I’m not sure what to say… The work she’s made… The whole Mew Mew franchise has done so much for me and so many others. Thank you so much…
I will continue to support Mew Mew and I hope other fans will do the same, in honor of her memory.

Hey Fresh, if you still wanted a "market" for TD, let the fandom sell fan-made merch at cons and do fan projects, like other fandoms, so it could've stayed popular after season 3(I'm pretty sure that's when it CN stopped advertising it like crazy and giving it less timeslots) and not limit ourselves to art and fics.
In 2018, Tom McGillis stated that there was not a market for a show like Total Drama anymore.
In 2018, DramaRama released its first season.
By the times of 2019, DramaRama already lost half of their live viewers in terms of ratings.
In May of 2020, Blu Productions announced the fanmade project "Total Drama Reunion".
In February of 2021, Blu Productions released the first episode of "Total Drama Reunion" and it was a HUGE THING. It even arrived Trending
In February of 2021, just a few days after the "Total Drama Reunion" premiere. Fresh TV and associates decided to take down the project with a cease and desist letter.
In February of 2021, Christian Potenza revived his channel with a video directly calling out Blu Productions and the whole fanbase because due to the whole situation.
In February of 2021, just a few weeks after "Total Drama Reunion" got taken down. 2 brand new seasons of Total Drama got announced coming to HBO Max.
And all of this is thanks to just a single man who decided to make a trailer for fun about a cartoon that he loved as a kid.
This is LEGENDARY.

I know this is late but they were bashing on having a male neko?
Yeah I know. I just figured that since TMM fans were also fans of Shugo Chara, some of them wouldn’t be so dismissive of the idea of neko boys. I would like to go in the tags and not have the first thing I see be how someone hates they’re designs or saying “thanks I hate it”. There needs to be a separate tag for that sort of thing.

I think the reason that people are being kinda rude about this is because the male characters of the series weren’t really cared for by the fandom. From what I saw anyway. And I’ve seen male Mew ocs so there is a market for this.
in extremely surreal and almost bizarre news: tokyo mew mew is getting a male spinoff in 2020 to (most likely) celebrate its 20 year anniversary
