more notes! I’m really really behind on lectures, which is fun :p But hey, that’s the hurricane that is vet school, am I right? Lately I’ve been feeling really happy and less trapped in my own head. Sure, I still have moments of sadness, but then they pass and I realise that as necessary as negative emotions are, they’re only here as my bodys way of making me feel better and reflect more in the longer run.

So yeah, I’m done getting upset over being sad, and I’m definitely done trying not to be sad. There’s a certain empowerment in coming to terms with your feelings and trying to work with them rather than against them! Let’s see if this week is a whirlwind enough for me, hah.
