ATTN: Just popping by to say that if you are purchasing the new kits today - particularly the Urban Homage kit - be sure to use the creator code "EBONIX" at checkout!
Collab creators do not make any percentage of the revenue after release, they're just paid a flat rate up front, so if you want a little of the proceeds to go to the creator, use code "EBONIX" at checkout (it costs you nothing!!!). Also worth noting that because they had some issues with codes in the app today, creators will apparently receive 10% commission instead of 5% commission the next 48 hrs. (LilSimsie shared this in her overview video!)

Renters Wanted!!
Interested in my Real Estate Event, but not interested enough to bother looking for a specific apartment? Just wanna toss a sim my way and leave it to me to figure out where they live? Then this is the post for you!
I'm opening up general submissions! You can just toss a sim in my direction and I'll catch them out of mid air and have them moved into an apartment before they even hit the ground. Same general guidelines at the regular mode, but to reiterate some of the main ones:
OCCULTS ONLY!! Hybrids are allowed and encouraged. You do not have to make them occults yourself, you can just tell me what one(s) theyre supposed to be and I'll set them up myself. Not everyone has all the packs, I still want you to be able to participate if you wanna
You don't need to make a new sim if you don't want to, you're welcome to toss me someone from your gallery (that belongs to you)
You aren't limited to just 1 sim per household, pets are also allowed. Horses are not recommended. These are apartment buildings π°
You aren't limited to 1 submission
I have all the packs and am willing to download pretty much any cc (besides sliders)
The original post (linked above) has more info about the apartment-hunting aspect of the event, as well as some more specific sim guidelines and all relevant disclaimers.
You can either make a post and @ me with your submission, or feel free to reblog this post with your submission and I'll go ahead and get your sim(s) moved in!

septum, swirls and bites. the bites have two versions: hi and lo. The hi ones sit higher up on the lip than the lo ones. tested with a lot of different lip sliders and presets, but please let me know if you run into issues. they WILL disappear in the lip with some very exaggerated expressions:
