At first I really thought about making SV3 and SV4's Casino Outfits... would it be funny if I also drew them?

Yes.

I mostly saw from the ref sheet that Sv4 would be the one to be best at doing the tango since he looks like a professional- or well- an expert to this type of thing.

I mightve left some signature and a bit of detail reference there... you wont know if you squint a bit toooooo close from the details!

You know what would be funny?

Nefarious finding someone who genuinely loves him, or just wants to be friends with him, and he doesn't know how to feel about it.

He's wanted recognition and respect his entire life, but when he finally gets it, he doesn't know how to feel about it, and he's just... lost. He's used to brainwashing and manipulating people into giving him respect, so having someone actually give him genuine respect without him having to manipulate or brainwash them must make him absolutely bamboozled.

Exactly how I also think he would react. The last time this man has gotten affection was from Cassiopeia and that is a long time ago. He's not a very social bug per say so him being absolutely shocked someone wants to actually spend time with him is something that makes him freeze up. He just zones out like this:
