1 year ago my first fitness shoot came out. I've always modeled but this was the first time it was about my fitness. I changed my life for the better that year. You would be surprised at how much people want you to fail when you are trying to improve. But that just makes the right ones stand out so much more. So I'm doing my Sunday shoulders I noticed something in my quad. I have always had muscular legs, but this is the first time I am seeing a clear definition between my leg muscles.
