[warning: spoilers for my Encanto 2 fanfic]
Alzatico steals the magic of Casita for himself, taking the magical gifts of the Madrigals, and the gifts of his own sons, which changes his outfit into a white sorcerer's outfit, and he plans to use the magic of the Encanto for evil purposes.
the magic wisps on his hand are colored to match each gifted person's colour:
RED: Dolores [Hearing]
ORANGE: Antonio [Communicating to Animals]
AMBER: Pepa [Weather Control]
YELLOW: Camilo [Shapeshifting]
GREEN: Bruno [Predicting the Future]

This makes him a powerful adversary, meaning the Madrigals will have to stop him if they ever want to use their gifts again.

I decided to give Alzatico, my villainous Encanto OC, a redesign.
His appearance now has him older, so he's a man who's balding with short white hair, a moustache, a beard, and different clothes; A black shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a purple ascot, a dark green-blue long waistcoat, teal pants, and teal slip-on leather shoes on his bare feet.

Gift Idea for Agustin Madrigal
I read this chapter of this fanfic called Encanto: Journeys into the Multiverse. Encanto: Journeys into the Multiverse Chapter 13: Gift Difficulties, an encanto fanfic | FanFiction
In that fanfic, Agustin had the gift of Matter absorption, where in a manner similar to Kevin Levin from Ben 10 Alien Force, Agustin could absorb materials and gain an armor coating over his body.
ALso, in Ben 10 Alien Force, Kevin once got a mutation that caused materials to coat his skin. It also gave him the ability to shapeshift his hands into different weapons.
So what if Agustin had the ability to shapeshift his hands into weapons?
How would that work?

Mirabel Madrigal cuts Sir Topham Hatt and makes him cry
[SET IN Sodor's Legend of the Lost Treasure, right after the dynamite scene]
The Fat Controller: [raging furious, screaming] THOMAS THE TANK ENGINE!!!
Thomas: Uh-oh.
The Fat Controller: [raging furious] What are you playing at now? I thought you could learn to be more responsible if I sent you to work here.
Thomas: [tries desperately to explain] But, sir! This time, it's really not my fault! I...
The Fat Controller: [rudely interrupts, still raging furious, refusing to listen] NO, THOMAS!!! I've had quite enough of your excuses! Go to your shed immediately, and you can stay there for the rest of the afternoon!
[MIRABEL MADRIGAL APPEARS]
Mirabel Madrigal: How dare you do this, Topham! HOW DARE YOU PUNISH THOMAS JUST BECAUSE HE WAS SAVING YOUR QUARRY FROM THE DYNAMITE!!!!
Sir Topham Hatt: That changes nothing! I saw him pushing the dynamite, so he was the one to blame!!!!
Mirabel Madrigal: Oh, so now you wanna blame him again!
Thomas: Now, now, why don't we all just act like nothing happened?
Mirabel Madrigal: [To Thomas] You stay out of this! [to Topham] Prepare to be taught a lesson, Jerk!
[She grabs Sir Topham Hatt's arm, and cuts his face with sharp scissors. everyone gasps. there's silence for a minute or two, then, Sir Topham Hatt bursts into tears.]
Sir Topham Hatt: YOU'RE A VERY BAD GIRL, MIRABEL MADRIGAL! I NEVER WANNA SEE YOU AGAIN AS LONG AS I LIVE!!!! [RUNS AWAY, CRYING.]
Mirabel Madrigal: Serves you right, Sir Topham Pig-Face! [turns to see her family, the Madrigals, glaring at her] Uh-oh....

Big Hero 6 the Series Season 4: Robert Callaghan & Dr Ashley Patel's relationship explained.
This is how the relationship of Robert Callaghan and my OC Dr Ashley Patel goes in my Series 4 of Big Hero 6 the Series.
Stage 1: Unshaky Relationship
When Dark Volt promotes him to Scientist Assistant, Robert Callaghan is seen in Dr Ashley Patel's lab. Sorry to say, the relationship is a very shaky one. Dr Ashley Patel is not one to work with someone unlike his style. This leads to him setting boundaries on what Callaghan is and isn't allowed to touch.
This of course, leads him and Robert to have arguments from time to time, most notably after one of Dark Volt's plans fail.
At night, Dr Ashley Patel doesn't even share his bed with Robert, prompting the older man to sleep on an old mattress, with only his labcoat to keep him warm.
Stage 2: Fight that leads to Comfort on Both Sides
After Callaghan is found out for failing his undercover mission, Dr Ashley Patel angrily calls Robert out on his foolishness. Robert then lashes out that he doesn't even know how much he's been through lately. This surprises Ashley, who later witnesses Callaghan curled up on his mattress, quietly sobbing and mumbling.
When Ashley questions why he's upset, Callaghan tearfully confesses everything [the events of the movie, and the scenes in the eps 'Mini-Max' & 'Hiro the Villain' where he appears], which in turn shocks Ashley, and it makes him start to reflect on HIS life. [It turns out, he's Rishi Patel's father, and he & his wife divorced when Rishi was 4.] As he remembers it all, he starts feeling sad too. This ultimately ends in them both hugging and crying.
Stage 3: Friends
Upon realizing they both have more in common that they realize, Robert and Ashley soon start to get along. [Ashley soon even lets Robert share his bed with him.] Ashley even makes a serum to permanently regress Robert's body by 10 years of age, yet still being the same age he is - 45 years old.
Soon, the two of them end up finding out what Dark Volt's evil plan is. When Dark Volt realizes this, he has them both fired, captured, and trapped, deciding he wants them to perish first, so they won't be able to witness the destruction of San Fransokyo.
As they wait to be killed, Robert apologizes to Ashley for getting him involved. Ashley's not too upset - he admits he's sorry he never got to see his son one last time before they perish.
Stage 4: Teammates & Amigos
When Big Hero 6 [and Rishi Patel] rescue them, Ashley is able to reconcile with his son and family, and even meets Hiro & friends for the first time. When Callaghan explains Dark Volt's plan to Big Hero 6, they realize they're gonna need help to stop Dark Volt once and for all. Robert & Ashley [despite some hesitance from his wife] offer to help them.
Hiro reluctantly accepts, on the condition they do so under their custody. They're both placed in seperate CellMax cells, but are allowed to see each other, and walk around the lair once in a while. Often, they're both called in on the final battle to help, with Ashley's suit being able to create tendrils of electricity.
After Dark Volt is defeated, Ashley reunites with his wife, and also, gets a job working at SFIT, as a chief scientific officer. He keeps in touch with Robert Callaghan, who is now retired and living with his daughter, Abigail.

This is Oscar, one of my Encanto OCs, who is also a part of the plot to Encanto II.
He's the youngest child in Alzatico's family. Like Mirabel, he has no gift of his own. Instead, his father, Alzatico, teaches him magic, but his magic is not as good or as strong as his dad's. He also has 3 older brothers, who care for him. But he has a very bad relationship with his father, who belittles him, and once in a while, beats him. He befriends Mirabel Madrigal, and her family, and appreciates them for their differences, and love for each other, despite being imperfect. [Spoiler alert, near the end of the film, he and his brothers become part of the Madrigal family]
Oscar's Voice Actor: Taron Egerton [the actor who plays Johnny in Sing]
Personality: He cares for people and their differences, and his older brothers, who he likes despite the fact that they have gifts whereas he doesn't. He hates his father, who always belittles and berates him, no matter how hard he tries to impress him. He also states he doesn't want to learn magic, but keeps it to himself. With Mirabel's help, he stands up to his dad.
Appearance: A 16 year old young man with deep brown skin, green eyes, slate dark grey hair, and black glasses. His clothes consist of a sleeveless chartreuse top, a pale green waistcoat, green pants, and dark brown sandals.
Powers and Abilities: He has no gift, but uses magic, like his dad. Unlike his father, he uses magic for good purposes.
Age: 16

Coco: What if Miguel Assaulted his Abuelita?
[cut to Miguel's Ernesto de la Cruz stuff being thrown to the ground]
Abuelita: What is all this? You keep secrets from your own family?!
Berto: It's all that time he spends in the plaza!
Gloria: Fills his head with crazy fantasies!
Miguel: It's not a fantasy! That man was Ernesto de la Cruz! [gives Papa the photo] The greatest musician of all time!
Papa: We've never known anything about this man, but whoever he was, he still abandoned his family. This is no future for my son!
Miguel: But, Papa. Y-you said my family would guide me. Well, de la Cruz is my family. I'm supposed to play music.
Abuelita: Never! That man's music was a curse! I will not allow it!
Miguel: But if you would just let--
Mama: Miguel!
Papa: You will listen to your family. No more music.
Miguel: [picks up the guitar] Just listen to me play!
Papa: End of argument!
[Miguel tries to play the guitar, but Abuelita quickly snatches it from him]
Abuelita: [takes the guitar] You want to end up like that man? Forgotten? Left off your family's ofrenda?!
Miguel: [snapping angrily] I don't care if I'm on some stupid ofrenda!
[Abuelita, along with the whole family gasps in absolute horror at what Miguel has just said. Abuelita glares angrily at the guitar and prepares to destroy it]
Miguel: [terrified] No!
Papa: [anxious] Mama! WAIT!
Abuelita: [furiously smashes the guitar against the ground into pieces three times] There! [throws the smashed guitar and makes the cross sign] No guitar, no music.
[Miguel's tears leak out of his eyes]
Papa: Miguel?
[Miguel's teary eyes suddenly show rage, and fury. He leaps on Abuelita Elena and knocks her over, much to the shock of the other family members]
Papa: [shocked] Mama!
Berto: Oh, no! [hugs Gloria]
[Miguel starts punching Abuelita Elena, who screams in pain, and Papa and Mama try to pull Miguel off]
Papa: Miguel! Stop it this instant!
Miguel: NEVER!
[Miguel Keeps punching Abuelita Elena more, until Papa successfully pulls Miguel off of her, and escorts him away. He glances at Elena, as Mama helps her up, followed by Berto & Gloria, and they escort her off. Papa glares at Miguel]
Papa: [Angrily] Miguel, why did you do that to your Abuelita like that?!
Miguel: [Sobbing] I had no choice, Papa. She smashed my guitar.
Papa: [Angrily] Well that was no excuse to hurt your abuelita! Do you have anything to say for yourself?!
Miguel: Si. [SHOUTS OUT LOUD] MY WHOLE FAMILY IS STUPIDO!
[EVERYONE IN THE VICINITY GASPS AND TURNS TO MIGUEL, SHOCKED, HURT, AND UPSET. Papa is more hurt and angry than anyone]
Miguel: [nervously] Papa?
Papa: [angrily] Miguel Rivera, I'm afraid you elkave me no choice. [Now furious] Miguel, you are grounded! GO TO YOUR ROOM WITHOUT DINNER! NOW!!!
[Everyone gasps again. Miguel burts into tears and runs off to his room, crying]
Berto: Uhh, wasn't that a bit harsh?
Papa: [sighs] It had to be done, Berto. Had to be done.

This is Zachary, one of my Encanto OCs.
He's the second child in Alzatico's family, and the second eldest of Oscar's brothers. His gift is the gift of telekinesis, the ability to move things with his mind. He befriends Felix and Agustin, the people who married into the Madrigals, especially cause Felix likes how Zachary's powers liven up any day in the Encanto. Secretly, he doesn't like how his dad treats Oscar.
Zachary's Voice Actor: Dee Bradley Baker [Known to do good animal noises]
Personality: He is known to be the shy and quiet brother of Alzatico's family. He isn't one for conversation, cause he has personal space boundaries. When he does speak, it's calm, and intellectual. He also cares for Oscar, and dislikes his dad for everytime he berates him.
Appearance: An 20 year old big-looking man with pale skin, blue eyes [that turn green when he uses his gift], dirty blonde hair, a small stubbly goatee, and a thin moustache, in the same colours. His clothes consist of a sleeveless brown ruana, with no shirt underneath, grey pants, and clay brown sandals.
Powers and Abilities: He has the gift of telekinesis, the ability to move things with his mind.
