SHIPPING UPDATE: 9/18/2023

Please read the whole post. Since it's been some time since we posted an update, we wanted to let everyone know there are still three international orders that have yet to be delivered. We are in the process of trying to find out if these orders are still in transit or if they should be deemed as lost. Two of these orders have arrived in the destination country which makes locating them difficult, while one order has not updated tracking in two months and is supposedly still in the original sender's state. We have made multiple attempts to contact the recipients of these packages by email. We have heard from two customers who have confirmed they have not yet received it, while the other recipient has yet to respond and confirm whether their package is still in transit or if tracking simply hasn't updated on our end. Our hope is that all three are still going through customs. We have no way of knowing which international carrier has accepted these packages, but we have reached out to who we think may have them, and hope to hear from them soon. Please understand that this issue is mostly out of our control and we are doing everything we can to make sure these packages arrive. We want to open leftovers as soon as possible, but we are at the mercy of these last few packages. We are doing our very best to stay on top of this and locate these packages as soon as possible. We're contacting everyone we can think of to make sure this is resolved, but unfortunately, there isn't much more we can do but wait. Though it has obviously been severely delayed, we do still plan to open leftover sales, and will be sure to notify everyone on our socials BEFORE leftover sales go live. So I just got this today! Definitely worth the wait, especially for the plush!

I want to thank all of you for this- it's all amazing! I especially love the merch; the RodyDeku in the snow keychain actually reminds me of older official Pokemon Art when it comes to the characters which gives it a nostalgic feel

Exciting news! We got confirmation from our manufacturer that the Rody plushies have been shipped out 📦🎉

Since we opted for air shipping, it should take ~1-2 weeks for the plushies to arrive to our shipping mod, and then we will need some time to package and ship out all remaining orders.

That being said, this is the ❗️LAST CALL FOR ADDRESS CHANGES❗️

The deadline to submit an address change is Friday, June 30th

🐦 Production Update 🥦

We have exciting news! Our new plushie manufacturer got back to us with the completed sample of our Rody plush!

The quality looks great, so with some very minor changes, we're moving forward with production.

The manu cited a ~35 day production time. We opted to ship by air to avoid further delays, so it should take ~7-10 days to ship the plushies to our shipping mod once they're ready.

Once production is complete we'll post another update and email a reminder for address changes!

🌟Production Update🌟

Hello RodyDeku fans! We wanted to give you an update on the plushies

Our manufacturer told us at the beginning of February that the sample was almost done, and that it would be done "mid february". Despite reaching out to them on multiple platforms, we haven't heard from them since.

We understand some things got in the way of production (they had a covid outbreak which affected a lot of their employees, then there was a holiday, etc). There were some periods between October and January where we didn't hear from them, largely due to these issues. It seems they're very backed up with orders right now, as there are many other people having the same issues getting in touch with them.

They originally got back to us quickly and consistently, so we hoped some of the delays were only temporary, but since the delays are persisting, our growing frustration has led us to look into other options. We reached out to another manufacturer that assured us sample production would take 15 working days, and we have paid for a sample from them.

We apologize for the delay so far. Based on the strong communication we originally received from our original manu, we felt good about the 90 day production timeline they provided us, and we thought they could meet it. Though we did state in our product listings that production for the plush would take at least 90 days, we know that many of you are excited to get them in your hands (we are too!)

We aren't committed to either manu at the moment, so we will have to wait to hear back from our original manu or receive the sample from the new manu. We'll update you once we know more. Thank you so much for your patience so far ❤️
