocolate or candy.
If it’s muddy and wet you can go puddle jumping, wear some boots and waterproof clothes and have fun!

does that include those who doesn't believe all systems need to integrate in order to be functional/happy? i know some include that, i personally don't since there are other ways to be functional n happy while still multiple but i don't wanna break a dni by accident if you do

That does not include those who don't believe all systems need to integrate in order to be functional/happy as you stated. I myself believe that systems can still lead happy and functional lives while still multiple and it can probably be harmful for at least some to integrate as many become family/close friend like and the loss of said family/friends could harmful to them (to my understanding).
What I mean as anti-recovery is that I do not want people who are against very unhealthy illnesses that a person could recover from like an ed, depression or some physical health issue. This is because it is important for people to recover in order to stay healthy and live hopefully happier lives.
I hope this clears things up.

🍄 Tips all of the secret/closeted regressors out there 🍄
Sometimes it can be really hard when you’re living at home/with family who may not accept your regression! :( It can be difficult to buy regression items, store them, watch your favorite cartoons, etc. I have some tips to share, though, that i wish i had known when i was new to age regression!
🌼 Dollar Tree is your friend!!! Very cheap regression items such as bottles, sippie cups, coloring books, crayons, soaps, all kinds of fun things for very cheap!!!
🌼 Buy pacis from small businesses!! Yes, unfortunately they tend to be more expensive, however they are typically more well-made and last longer!
🌼 If you’re in the regression closet and have absolutely no way to buy full-on regression gear, try finding discrete little things like cute water bottles with nice designs on them! Fidget toys, chewy necklaces, more ‘plain jane’ bubble baths instead of kiddie bubble bath, etc.
🌼 Remember, you don’t have to have little gear in order to be a valid regressor! If you have to eat your mac & cheese out of a plain bowl, that doesn’t make you any less of a regressor! You don’t need fancy toys, designed blankets, socks and onesies to regress!
🌼 Hide your pacis, small toys, etc in the pockets of your jacket, and hang the jacket up in your closet!! I also hide mine in a small trinket box in my nightstand drawer!
🌼 You have to pay for it, but Paramount+ is an app you can download on any device, and it has all kinds of kids shows such as Dora the Explorer, Blues Clues, Spongebob, The Backyardigans, etc! You can watch it on your phone!
🌼 Cookies. Lots of cookies. They’re the perfect regression snack and nobody will suspect a thing 😎
Remember, what works for some may not work for all, and that’s okay! These are just some general tips that I’ve personally used!
Your regression is ALWAYS valid, no matter how you do it!💕🍄

Here are some ways you can hide stuff if you're still closeted and don't want others to find it. Hope it helps.
Hiding spots:
★ Old shoeboxes or non-see-through tupperware
★ Trinkets box (it's already full of random stuff what's more?)
★ Rolled up socks for small things (e.g. paci in a plastic baggie to keep it clean)
★ Pillowcase for small stuff or notebook/colouring book/etc
★ Back of a full/er drawer
★ Back of the bottom shelf of bookcase/desk
★ Under the mattress for flat stuff like colouring books
★ Beneath clothes or pjs (especially if it's also clothes)
★ Behind books on a shelf as long it cannot be seen from the side or top
★ Old school bags/handbags in the closet/wardrobe
★ Under the bed in the middle/corner (preferably near other stuff
★ Wrapped in a blanket or a hoodie
★ Inside coat pockets hung in your closet/room/chair
★ Plushies that have pockets
★ Behind furniture near a wall for flat stuff (also in a bag to keep clean)
★ Old folders that you don't need (or new if you use them a lot)
★ In the back of a high shelf
★In between similar things if you have them (eg: a colourful shirt with a childish in between you normal colourful clothes or pjs)
Excuses:
♥︎ toys/cartoon patterns -> nostalgia
♥︎ plushies -> Heard it helps with anxiety/stress/etc
♥︎ same toys/plushies brand/type -> collection
♥︎ plastic plates/etc -> Lower risk of breaking when tired
♥︎ kids cutlery -> prefering smaller cutlery, helps with eating slower (if you tend to eat fast)
♥︎ kid shows -> nostalgia
♥︎ no words shows -> headache (dialogue makes it worse)
♥︎ oversized clothes or pjs -> comfier to chill at home
♥︎ soft blankets -> comfort, to keep warm, decoration
♥︎ fruit pouches and other snacks -> easy mindless snacks
♥︎ colouring books -> calming activity, easier so less stress
♥︎ cutesy hairclips -> only ones you could find/cheaper/sale to keep hair out of the way
♥︎ stickers -> to decorate notes, nostalgia, collection
♥︎ pacis -> gag gift (often biting your nail, being childish at times, biting/sucking your lips,being a 'crybaby'), dare that you kept for the memory of the silliness

Chocolate mug cake
Ingredients:
🍫 ¼ cup flour
🍫 ¼ teaspoon baking powder
🍫 ⅛ teaspoon salt
🍫 2 tablespoon sugar
🍫 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
🍫 ¼ cup milk
🍫 2 tablespoon oil
Steps:
¤ Put your dry ingredients in your cup and stir
¤ Add the milk and oil
¤ Mix until smooth
¤ Microwave for 3 minutes
Mini tips:
♥︎ You can use a bowl instead, it makes it easier it eat and cooks better
♥︎ You can use milk alternatives or even just water if need be
♥︎ Use a skewer (the stick thingy) to make sure it's cooked properly
♥︎ You can add chocolate cream (eg nutella) inside before microwaving to make it gooey inside
♥︎ My opinion: tastes a bit better when cooled
