I want Toby Fox three years after the last chapter to make a game where it's just the Fun Gang going on a road trip to the east coast to go fishing. They raid a gas station on the way to grabs snacks for the road (and the lobsters they catch). Happy April Fool's.

I don't use many social media sites, but I will begin posting both on Tumblr and Cohost from here on out. Although both sites may be a bit tenuous in terms of longevity, I really enjoy sharing art with you all, and want to do so on a site that values privacy as much as it does community. I think right now Tumblr and Cohost are my best bet.

I always like imagining Deltarune if it had animated trailers or cinematics, so I wanted to make a run of Noelle's design trying to stick more closely to the coloring and style of Deltarune!
#deltarune#noelle holiday#utdr#it still very is in my style#but i would kill! for an animated trailer one day#the ages i drew her at from left to right are#9-10) when kris and her were still pretty close/before dess left#12-13) after dess left/a year or two after which noelle and kris began to fall out#and junior year-- 16 going on 17) present day deltarune! she's tired#this is tangential but my ages for the fun gang i imagine are around junior year-- with susie having turned 17 already and everyone else 16#ralsei is 15. he's trying his best. he would be homeschooled if he were a lightner. sorry

I know this AU has since died down, but recently it's really been helping me look on the bright, fun side of college, so I decided to draw @spectacledraws's (go check her out!!!) Deltarune college au as if it were a fake manga (heavily inspired by the Yotsuba comics)!
For those curious what the title means (which I hope I didn't royally mess up the Japanese on):

The mantles: second pass (What I think they might look like on the wearer)
#deltarune#kris dreemurr#sky mantle#shadow mantle#had a ton of fun drawing the sky mantle in this#i'm proud i could pull off the holographic-ish look :)#i was think that with the mantles and the shadow/purified crystals it was a one-or-the-other situation#so you could either use the crystals to get the sky mantle or the twisted sword but not both#hence why kris is holding the twisted sword only in the latter photo#and of course! the shadow mantle i think would allow the wearer to completely obscure their image leaving only their silhouette#whereas the sky mantle just looks. really cool

#deltarune#another one of those pieces where I'm not quite at the point where im able to render it in a way im proud of#will just have to keep practicing!#kris dreemurr#utdr#tw self harm#this scene really stood out to me when I first played it#just the framing of the whole thing felt so#i'm not even sure. but i saw the way the narration pointed out “it's making a lot of noise”#and i knew that this scene. this scene was analogous for something. much heavier.#something heavy that only really applies when you hide in bathrooms and carries knives with you and have red stains on your carpet.#despite the fact that taking out your soul doesn't leave a stain.#it just. it does really strike a chord with me how kris' is written as a character#that if they're anything similar to chara's coping mechanisms :(#it's just sad#okay rambling over!
