You are one of my favorite creators and I’m sorry to see people were treating you that way just for going back to early access. I have no problem with waiting for cc. I’m broke so I can’t really support my favorite creators at the moment, but I still am rooting for you and will always reccomend you when people ask how I make my sims look good. When you are passionate about what you create and you aren’t doing it because you have to, but because you want to, it’s always the best stuff anyways!!! So thank you so much for all your lovely cc and I hope you keep creating because it’s the best!!
STOPPING EARLY ACCESS
Hey everyone, I hope everyone is doing well!
I have made the decision to stop releasing CC for early access. Starting July, all CC will be immediately public upon release.
There are a lot of factors that led to this and it's been something I've been debating for a while.
When I started making CC back in 2020, I didn't know very many creators and all the people I did know were either on TSR or on Patreon doing early access. I was unemployed at the time and decided it would be fun to do early access for my CC and make a little bit of side money while I searched for a job. Nothing really came of my Patreon, I think I made like $30 a month at most, until the 21st Birthday collab with EA came out in February 2021. After that, things kinda took off in a way. I got a lot more attention than I think I expected or was prepared to have, and while it was amazing, it also put an odd pressure on me. I struggled extremely heavily with imposter syndrome (I still do), thinking I didn't deserve that opportunity and it should've gone to someone more established in the community.
CC-creating became my job. I was making about $200 a month while unable to work due to deteriorating mental and physical health. I was in an extremely bad place mentally and wanted desperately to have CC-making become my career because I thought it would be better than an in-person job. In some ways, it was. However, in other ways, it introduced new issues.
I think starting in 2022 I was struggling a lot with motivation. I felt pressured to constantly make content to the point where I started doing the opposite. I love making CC but it got to the point where I was dreading it because I knew I HAD to do it, if that makes sense. I monetized a passion of mine, put insane pressure on myself, and I crumbled. Whenever I would do anything other than make CC, I would guilt myself so hard for not being productive.
Then the "paywall/early access" debacle happened in mid-2022. If you weren't there, basically EA had updated their TOS to ban permanent paywalled CC, however it was phrased in a way that made it seem like early access CC wasn't allowed. Many people, myself included, stopped doing early access CC to respect this. However, not even a week later, they updated their TOS to allow early access CC with a reasonable time frame (which has generally been understood to be 2-3 weeks, which I've always kept it within that time frame). Some creators stayed without early access, while others implemented it again, one of those people being myself.
This... caused a lot of backlash, lmao. A LOT of people online were very upset with anyone who did this. In my eyes, I was doing early access to support myself through college while disabled and unable to work a "normal" job. To these people, I was greedy and taking advantage of the community. I got so, so many hate messages and death threats in my Tumblr inbox that I turned off anon messages, and to this day I still have anxiety every time I see a new message because I'm positive it's going to be hate.
I even got called out by name on a few occasions, which was definitely something difficult to handle while already in mental health crisis. One specific person was very angry I was putting Re/Gshade presets behind early access.
I want to make something very clear. I understand. I understand how frustrating it is to not be able to get something you want immediately. I understand that The Sims 4 is just a game. I understand where these people are coming from because I know I've gotten disheartened when I saw someone had a piece I NEEDED but it was in early access. It's frustrating! However to me, I saw it as monetizing my hard work and time. I still think that's justified, however I know a vast majority of this community does not. That does not mean that the hate and aggression directed towards me was justified. At the end of the day, I'm still a person who loves The Sims 4, loves creating, and wants to share it with the world.
There was also the issue of reuploading. I know it's inevitable, people will share early access CC no matter what. I tried to tell myself that the only people downloading it were people who wouldn't pay for my CC anyway, so there was no harm done. In actuality, I noticed my patron number dropping. But at the end of the day, the money doesn't matter to me. It was the principal of the act. I felt really disrespected and like my hard work and energy meant nothing to people. I KNOW that wasn't intended by anyone downloading from these places, but I'm a very sensitive person and it still hurt.
At the end of the day, I know that early access CC is hurting me more than it's helping me. I know that sounds dramatic and maybe it is, but I need to prioritize my mental health. I'm going into my 3rd year of college next fall and I need to start planning for when I graduate.
Will this change in the future? Probably not. I love making CC and I want it to stay that way. I don't know if uploads will be consistent at this point, if they'll increase or decrease, etc. I'm going to try my best but I want to work with myself and allow myself time and breaks if I need it.
All tiers will be converted to donation-only, although I will still offer my one-click CC folder for the $3.50 tier.
Apologies that this got kind of personal, I've been ruminating on this for months and needed to get it off my chest. Again, I'm a very sensitive person, always have been, and at the end of the day my mental health matters more than any money I could make.

Sims In Bloom: A Sims 4 Legacy Challenge ☆ﾟ*･｡*･
Please let me know if you find any problems with the challenge (I’m currently play testing it myself) or if you find a part that is too similar to yours/someone else’s (I’m aware there are quite a few flower based challenges out there but I tried to make mine as unique as possible).

General rules
For each generation complete the designated aspiration, career, and skills.
Asterisk * marked points are optional, you can choose to complete these to make the challenge more difficult.
There are two colours associated with every generation. Use these for genetics (berry/banilla), or just clothes and house decor if you wish.
Start each new generation with a small house/apartment and 1000 simoloeons. If you want to make the challenge harder, you can start each generation on an empty lot with 0 simoleons (rags to riches style!)
Play on any lifespan you wish (short is not recommended).

Wolf Training
The werewolves of Moonwood Mill have been training tirelessly to become stronger than their vampire adversaries. Knowing the limitations of their lifespan, and the uncertainty of Victoria's hybrid powers, Lucy wanted to make sure everyone was prepared to deal with the storm ahead.
Athena was training directly under Lucy, and had already become much more powerful in a short amount of time. Her rage was still overbearing at times, but she had proved to control her fury enough to roam Moonwood Mill without having a short leash on her. The tunnels and exits to the town were still guarded heavily by the Wildfangs, but Athena had started to gain Lucy's trust and Lucy had started to see Athena as more of a comrade, rather than just another werewolf menace to tame.
Arya Wolfrik had also took in an interest in Brynn Greenburg, who decided to stay with the family after Athena threatened her. With Athena no longer being a threat to Brynn, she decided to stick around Moonwood Mill with Arya. This would be second Wolfrik family member she has dated.
One day while training Athena, Lucy started to feel very dizzy, and sick to her stomach. She suddenly pulled back from her boxing and fell to her knees. Athena ran over to her.
"Are you ok!?" She leaned down and looked at Lucy's face. It was pale, and she was sweating even more than normal.
"I'm fine...just getting a bit tired. I'm not a young pup anymore, I just need to take a break is all."
Athena looked at her worryingly.
"You're not even that old, Lucy. I also notice you're not eating as much lately. You're getting thin. Are you sure you're alright?"
Lucy coughed a little in her hand and then stood up.
"I'm probably just coming down with a cold. It is winter, after all. I'll just go back to the house and rest. You can stay here and train if you like. Just remember..."
"No leaving the Mill. I got it. Rory is probably begging to scrap with me again, but I won't leave."
Lucy gave a weak smile to Athena.
"I'm glad I took you in, Athena. You're still a crazy b*tch, but I think you've improved so much over these last couple of months. I think we're all ready to storm Forgotten Hollow soon. Once I get better, we'll talk about it."
Athena laughed a little. "I am ready to kick some vampire a$$. Go get some rest, Lucy."
Athena stuck around the gym for a little while longer, when suddenly someone unfamiliar to her walked in.
She knew the Volkov family was always taking in new werewolves, but this one was new to her. He started to work out at the bench. Athena stared at this handsome werewolf and felt a pit in her stomach. She thought he was extremely attractive, and usually had no problem walking over to someone she liked and demanding their attention. But there was something about this guy that made her feel..nervous.
What was this sensation she was feeling? It was intense, and sudden. Almost like...it was her fate to lay eyes on him in this gym tonight. Could this be here fated mate?

Winter is Here
The days are getting colder, and Emilia is in her third trimester now. Everyday it's a struggle to get out of bed. The last stretch of her pregnancy has been particularly rough, and to make matters worse, she received a letter informing her of the state of the Moonlight Whims nightclub that was overtaken by Victoria and her band of vampires.
Farkas tries to comfort her, but he knows there is only so much he can do. He doesn't want to leave her side, and with the winter snow arriving, Farkas is the only one able to hunt and provide food for them during the snowstorms.
"I just feel...so helpless." Emilia said, lying in Farkas's lap as she clutches her head. "I have never felt so weak before...I just want this pregnancy to be over with already! And the club...Oh Farkas, we can't let her get away with this!" Farkas looked down at Emilia and stroked her hair.
"It's going to be ok. Just focus on getting rest. I'll write to mom, Caleb, and see what can be done."
Emilia looked up at Farkas. "Don't bother my dad. He's got Eloise with him..." Farkas gently stroked Emilia's face until she fell asleep in his arms.
"Get some sleep, love." He kissed her forehead and laid her down on the bed. "Time to get to work." he said to himself.
He knew he couldn't do much outside the valley, but that didn't stop Farkas from working on one of his woodworking projects. He wanted to make sure all three babies had a decent nursery to stay in. He stayed up tirelessly throughout the night, crafting three different wooden cribs, along with a dresser and nightstand. If they were going to be stuck in the valley with 3 babies, he wanted to make sure they were comfortable and provided for.
When Emilia awoke the next morning, Farkas led her to the secret room that led to the basement. It used to be a spare bedroom, but now it was a triplet nursery.
"Surprise!" Farkas said opening the door for Emilia, revealing the space-themed nursery Farkas had been secretly working on.
Emilia gasped. "Oh, Farkas! I love this...I love this so much!" She jumped on him and hugged him with what little strength she had. "I love YOU so much! This is perfect..thank you." Emilia smiled for the first time in days. Farkas was relieved he could cheer her up, as he hated seeing her in the state she was in. He kissed her and put his hand on her stomach.
"I love you too. I hope this will be good enough for the three of them. I know it's small, but at least it's homey."
Farkas and Emilia shared a long embrace, and Emilia forgot all about her troubles for the time being.
Meanwhile, Eric had also heard about the attack on the club, and was not happy. He knew that leaving his sister during this time would be hard...but him and Cyrus knew that they couldn't stay in the valley anymore. The winter months in the valley would be harsh, but they both knew their powers would be useful elsewhere. Eric wrote a letter to his father, informing him that he would be going to Glimmerbrook to get the aide of some spellcasters. He still was hesitant about visiting Moonwood Mill.
"I'm sure the werewolves are training, Eric. We could go visit them first." Cyrus said, looking over his shoulder. "They don't all hate you. You're basically family to them now."
Eric sighed. "I know, but I'd feel a lot more comfortable in Glimmerbrook. And I'm sure you want to see what your mom is up to? What about the sages, you think they will help?”
Cyrus walked over and and put his hand on his shoulder. "We can only hope. Morgyn moved away years ago. And I'm sure you know why." Eric looked up at Cyrus."My dad didn't really talk about Morgyn much. But I'm hoping that I can get their help also. Maybe we can go see dad also? I know he's got my sister with him, but I'm sure he's got contacts. Anyways, I'm getting restless, Cyrus. I'll go talk to Emilia and then...we should leave. I can't sit back any longer and let the world fall apart around me when I know I can help. You're coming with, right?"
Cyrus smiled at Eric. "Duh. I'll follow you anywhere. But I am pretty bummed that we won't be able to see those babies."
Eric grabbed his hand. "We'll come back when that vile b*tch is gone. Maybe we'll make it back in time for the birth, who knows. Let's get out of here, Cyrus. Let's go vampire hunting."

The Vampire and the Werewolf
Farkas Wolfrik wasn't your ordinary child; he was a werewolf kid with white hair. He stood out wherever he went. He was also exceptionally smart and had a passion for science. His Uncle Lucan decided to enroll him into public school when he was around eight years old, instead of being homeschooled like most werewolf children. He thought it would be good for him, and he could make friends outside of Moonwood Mill.
On his first day of class, Emilia Vatore, a vampire girl walked in and saw the white wolf child sitting at his desk. Emilia was never one to shy away from making a new friend, and just because he was a werewolf wasn't going to stop her. Her new spellcaster friend, Cyrus Stormsong, was also interested in getting to know the new kid. Emilia's twin brother, Eric, could care less. He sat alone at his desk, pondering why his father forced him to go to school during the day.
Emilia walked over and sat next to Farkas.
"Hello, nice to meet you! I'm Emilia." She said with a big smile on her face. Farkas looked over and it took him a minute to process that this cute girl was talking to him. He was also trying to understand the scent he was picking up.
"Hello, I'm Farkas. I'm a werewolf that just started school today. Nice to meet you too!" He said, smiling back at her.
"I'm a vampire, so is my brother!" She said, still with a cheerful expression on her face. Farkas always heard stories from his mother how dangerous and dark vampires are, but this girl was none of those things.
"My friend Cyrus here is a spellcaster, and I have mermaid friends also! I love all occults, and humans too!" She said. "Would you like to be my friend too?"
Farkas smiled at her. He thought he wouldn't fit in well at school, but this girl already made him feel so welcome.
"Of course! Can I ask you something though?" Farkas looked at her curiously. "You can still go out during the day, and go to school...is that normal for all vampires?"
Emilia giggled. "Well, I haven't fully got my powers yet...but my parents want me to get used to getting out during the day! Unfortunately, my brother over there doesn't like the sun much...but I love it!"
Little Eric is content being by himself. He would rather go home and go to sleep, but his parents make him come to school. He doesn't like being out in the day, and prefers to stay up at night.
Cyrus laughed. "One of these days Emilia, I'm going to make your brother laugh! You have my word! He looks so sad! I hope we can become friends one day." Emilia smiled at Cyrus.
"Don't worry, my brother is a good kid. He'll come around eventually!" Emilia turned back to Farkas. "When I get my powers, I'm going to learn how to enjoy human activities just as much while I'm a vampire! Just because I'm a vampire doesn't mean I have to be all dark and spooky all the time!"
Farkas felt so relieved to see that not all vampires were bad. His Uncle Lucan told him that since he was just a little pup, but seeing it with his own eyes made him feel at ease.
"Would you like to come over after school and I can show you around Moonwood Mill? At least the area near my house, so you'll be safe. My Uncle is a strong werewolf, I'm sure he'd love to meet you!" Emilia smiled big.
“OH, I'd LOVE that!" she was so excited to see a new place outside of the dark and gloomy mansion in Forgotten Hollow.
When they arrived at the Wolfrik Mansion, Lucan Wolfrik was there to greet them. Lucan immediately took a liking to Emilia. He was always a big fan of Farkas branching out and meeting other occults.
He really likes that Farkas made a new friend. He just has to make sure his sister Lucy and the mother of Farkas, doesn't try anything. She is currently roaming the streets, hunting vampires, and causing chaos.
"Who knows, you two could get married one day and end this silly war between the werewolves and vampires once and for all!" He said jokingly. Farkas and Emilia both made disgusted faces.
"Ew, gross! She's my friend, Uncle!" Farkas stuck out his tongue.
Lucan laughed at them both. "I'm just messing with you. You guys have fun! It's going to be a clear night tonight, maybe you can show your new friend what you've learned about the stars?" Farkas smiled and nodded.
"I can't wait to show you the dog star! It's the brightest one in the sky!" Farkas said excitedly. "Sirius is the name.
"Emilia smiled at him. "Are there any vampire stars out there?
"Well, actually there is such a thing! It's a star that leeches hydrogen and energy from a close and nearby star. I can tell you all about it..."Farkas and Emilia lied down and looked at the stars that night, and a beautiful new friendship would bloom that would eventually lead to a romance between them. They would continue to look at the stars together to this day, and it became something they would cherish doing together to this day.

An Old Flame
Some time has passed since Caleb and Paka'a started their romantic relationship, and things have been relatively peaceful. Eloise caught on very quickly, and approved of them being together. She didn't want to see her father struggle anymore with her mother's passing, and she loved having Paka'a around to show her the animals of the island and play with her in the ocean. Caleb was finally starting to feel normal again after the devastation of losing his home and wife.
One day, Caleb, Paka'a and Eloise decided to visit the local beach for a day of fun. As Caleb went to grab some food from the bar, he noticed the familiar figure of someone he hadn't seen in years. Caleb froze in his tracks.
"No. No....not here! Not you..." Caleb thought, grabbing his chest. He could feel his heart sink. He wanted to slip out the door unnoticed, but it was too late..."I know that's you, Caleb. Don't try to shrink away." Morgyn said slyly. Caleb hung his head.
Morgyn got up from the bar, and sat down at the table next to Caleb. "Sit down." Morgyn said.
"We need to talk." Caleb sat down and looked at Morgyn. Years ago, before he married Helena, he left Morgyn at a bar in Glimmerbrook with a promise that he would come back and be with them...but he broke that promise.
"I'm not here to talk about the past, Caleb." Morgyn said with a somber expression. "I know what happened to Helena. I know about everything. Is it true that Zora's son zapped your old maker?" Caleb nodded.
"He sure did."
"Well, that Stormsong boy would be really helpful in taking down these annoying vampires that keep showing up and threatening his mother, you think?" Morgyn said with a twinge of annoyance in their voice. "And your son? Staking Vlad? Well I'll be damned, Caleb...why do you have them in hiding again? And what about yourself...what are you doing here, Caleb?!?"
Caleb looked up at Morgyn, with his brown furrowed.
"Since you know everything, you'll know that I have my youngest daughter here with me. She's safe here, and that's all that matters." Morgyn continued to stare at Caleb, but let him continue. "Eric and Cyrus aren't ready for the fight yet. Victoria Straud is very powerful..."
"And she's growing more powerful by the day!" Morgyn finally interjected. "You don't know anything, Caleb, or you would know that the Moonlight Whims club has been overrun by vampires that she is training." Morgyn sighed. "I know you have your daughter here, but It's time to take action. I'm sick of waiting around for things to get worse....and I could really use your help."
Caleb looked at Morgyn, shocked. He was so cut off from the world, he had no idea that Victoria had taken over his daughter's club.
"What exactly do you want me to do? Leave my daughter with Paka'a? I can't do that to her...I can't leave Paka'a either."Morgyn looked squinted at Caleb. "So, it's true then? You and Paka'a are together now?" Caleb nodded.
"Well, you had no problem leaving me behind." Morgyn paused and looked down. "Look, I'm going after Victoria, whether I get your help or not. I have some powerful spellcasters that are willing to fight the good fight. The werewolves are doing jack sh*t right now, so somebody has to do something about this. I'll go find your son and Cyrus if I have to, but this is happening, Caleb. We can't let her reign of terror continue. Isn't that what we used to promise to use our powers for? And you're just sitting here sipping martinis on this island paradise while all this is going on?" Caleb was starting to get angry now.
"First of all, I don't drink anymore. Second, I have a family to protect. I know you wouldn't understand that." Morgyn looked hurt.
"I can't believe you would say something like that. You haven't changed a bit, Caleb. Still a callous jacka$$. I'll take my leave then."
As Morgyn started to get up, Caleb realized what he said and started to feel an immense amount of guilt."
Wait....I'm sorry." Caleb said. "That was stupid of me...I know I messed up..." Morgyn sighed.
"So are you going to help me, or not? I'll be in Sulani for another week at my beach house, then I'm leaving for Mt. Komberi where I'll start to gather everyone." Caleb wasn't sure if it was his guilt for the way he treated Morgyn, or his desire to finally have his whole family together again and out of hiding. He knew Morgyn was not the type to sit around and wait for a threat to come to them, and Caleb knew in his heart that he still wanted to take action as well. Morgyn must have come to Sulani specifically to look for his aide. Life in Sulani had been peaceful and happy, but Caleb knew that it wouldn't last forever while dangerous vampires are hunting his family.
"I'll go with you." Caleb said hesitantly. "Give me a week then, to get affairs in order with Paka'a and Eloise."Morgyn smiled at Caleb.
"Thank you. Don't worry, Caleb. You can return once we take care of this mess."

Caleb Vatore wasn’t always the family man he is today. He was once an ambitious, fast-living vampire that trained his vampiric spells to be the best that he could be.
He would go out to bars, converse with the social elite, and sleep with powerful spellcasters on the daily.
One of those spellcasters was Morgyn Ember, a powerful pyromancer that had worked themselves up to be a sage for the school of magic. Morgyn was smitten with Caleb from the moment they met him. Caleb was charming to everyone in Glimmerbrook, as he used his magic to show off and get the other spellcasters to admire him, but Morgyn had a natural attraction to this dashing young vampire.
Caleb and Morgyn eventually became lovers, even though Caleb was still a bit hesitant to commit fully. They still became a power couple that almost everyone from Forgotten Hollow to Glimmberbrook looked up to.
One night, they went out for some drinks with their friends, Tomax and Grace.
“The world is our oyster, Caleb.” Morgyn said smiling at Caleb. “Cheers to the future of magic users everywhere!”
Suddenly, a beautiful elven spellcaster walked in, she was wearing all white and had a lighting tattoo on her back. She looked confident and ready to mingle. Tomax looked over and blushed.
“She’s…. she’s beautiful.” He said, looking over at her. “I’m gonna go talk to her.” Grace rolled her eyes.
“That pretty little thing and you? Oh Tomax, you know you don’t have a chance!” Tomax looked hurt.
“You’re always so mean to me.”
“You know I’m messing with you. Go for it!” Grace patted him on the back. Tomax spent the evening trying to woo the beautiful elven storm mage.
“Maybe I could use my powers, give him a little boost?” Caleb said to Morgyn. “I can make her flirty in an instant.” Morgyn gave Caleb a look.
“That’s cheating. Let him do it naturally. It’s more fun that way.”
“True. It didn’t take you anything for you to like me.” Caleb smiled over at Morgyn and gave them a kiss. Morgyn blushed and kissed him back.
“It’s stronger when it’s a real attraction, anyways.” Morgyn said. “You never had to use your powers on me.”
They spent the night drinking and carousing, and Tomax eventually was able to get the elven beauty to spend time with him. This would eventually lead to their relationship, and Cyrus Stormsong would be born from it.
It was almost midnight when another person entered the bar. This time, it was a human woman. A gothic beauty with pink eyes. Caleb’s eyes widened.
“Who..is that?” He asked Morgyn. He couldn't take his eyes off of her.
“Her mother was a witch that passed away recently. She lives on the outskirts of town; we don’t see her much. I wonder what made her come to the bar tonight.”
The young woman came over to Morgyn and Caleb immediately.
“Excuse me, sorry to bother you, my name is Helena.” She said in a melodic voice. “I was wondering if you know anyone that can escort me to Forgotten Hollow? I have business there.”
Caleb suddenly stood up.
“Hello, my name is Caleb. I’m a vampire. Why do you need to go to Forgotten Hollow? That’s my hometown.” Morgyn was glaring at the both of them now.
“I…well, it’s a long story. I know it sounds kind of odd, but I want to learn about the vampire lifestyle. It might be something that interests me.”
Caleb looked at her curiously.
“Well, Forgotten Hollow will surely teach you everything you need to know. But you need to be careful, there are dangerous vampires there.”
“Oh, I know. I’m prepared to deal with it. Maybe there’s some vampires that are willing to help me though? I’m sure you’re not all bad.”
Caleb smiled at her. “No, we’re not. I have been trying to bridge the gap between humans and vampires since I turned. If you want, I can escort you myself. We can leave tonight or in the morning, I can go out during the sun. It’s up to you.”
Helena smiled back at him now. She was swooning at the sight of a handsome vampire. Caleb is intrigued too. There's something about this woman that makes him feel like leaving everything behind, and running away with her.
”Oh, that would be wonderful! We’ll go in the morning; I’m feeling like having a drink…have one with me?”
“Of course.” Caleb winked at her. Morgyn was fuming now. They knew Caleb was a flirt, but it still hurt to see Caleb so entranced with this woman.
“Caleb, are you really leaving?” Morgyn grabbed Caleb and pulled him aside. “We have business to attend to…people to see, spells to learn!”
Caleb took Morgyn’s hand.
“I’ll be back, I promise. This woman needs some help, and we promised we’d use our powers to help people, right? Just wait for me, ok?”
Caleb would never come back to Glimmerbrook. In fact, he went on to marry this woman and have a family with her, changing his life forever.
Morgyn is not happy. It's time to blare "You Oughta know" by Alanis Morrisette for the next 25 years.
Although this left Morgyn heartbroken and bitter, they never went after Caleb. They instead continued to train and become a very powerful pyromancer.
Eventually, Morgyn would eventually make the decision to confront the man that broke their heart.
