So well deserved!! We love having Cheyenne’s Sabrina here with us!
Tumblr media
I absolutely love Cheyenne’s interpretation of Sabrina Smythe (@smythesabrina) at @persephonestourrp! Her responses crack me up and totally match up to Sebastian’s canon snark. I also have to say I’m dying over her love triangle with Sam and Kat!

We’re excited to welcome Jolene (again) as Kitty Wilde! Please go through the checklist and we’ll see you soon!
OOC Information:
Name and Pronouns: Jolene, Jolene, Jolene, Joleeeeeeeeene (She/Her)
Age: 25+
Time Zone: PST
Activity: Until I’m working ~9 to 5~ I’m basically always here
The Character:
Full Name: Kitty Marie Wilde
Sexuality: Kitty’s gay. Like, 100% lesbigay. She just can’t make herself say it yet, and she still tries to back-pedal every now and then. She liked that one guy in high school, that means she likes guys, right?? She wouldn’t hate being with Marilyn Manson, so that counts as being into guys?? Right?? Every time it seems like she takes two steps forward, she ends up taking a step back into the closet. Can you blame her? She has amazing clothes in there. But spending more time around all these women, especially Marley…it’s making it hard for Kitty to keep denying it. Lord knows she’s trying, though.
Ships: Kitty/Chemistry, Karley, Jitty
Anti-Ships: Kitty/No Chemistry
IC Twitter Bio: Kitty Wilde. This is a no-pun zone. Drummer for Divine Influence (now on tour with The Sirens!) One half of #KittyKat. Psalm 95:1.
IC Tweets:
@kittywilde: Wanna see @katrinahummel swap wardrobes for a day? Check out the newest #KittyKat vid! youtube.co…
@kittywilde: Did you guys get different versions of The Beatles discography than me or do you just have bad enough taste to think Ringo was a good drummer? #yikes
@kittywilde: An accurate representation of my friendship with @rachelberry since day one instagram.co…
Has your view on sexuality changed since you were a kid?
Judging is up to the big man upstairs, no matter what some white guys on this planet try to tell you. So if you want to be a lezzy or whatever, I’m not going to judge you. Maybe that’s a gentler approach than what I said as a kid, but I was also a major bitch back then and I’ve been working on improving myself. Besides, I was born in San Francisco, went to USC, and have been best friends with the Jewish daughter of two dads for pretty much my whole life. Just because I love Jesus and don’t believe every thing I read in the newspaper doesn’t mean I’m a bad person.
…And I’ve realized that it’s something you can’t change. If it were, someone like Kat would be married off by now instead of waiting for some lez to hitch a U-Haul to her van. Even Jesus couldn’t change that about her, though I do need the second half of #KittyKat to actually get the love of Christ in her heart. That’s another story, though.
Are you nervous to perform in front of millions of fans?
Look, drums are something I can handle. Just give me some ear plugs and a hair tie and I’ll be good to go all night long. We all know if anything goes wrong it’s going to be due to the Jolly Green Giant that Kat and Marley are unfortunately now related to, not because of me. So I’ll be watching Hudson’s every move to make sure the college dropout doesn’t blow it, but if - when - she drops the ball, I’ll be there to steal it from her.
JBI asks: Who is your dream artist to collaborate with?
Kesha. She put out the third best album in 2017 (first being From Afar and second being Persephone in the Underworld), and I only want to work with the best. She actually also used drum beats more complex than the standard eighth notes on the hi-hat with bass on 1 and 3 which is sadly all it takes to be original with drums these days. I’m sure I could spice up her songs even more, especially once I give her the advice that she can do better than the white rapper who should’ve disappeared from pop culture by now.

task 01 - questionnaire!
Hey and hello! We are here to drop our very first task!
As part of the tour press, each of the ladies on tour has been interviewed by BuzzFeed with the following questionnaire, all answered in first person. Please create a post of the following questions and post them with the tag “#pttask”. We will queue them on the aesthetics blog once they’re done. We would like this completed within the next week, so message us if you need a bit more time - and, yes, we’re allowing an extension for our players on hiatus. This is just a simple and fun character building exercise. Remember that the answers will be public (hey gossip blog!).
Feel free to make a graphic and/or add gifs since it is, after all, Buzzfeed! We only ask that you put it under a cut to avoid taking up too much of the dash.

What alternate fcs can you see for Santana?
Hi, anon! Our favorite FC alternative is Bianca Santos. We also like Monica Raymund and Diane Guerrero, but we’re open to any suggestions you may have. We also are truly okay with Naya Rivera, as her charges have been dropped, but we understand if you prefer an alternate FC.

Do all of the girls write songs for the bands?
Hi anon! Sorry if this question has been here for a while; I came back to a whole bunch of messages which is super exciting!! Each song has the writers listed on the review pages, which also contains the tracklist for each album. Every member of the band has at least helped write a couple of songs. Here’s the review for Persephone in the Underworld by the Sirens, and here’s the review/tracklist for From Afar by Divine Influence for more details!

you mentioned that midgames are encouraged, but what if a midgame ends up having more chemistry and potential than an endgame? are endgames flexible at all?
Hi anon! That’s a great question! We’d definitely be okay with changing endgames if certain midgames develop more chemistry! We would make sure that every character has an endgame that they’re happy with, but we are definitely okay with changing endgames based off chem.

Have you ever thought about making this a chemistry based roleplay?
Hi! Thank you so much for your interest, but, unfortunately, we’re not really thinking about making it completely chemistry-based. Right now there are a lot more chemistry based RPs out there in a variety of genres, so we want to do something different. A lot of this was actually based on the style of RPs we’ve done in the past that we sorely miss. And, of course, while there are endgames, we also encourage plenty of midgames along the way that can be completely chemistry based.

We love having Cory here! She’s amazing <3

I love Cory’s cisgirl!Kurt (@katrinahummel) at @persephonestourrp. She has such a great handle on Kurt’s canon traits, but has also really integrated Kat’s bio and the differences that would result with someone like Kurt growing up with a full family unit. I can’t believe she’s never played Kurt before!

♫ I don’t look for trouble, but trouble looks for me ♫
Tanisha Williams was a promising, young real-estate agent who found herself fooling around with a young man. A young married man named Elijah Puckerman. She knew it was wrong and she knew it needed to stop, but, well, he was charming. And sweet. And he made endless promises to leave his wife, and she was foolish and in love and fell for it, only for him to back up those promises when Tanisha got pregnant. Tanisha decided to keep her baby and ultimately gave birth to Jacqueline on a cold October day in New Jersey. Since Tanisha still put Elijah down as the father, little Jacqueline ended up with the last name “Puckerman”.
This proved to be rather unpleasant for young Jackie -- she was never going to go by “Jacqueline”, come on now. See, Jackie never knew her dad by face, only by name. Every now and then she’d hear snippets of phone calls where her mom talked in a snappy whisper and she knew her “father” was on the other end, but who really cared? While Jackie had a small part of her that wanted to know him, she figured she didn’t need him if he didn’t want her.
Tanisha was a great role model anyways. She was super successful in real estate, like the kind of real estate agent with her face on benches around town. Being a single mother never seemed to slow her down. Jackie loved her mom with her whole heart and was more than okay with their little two person family.
Tanisha was also the one who got her to dance. It was typical to sign girls up for it, and when Jackie was just four years old, Jackie walked into a ballet class with a big tutu on and fell in love with it. She kept taking lessons, soon expanding to tap, jazz, and hip hop along with ballet. It just came naturally to her and she loved every moment of it. And Tanisha made sure her daughter could keep pursuing it, even when money got tight.
So, yeah, the money thing. Remember how Tanisha worked in real estate? Yeah, and remember how the recession hit that particular market hard? Despite Tanisha’s skills and past success, she ended up losing her job. To make ends meet, she moved her and her daughter to a cheap neighborhood in Jersey City and took on a waitressing job, primarily working double shifts. Jackie would walk to the restaurant after school and work on her homework there, and sometimes a family friend would take her to her dance classes so her mom could keep working.
After that, those snappy-voiced phone calls became more frequent and a lot louder. Jackie’s mom didn’t want to have to beg for money, but she needed help -- her daughter needed help. So she constantly called Elijah to get child support, often getting yelled at by his wife who referred to her as “the slutty waitress”. One day she called to find out Elijah had left. She never heard from him again.
Stuff like that made Jackie a bit of a cold and abrasive person. She figured she didn’t need anyone but her mom, because no one ever wanted her but her mom. Jackie just wanted to spend time with her mom and dance, not that she would tell anyone that, of course. She sort of put on this persona of being a “bad girl” despite the fact that she really wasn’t that rebellious at all. It was easier than trying to make friends. It was already hard for her to make friends seeing as she was one of the few black people at her school. Well, half-black. Some of the black kids thought she wasn’t black enough. And she had no interest in embracing her Jewish heritage past getting out of dissecting a pig’s heart because it wasn’t Kosher, so she wasn’t really befriending the Jewish kids, either.
So Jackie was more or less a loner, spending most of her free time improving her dance skills or riding her scooter versus making friends. It wasn’t until high school when she finally managed to find people who appreciated her for who she was. All of her. She tried out for her school’s show choir at her mom’s insistence and ended up getting a spot. And she befriended those geeks who loved her dancing and singing abilities more than she ever thought possible. She slowly started to ditch that obviously fake persona and started to work harder in her classes and have an actual social life.
Even better, her mom got a well paying receptionist job and they were finally starting to get financially stable. In fact, they were financially stable enough that Jackie’s mom got very particular about Jackie going to college. Now Jackie knew she wanted to dance and didn’t think college was necessary, but she still applied to some schools to appease her mom and, amazingly, made it into all of them. Even Juilliard. And with the financial aid packet they gave her, it was an easy decision to make. She couldn’t shoot down freaking Juilliard, now could she?
♫ And it's been waiting around corners since I was seventeen ♫
Jackie loved studying dance at college more than she could say. It felt like she was finally doing things right. It was refreshing not having to worry about science or math or English. Sure, she had to take some basic liberal arts classes, but that was it. Most of her time was devoted to dancing, and that was all that mattered to her.
She was required to live at the dorms her first year, which turned out to be a bit of a blessing. Jackie loved her mom, but being able to spend her weeks in New York City was a pretty sweet deal...especially since her friends got her a fake ID. It wasn’t like she went out and partied every night, but Jackie did have a lot of fun.
Jackie continued to live in the city after her first year, even though money was a bit tight. She was used to growing up without much, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but work studies could only get her so far. But another blessing seemed to come to her when she was “discovered” in Macy’s. Some modeling agent handed her a card and Jackie was almost positive it was a scam, but it turned out to actually be pretty legit. She got to appear in a few local ads and the extra money was definitely helpful.
Though the checks were made out to “Jacqueline Puckerman”, she basically had changed her name by that point. Her Facebook profile listed her with her mom’s last name, “Jackie Williams”, as did her portfolio and résumé, and she never brought up her real last name to her friends. The only people who knew it were the faculty, and that was fine with her. She was officially “Jackie Williams” and that was the name she told everyone. Jackie knew she had to get it changed at some point, but it wasn’t something she was in a rush to do. There wasn’t a reason to ever acknowledge the “Puckerman” side of her again.
In her junior year, that changed.
The year was 2015, and she had spent a whole summer hearing songs from this new girl band on the radio. She never really looked into them, but she thought their music was fairly decent. But one day she fell down a YouTube hole while bandaging up her feet after a long day of pointe. She watched several videos on autoplay until eventually one of The Sirens’ music videos came up: “Desire”. Jackie watched and felt an eerie feeling about the singer of that song. Something about her seemed familiar.
So Jackie turned to google. Her mind told her it was ridiculous to look her up, but something was telling her to go ahead and do it. The Sirens’ Wikipedia page came up quickly and soon Jackie found the girl’s name: Norah Puckerman.
Her blood ran cold as she looked at the computer screen and a million emotions ran through her. Before she understood what was happening, Jackie was clicking on every link she could about Norah, finding out that she was from Hoboken, too. She was a bit of a bad girl. She was Jewish. Her father had left her at a young age. Oh, and she had a brother. They had a brother.
So there Jackie was, 21 years old and just finding out about a half-sister and half-brother, and the half-sister was quickly gaining fame and followers along the way.
She honestly didn’t know what to do with this information. Jackie did her best to try to forget it, but she found herself curiously watching every interview that popped up and every video they put out. She even saw some fan videos and art and shit about “Puckerose” which confused her. Was her sister dating the other singer?
After her junior year ended, Jackie finally broached the subject with her mom by casually asking if she had heard of The Sirens. Of course she had. When Jackie asked if she knew the name “Norah Puckerman”, her mom froze. For a brief moment, Tanisha tried to say she didn’t know the name, and Jackie would’ve accepted that. She really would’ve. But her mom soon confessed that she knew that name as well as the name Jonah Puckerman. It turned out that her mom had known the whole time that Jackie had two siblings and never told her.
It was only then that Jackie realized how much she had wanted to know her sister, and her brother for that matter. Hearing that her mom had kept them a secret broke her heart. She felt hurt and betrayed and upset beyond all belief that her mom had hidden such an important thing. Her mom explained how she thought she was doing the right thing because Naomi, Elijah’s wife, never would’ve let them meet anyways. She didn’t want Jackie growing up knowing she had siblings that she couldn’t have a relationship with. She wanted Jackie to understand that and try to forgive her.
And Jackie did forgive her, but she didn’t forget.
Jackie’s senior year started to have more questions than most did. While she also constantly wondered what she was going to do with her life once she graduated, she also wondered a lot about her half-siblings. She knew she wanted to meet them, but how? She figured contacting their mom wouldn’t work well -- Jackie remembered the screaming phone calls. Jackie also figured going to the paparazzi with some news wouldn’t really help build a positive relationship.
But, thankfully, some things fell into her lap.
First of all, after some particularly high profile modeling gigs after her graduation, Jackie got an audition for a spot in the music video for a newer band, Divine Influence. Her looks and dance abilities got her the part in “Hey Beautiful Angel”, and it also got her in contact with Sabrina Smythe, the woman who also managed her sister’s band.
Second of all, she overheard a pretty important conversation. She was flown out to LA for the filming of the video, which was pretty sweet, since she figured she could go hit up some auditions and find more work while she was there. But after the filming, Jackie was trying to find a restroom on set, and she accidentally overheard a conversation between Sabrina and Sam Evans. That conversation told her a big secret about their past - you know, that whole Sam was a stripper and Sabrina was a pretty constant client of hers thing? Before she could try to sneak away and pretend she never heard it, Sabrina and Sam caught her.
Before Jackie could even apologize, Sabrina was throwing offers of money and contacts with big names at her in return for her silence, all while Sam was still in the room. After a few minutes, Jackie came up with a better offer. She told Sabrina if she gave her a job on Persephone’s Tour, plus a little bit of cash to hold her over until the work started, she wouldn’t say anything. Sabrina was confused at first, but when Jackie said her full name so she could write the check, Sabrina and Sam instantly knew why she wanted to be on the tour so badly. Despite their better judgment, Sabrina and Sam both agreed to keep it a secret at Jackie’s insistence.
And that’s how a need for dancers and back-up singers on the tour came about.
So now Jackie is touring with the girls under her stage name of “Jackie Williams” along with fellow dancer and back-up singer Blair Anderson. The two of them made their own choreography and have spent hours learning harmonies for the more intense songs that the bands sing - hey, it’s hard to do back up vocals and play an instrument live, so sometimes they need a little help. She thinks it’s a pretty sweet gig since now she gets to see the whole world, do what she loves, and get paid for it.
And, of course, she’s doing her best to get to know her sister, even if Norah doesn’t know who she is.
♫ They say "Here comes a hurricane! Trouble is her middle name!" ♫
Norah Puckerman: Okay, look, Jackie feels bad for deceiving Norah, she really does, but she wasn’t sure how much Norah would want to get to know her if she knew who she was. She’s still not sure if Norah would want to know her if she knew. It’s not too hard to realize that her mom asking for money was what drove Elijah away from Norah and her family. And Jackie thought maybe they wouldn’t get along anyways, and there would be no need for Norah to even know she had a sister. Jackie had planned on telling her by now, but the two of them have been getting along so well, better than she had ever imagined. Now she’s worried that when she tells her, Norah will freak out and not just on her, but on Sabrina and Sam and Santana, too, and, knowing her own Puckerman tendencies, Jackie wouldn’t be surprised if she freaked out on, like, everyone, even people not involved. Which would make her feel even worse. But every time she hangs out with her sister and they laugh and talk and gossip and find out more similarities, a small voice tells her that the longer she waits, the bigger the blowout will be. She’s good at ignoring that voice, but she’s not sure she’ll be good about it forever.
Sabrina Smythe: Jackie feels bad about putting Sabrina in the position she’s in. She really hadn’t planned on blackmailing someone, and she really has no plans of telling anyone anything about what she heard. She probably wouldn’t have said anything even if Sabrina hadn’t started throwing things at her desperately. But Sabrina did just that and Jackie didn’t want to get paid for not doing anything anyways. Sabrina’s been mostly chill about it, but Jackie can tell she’s stressed out, and probably for more reasons than what Jackie caused. But, hey, at least the semi-blackmail thing led to a job that got their tour great reviews.
Sam Evans: Again, Jackie is pretty torn up about making Sam keep a secret like this. It’s especially bad since both Sabrina and Sam are the closest to Norah out of the girls not in The Sirens. Sam doesn’t really understand why Jackie’s keeping her identity a secret, but she understands wanting to get close to her sibling. So while Sam has been keeping that secret, she’s been trying to persuade Jackie to tell Norah the truth. And despite Sam’s promise, Jackie’s not sure she’ll keep it. So when she sees the trio of Norah, Fiona, and Jackie together, she gets a little concerned.
Blair Anderson: Even though Jackie did a bad thing, at least it led to someone else getting a job, right? After some auditions, Blair Anderson was hired as an additional dancer and back-up singer on tour. While both bands do their own back-up vocals whenever possible, Jackie and Blair help provide more sound on some of the more difficult songs. Hey, live music is hard. Jackie and Blair spent a lot of time together and created the dances and some of their own harmonies themselves, all while learning a lot about each other. Blair even played some of her demo for Jackie, and Jackie honestly thinks she has one of the best voices she’s heard. But maybe she’s biased from all the times she’s danced so close to her.
Fiona Hudson: It’s kind of nice to have someone else on tour in a little bit of a  similar situation as Jackie. Fiona also has some sibling drama, but this time it’s step-siblings drama -- or, well, technically step-sibling and step-cousin drama, but Kat and Marley are basically sisters anyways. And, okay, Fiona’s isn’t a secret, but it’s been interesting watching her interact with these sisters she doesn’t really know that well. But it sucks to see them not get along, since it really makes Jackie even more nervous about eventually telling Norah. Obviously suddenly becoming sisters doesn’t work out too well.
Marley Rose: It was a huge relief when Jackie realized that Puckerose wasn’t a real thing because wow. Marley is stunning. Really stunning. And sweet. And talented. And easy to talk to. So easy to talk to in fact that Jackie has almost revealed her secret to her. With how close Marley is to Norah, that’s something she really has to stay quiet about around her. But whenever her secret does come out, she hopes Marley will understand why she hid it, since Jackie would hate for her to be mad at her, too.
Rachel Berry: Jackie didn’t get to interact with Rachel too much on set of the music video, but all of their passing interactions were nice - especially when she seemed to hold Kitty back from saying some rude things. When Jackie started joining rehearsals for the tour and working on harmonies with the bands, Rachel even provided some tips. Since Jackie never considered herself an amazing singer, she appreciated the help (even if Blair didn’t seem to), and she’s really excited to join the tour.
Santana Lopez: Santana, due to Sabrina’s interfering, knows about Jackie’s true last name and her real relationship to Norah. Santana is now ready to spin the news when it leaks...if it leaks. She’s also trying harder than anyone to get Jackie to tell her the truth since it’s better to have it happen now than for her to keep lying forever. Santana is all about honesty, after all, and she has warned Jackie that there are people out there who know her last name and could easily spill the beans, which does concern her. She’s just not sure she’s willing to tell Norah just yet, especially not with how it could effect the tour in a real bad way. Funny enough, Santana does seem to understand and has even bit a been sympathetic. Part of Jackie wonders if it’s because all of her fighting with Norah could be a cover-up for actual feelings, even the sexual kind, for her sister. And, no, Jackie doesn’t know why the thought of that bothers her.
Kat Hummel: Jackie’s always been good at telling when people wanna hook up. It’s a Puckerman thing. Or, well, she assumes so. What also seems to be a Puckerman thing is having feelings for Kat - but in this case, it’s solely a Norah Puckerman thing. She doesn’t know if everyone else is just blind or if she just has some sisterly connection with Norah, but regardless, Jackie’s older sister totally wants to get with Kat. And, for once, she actually seems awkward and weird about flirting. That’s something Jackie hasn’t seen from her and it’s kind of funny. She thinks Kat may have some interest back, too. So maybe Jackie can help her out some day...and maybe that’ll help smooth things over when Norah finds out about her true parentage.
Quinn Fabray: Jackie normally doesn’t just like stalk people or anything, okay. Let’s get that out of the way. But she’s been watching Norah over time to try to figure out who she is and what she’s like. And most of it has just been finding out they have a lot of things in common, like movies and music and their tendency to flirt. But one things she’s noticed is a few cases of Norah sneaking off with Quinn. And that’s a little confusing given how Norah’s totally into Kat. Like, so into Kat that she’s ridiculously tongue-tied around her. So Jackie’s a little wary of her for stopping the whole Puckat train that she’s on. Plus she’s related to Kitty, and seeing how similar she is to Norah without even growing up with her, she’s not sure the apple ever falls far from the tree. Or maybe it’s more like the apples from the same tree never fall far from each other. Either way, it’s enough to make Jackie a little bit concerned about her. Add in the weird energy Quinn has with Santana, and Jackie’s not sure how to feel about her at all.
Kitty Wilde: While working on the video for “Hey Beautiful Angel”, both Sam and Rachel were fairly welcoming to her. Kitty, however, seemed pissed off and definitely played up some Diva with a capital D cards. Jackie eventually found out that Kitty, who nearly pursued dance herself, was pissed that someone else took her spotlight. Kitty thought if Rachel wasn’t doing something dance-wise, it should’ve been her. Thankfully Kitty got to dance in the next video and she seems to have forgotten her rudeness towards Jackie, or at least she’s being extra nice for whatever reason. Jackie, however, hasn’t, and as a Puckerman, Jackie’s not the best at forgiving and forgetting.
♫ But I don't look for trouble, yeah trouble looks for me ♫

♫ You're not the big fish in the pond no more, you are what they're feeding on ♫
Fiona Hudson was born, more or less, without a father. Christopher Hudson, a shell of the man that was once her father, was there, but that was it. Carole, Fiona’s mom, did her best to take care of Fiona and her husband, a former army man going through a painful addiction, but it was way too much to ask of anyone. Eventually Christopher ended up dying of a drug overdose, leaving behind a beautiful wife and daughter.
Of course, Fiona never really knew about this. Fiona was always told the story that her father had died a respectful death in the army. Carole didn’t want her daughter thinking anything awful about her father and grow to resent him being gone. Thankfully, it worked out that way pretty easily. Fiona was proud of her father and would tell anyone who listened that exact same thing.
Besides that, Fiona wasn’t necessarily the most talkative child. She was more physical in her expression. Fiona loved playing the drums, and she also loved running around. She was always playing one sport or another, and Carole always made sure to have enough money to support her daughter’s atheletic ventures - swimming, basketball, soccer, volleyball - and all the uniforms and trips it required.
By the time middle school started, Fiona, though awkwardly tall for her age, was a huge success on the soccer and basketball teams, and she ended up rising up the popularity ranks. She was the superstar the school needed, the girl who scored winning points and rocked the teams. And if she sometimes noticed the cheerleaders more than her other teammates did, well, that was her own business.
High school was pretty similar to middle school. Fiona was sporty but cute, and she cleaned up well when she needed to. Sometimes her teammates got jealous since it seemed like everyone had a crush on her, from the guys on the football team to the choir geeks to even some of the girls. Hell, it was pretty obvious that Katrina Hummel, pretty much the only out lesbian at school, had a crush on her. Fiona didn’t necessarily reciprocate it, but she was never outwardly mean to her, or her cousin, Marley Rose. Which was honestly enough for Kat to crush on her in the first place, but that was another story.
When Fiona wasn’t at a team practice or working out, she was most likely hanging out with friends and partying a bit. Sometimes she played video games or watched football with her mom while curled up in her dad’s old chair. So the whole homework thing...? Yeah, it never really happened. She just never got into academia in general. Fiona passed her classes, and not just because she was a jock, but she just never really did more than the bare minimum. She just did enough to get into the University of Kansas; like a lot of Kansans, she was a Jayhawk fan and she had always wanted to go there. And as long as you had some passing grades and a decent enough ACT score, KU automatically let it most everyone from the state. Fiona’s basketball skills also definitely helped, getting her a full ride to the school after she graduated from high school. Her future was looking bright.
♫ So what are you gonna do when the world don't orbit around you? ♫
Fiona couldn’t believe she ever thought her life was busy before. Being on a popular sports team at a Division I school was a million times worse. She was constantly conditioning or practicing. Her grades weren’t doing so hot, either, but she figured it was okay since, well, she didn’t really want to do anything with school. She was good at basketball, so Fiona always figured basketball would just be her thing. She could totally go professional and then maybe become a coach when she got too old.
Yeah, her senior year kinda tore that dream apart. In the very first game of the year, Fiona got injured. Really injured. Like, the doctors weren’t sure shed be able to play basketball again, at least not on the level she had been playing before, and not for some time.
Fiona was miserable and left KU; she didn’t want to pay for a final semester of school when she didn’t even know who she was outside of basketball. Fiona moved back in with her mom and spent months wallowing in misery.
After a few months, she was helping her mom clean up and came across a picture of her dad, which gave her a great idea. Why didn’t she join the army? While she wasn’t completely recovered from her basketball injury, she could do some desk job or something, right? Her mom tried to dissuade her, but Fiona was determined.
So Carole finally had to tell her the truth about her father’s death. Fiona was crushed to find out the man she had looked up to her whole life was essentially a lie, even if she understood where her mom was coming from with the lie. Her dreams of joining the military ended and she ended up sinking into a deeper depression. Her mom got her a job coaching a kids’ basketball team and she started to feel better, but she spent the next several months pretty miserable as she tried to figure out what to do with her life.
Around a year after what was supposed to be Fiona’s graduation, her mom got into a minor car accident. No injuries or anything, but her car was pretty busted, so Fiona had to drive hers over to pick her up from the shop. And when the two Hudson women left the garage later that day, Carole had a phone number for the garage and for the man who ran it, Burt Hummel.
It was the first time Carole had dated in a long while, and Fiona wasn’t sure how to feel about it at first. Fiona was wary due to some of her mom’s past boyfriends, but she also wanted her mom to be happy, and Burt was definitely doing just that. As Carole kept dating Burt, Fiona started to get to know him and she started to really like the guy. Burt was what Fiona always thought having a dad would be like: they watched football together, went to baseball games together, and discussed basketball teams together. Fiona ended up eagerly moving in with him along with her mom just a few months into their relationsip.
The only weird part was that she was living in a house where genuine celebrities used to live, since The Sirens were one of the hottest bands and were touring the country by that point. Millie Rose had just moved into her own place, but pictures of her along with Marley and, obviously, Kat were all over the walls. It was just even weirder since Fiona barely noticed either of them in high school, and there they were, making bank and having millions of twitter followers and showing up all over the place. And basically being her family.
In the fall of 2016, just a few months after the Hudsons moved into the Hummel residence, Burt and Carole got married. It was a surprisingly simple event despite Kat’s involvement in the planning. Fiona was, of course, her mom’s maid of honor, and one of Carole’s best friends was an additional bridesmaid. Kat was her dad’s best woman and Marley was an additional grooms-woman. They hired a band for the reception, though The Sirens did do a few songs dedicated to the happy couple, including some exclusive previews at songs on their upcoming album.
Then the band went back to recording Persephone in the Underworld, and Fiona started working at Burt’s garage. She was really starting to love the family set up she had, but she had to admit that she still felt lost. It didn’t help having two step-family members who were major successes in their field, especially Kat, who was starting to conquer some fashion fronts as well. As much as Fiona loved working at the garage and working with her stepfather, she knew it wasn’t what she wanted to do with her life.
...So what did she want to do?
Burt knew his stepdaughter was lost, so he called Kat and Marley. With some persuading and a tiny bit of guilting, Kat agreed to get Fiona a job on tour. After all, as Burt said, she needed to get to know her sister.
Fiona thought she could easily play drums for The Sirens, but Kat said they already had a drummer joining them on toure. After some interviews with Sabrina Smythe and some training, Fiona joined as a general roadie and as a drum technician, meaning she set up the drums to perfection at every stop.
Well, that was the original plan. Then the original tour drummer fell through, and after an audition, Fiona was chosen to play drums for The Sirens on tour. And doing something she loves every day at practice has been some of the best time of her life. So will she continue to feel that way, or will this fail like her other attempts at her dreams did?
♫ Ain't it fun living in the real world ♫
Katrina Hummel: Kat wasn’t someone Fiona particularly noticed in high school past the fact that she was actually out as a lesbian and that meant she got bullied quite a bit. Fiona had no problem getting her friends to cut it out when they got too mean, but she never really interacted with her outside of that. So imagine how she felt years later when her mom remarried and suddenly Fiona had a famous stepsister...and step-cousin. And that those two were people she technically knew for years. It was crazy. While Fiona took some time getting used to the idea of having this new family, she’s now accepted it completely and wants to get to know her sister better. The problem is that Kat is not interested. But, hey, at least Kat got her a job. But now that they’re practicing together and Fiona’s trying to actually kind of be part of the band, will that put even more of a strain on their relationship? Kat might smile and try to joke around with her, but Fiona can tell she does not like her at all.
Marley Rose: Again, Marley, like Kat, is suddenly part of Fiona’s family. Well, sort of. Marley’s a step-half-cousin or something, so they would barely count as family if Kat and Marley hadn’t grown up like sisters. But because they’re like sisters, Marley’s basically her stepsister as well, though she does seem to be more on Kat’s “side”. She’s been a lot nicer to Fiona and definitely a bit more open to having her around. Kind of like Sweden -- that’s the neutral country, right? Well, whatever, Marley at least makes it easier for Fiona to talk to Kat and Marley obviously wants some peace between the two of them. Fiona also owes Marley a lot for that and hopefully Marley can help get Kat to calm down around her.
Norah Puckerman: Okay, finally, here was someone who also actually played sports. Like Fiona, Norah had a scholarship for playing a sport, but she played volleyball. While Norah’s school wasn’t as competitive as KU, they still bonded over years of conditioning and being spread thin between academics and practice. The two have formed a friendship since the tour has started, since they have a lot of other random things in common, like growing up with a single mom and having such a strong love of family. Because of that, Norah also seems interested in getting Fiona and Kat to get along better, which Fiona appreciates. Now that Fiona’s going to play for The Sirens, Norah’s showing her the ropes and is even giving her some showmanship tips. She’s been by far the most supportive of Fiona’s new position in the band.
Quinn Fabray: Like all The Sirens, Quinn was invited to Carole and Burt’s wedding, and Fiona met her a few other times when the band was in town or her family visited them elsewhere. And the thing is...Quinn’s really pretty. Like, ridiculously pretty. And Fiona kept tripping over her words in front of her. But she eventually found her voice and started talking to her. And while they don’t really have much in common, she likes talking to her. She likes her. And maybe it’s a crush or maybe she just sees her as a friend, but regardless, Fiona really likes hanging out with her. Now that she’s playing for her band? It’s kind of getting embarrassing how little she can say around her.
Sam Evans: Much like Norah, Fiona and Sam just seemed to get along really easily. They both have laid back, simple personalities, and Fiona loves hanging out with her. Sam’s also really helpful with Fiona and the other roadies and has no problems lending a hand when needed. And her impressions? They’re honestly hilarious. Often times Norah, Fiona, and Sam all end up hanging out together and watch comic book movies or TV shows and sports games and it’s honestly a lot of fun.
Santana Lopez: At first, Fiona and Santana didn’t have much to talk about. After all, Fiona wasn’t anything more than a lowly roadie, right? But Santana got all up in her business about social media and the like because of the being semi-related to celebrities and stuff. Fiona didn’t really get the point, since it wasn’t like she posted anything that interesting in the first place, but she tried to post occasional photos of Kat and Marley to make it look like they all got along, just like Santana wanted. Now that Fiona’s playing the drums, Santana is demanding more out of her and she’s getting more followers and getting instructions on interviews...it’s a lot to handle. But at least she’s getting coached by someone really hot, right?
Sabrina Smythe: Fiona owes Sabrina a lot. Like, a lot a lot. If it wasn’t for her agreeing to Kat’s request and then Marley’s, Fiona wouldn’t have this amazing opportunity to change her life and make money and see the whole world. It’s amazing, and Fiona is forever in her debt. Now Sabrina has been talking about making her a permanent fixture in the band if the tour goes well. And Fiona wants that. Like, a lot. Or at least she thinks she does, even if her relationship with Kat is weird. So it’s time to kiss her ass and do her best to hide any family drama, even if all Fiona wants to do is kick over a chair sometime.
Blair Anderson: During a break in one of the first rehearsals, Fiona went back to the rehearsal space to check in on the drum-set. There she saw Blair practicing a song she had written, and Fiona was honestly really impressed. When Blair spotted her, the two of them started to talk, and she turned out to be charming and sweet. Blair still takes time to smile at Fiona whenever she sees her and just seems like a really sweet girl and a good friend to have. And since they’re in similar positions with having to suck up to Sabrina, it’s kind of nice having her around. They’ve even started working on an encore act together to show they can do this, with Fiona playing the little bit of guitar she knows and Blair on the keyboard. It’s worth a shot, right? And if The Sirens won’t accept her, maybe Blair will.
Jackie Puckerman: Jackie is a pretty solid person, since she often helps Fiona with carrying things when she can and has no problem lending a hand. She’s also been really cool about letting Fiona let off some steam about the whole Kat and family thing. Despite being an only child, Jackie seems to get trouble with sibling relationships really well, which is cool. The two have also taken to hitting some gyms together, when she’s not hitting the gym with Norah and/or Sam; while Fiona can’t go as hard as she used to, she still does some gym work post injury. Fiona normally isn’t the best at reading between the lines or anything, but something tells her Jackie is hiding something, and while Fiona doesn’t want to, like, force her to say anything, she’d like to help her with whatever it is.
Rachel Berry: If Sam has been a welcoming member of Divine Influence and Kitty the least welcoming person on the tour, Rachel is kind of in the middle. From Rachel’s background to her fame level to her love of musicals, Fiona doesn’t have much in common with the girl at all, so they don’t talk too often. But as Fiona’s nerves are starting to build up over playing live in front of thousands of people, Rachel always appears so cool and collected on stage despite her nervous energy. So maybe Fiona can get some advice from her? It seems worth a shot, though Rachel seems hesitant to say anything about stage fright.
Kitty Wilde: Fiona isn’t someone looking to dislike anyone. She likes being friends with people. But Kitty...Fiona does not like her. She doesn’t get it. All Fiona does is her job, and she was trained well in it and she knows drums like the back of her hand, but Kitty second guesses her every move. She follows her around and criticizes Fiona at every turn. Fiona might actually be a little bit afraid of her, which is ridiculous since Kitty’s so tiny and Fiona just isn’t, but, well...she’s terrifying, okay? And with Kitty getting closer to her stepsister, it’s really complicated.

♫ My persuasion can build a nation ♫
Santana Lopez was born to Mateo and Maribel Lopez on a warm November night. Well, since it was November, all nights there were rather warm, but, not to be sappy, that night felt especially warm to them. It also was particularly warm in the same way to Alma Lopez, Mateo’s mother. After years of waiting, her favorite child had finally had his own. Santana was absolutely perfect in all of their eyes and they all assumed she always would be.
Because of that, and because of Mateo’s rather successful private practice, Santana grew up a bit on the spoiled side. While her family wasn’t jet-setting across the world or anything, she was never wanting for new toys or clothes or lessons. Whatever she wanted, she got. That was probably how and why she got so bossy and sharp-tongued.
Another reason for that aspect of her personality was Alma. Santana spent a lot of time with her growing up and looked up to her a lot, and Alma was no saint. Alma was ruthless and smart and snarky, all things Santana ended up emulating. No one knew whether it was on accident or on purpose, but that just ended up being how Santana was as a person.
As Santana grew older, she was normally either at school or at some activity or other, though she still spent as much time with Alma and her parents as possible. She got into dancing and cheerleading pretty early on in life and got swept up in the possibilities it gave her social life rather quickly. She was pretty popular and well-respected, if not well-liked, by the time she was in sixth grade. She loved practicing and being a part of a team.
It was in those cheerleading practices in middle school, however, where she made a startling discovery. She realized that she liked girls. A lot.
Santana spent years trying to deny this part of her. While her parents weren’t super Catholic or anything, both sets of her grandparents were very religious. She felt disgusted at herself for her feelings and had a lot of fear about her family’s reaction if she ever said anything.
So when guys started asking her out in high school, Santana always said yes. And when they took her to secluded beaches or hillsides, Santana would do a lot of things to make up for the dinner they paid for and to convince herself she was interested in them. She started to get a bit of a reputation, which was fine with her. It meant she couldn’t be gay. Who was gay and did all of that? And who could be gay if they were that pretty? Yeah, maybe sometimes she’d kiss a girl (or do some more), but it was always to get guys’ attention or to turn them on. And if that was her favorite part when it came to dating guys, it just meant she liked turning guys on and she was a little kinky and the girls just knew how to do things better than guys did. Obviously.
But, eventually, Santana fell in love with a girl. That girl was so special and dear to her heart, and, after trying to keep it under wraps, a series of accidents got Santana outed. For real outed, not just outed as a girl who’d occasionally sleep with other girls for guys’ viewing pleasure. So Santana told her parents, who eagerly, and surprisingly, accepted her. That wasn’t the scary part, though, and she knew it.
What was scary was telling Alma. And, just like she had feared for years, her grandmother told her it was wrong and kicked her out of her house, leaving Santana crushed. She did her best to hide it, but her abuela was so important to her that she could actually feel herself growing colder to people who tried to mess with her.
Thankfully, there weren’t too many people who messed with her anyways. Most people at her school were pretty cool with it, except for a few guys who assumed she just needed a better lay to change her mind. Particularly some exes of hers. One of them actually posted some naked pictures of her online. Suddenly just searching for the name “Santana Lopez” came up with results of her completely nude in various positions.
But instead of breaking down and crying, Santana used it to her advantage. She already had a strong twitter game, so she had a fair amount of followers. Using some references to the scandal and some suggestive hashtags, she just got more and more followers. By the time she graduated high school, her follower count was in the thousands and still growing. Eventually searching her name brought up her social media accounts before her naked pictures. It was then that she learned how there really was no such thing as “bad news”; anything could be good if you used it properly.
The end of high school also brought some heartache as well. Santana and her girlfriend broke up as they prepared to be on opposite sides of the country. As much as it hurt, Santana knew they weren’t meant to be together...at least not yet. Eventually, maybe, but at the moment, they both needed to grow and experience new things - and new people - at college.
♫ Endless power, with our love we can devour ♫
While Santana was always hot and a lot of people only thought that about her, she was also smart. So smart that she managed to get into Columbia University. She considered going somewhere warmer, but she couldn’t resist the idea of New York City. It was a place where she knew she’d be accepted, and, honestly, she needed that since her grandmother still refused to acknowledge her.
Columbia turned out to be the perfect fit as well. She learned so much right away, yes, and like the academics and whatever were perfect. But being in close proximity with an all girls school? That combined with all the girls “experimenting” for their freshman year? Yeah, it meant she definitely had a lot of options.
One that stood out in particular was Quinn Fabray. Quinn pinged Santana’s gaydar right away when they meant in Women’s Studies 101. They ended up taking a liking to each other right away, and one night when they were alone in Santana’s dorm room, they ended up kissing and kissing led to Quinn splayed on Santana’s bed, moaning. And Santana was so happy. And, naively perhaps, she thought maybe they’d be more than a one-night stand. They had been talking so long and had been hardcore flirting for months, so she assumed Quinn liked her back that way. After all, they were both funny and smart and hot, so it seemed like a great match.
Of course, that didn’t happen.
Quinn started to ignore her. She dyed her pink hair - that Santana dyed for her! - back to blonde and dressed more conservatively and started keeping to herself. Santana could recognize that self-hate - she had a ton of times where she threw herself at guys just to try to prove that she wasn’t gay - so she backed off. She didn’t know what else to do to help her, and it was obvious Quinn needed time to herself. Or maybe Santana was just telling herself that, and Quinn really was a straight girl. Whatever the case, she had to move on.
Plus, Santana had other options. She dated a few other girls, all while excelling at her classes. She was in a pretty exclusive program at Columbia, Business Management. She got a lot of real world experience in what she wanted to do - publicity. She worked with various publicists all while tailoring her own social media. She had even more followers on both twitter and Instagram by the time she graduated, which showcased her talent for a great public image.
She got hired as an assistant at first at the New Directions Record Company. There she met Sabrina Smythe, and they soon took a liking to each other. Hey, they were both cunning and snarky and sexy, and women, especially gay women, needed to stick together, so why not help each other out?
Santana threw herself into work in order to make a good impression and rise up the ranks. She knew being a gay woman of color put her at a disadvantage, Ivy League education or not. And those pictures? While they weren’t the first thing that popped up on a google search of her name anymore, they still popped up, and that definitely didn’t help her professionally. So Santana sacrificed a lot of her free time, often turning down dates and spending long nights working her ass off to get ahead. She had to, she had to work three times as hard to get the respect she deserved. But, after a couple of years, it seemed like she wasn’t getting anywhere.
Thankfully, Sabrina came through by getting Santana her first solo job as the publicist for both Divine Influence and The Sirens (yeah, it was kinda weird with the Quinn thing, so more on that later) in preparation for their combined tour. While Sabrina had been managing their public relations beforehand, she knew handling two bands’ social media and publicity work would be more than she could handle. Santana very willingly took the job and has already been a success. She’s been great already at promoting the tour and scheduling their meetings with local radio stations and maybe even stirring the pot a bit about Puckerose and #KittyKat, but, hey, she knows what works and what gets them attention. Between her and Sabrina planning parties and tours and interviews, the girls are getting bigger by the minute.
With the tour already going, Santana has definitely been busy making her girls look as good as possible. And she’s surrounded by hot girls from the band to the back-up singers to the crew. Sounds pretty perfect, right?
Well, yeah. It’s pretty perfect. But with all the secrets and drama that could hit the news, plus with JBI on her and the girls’ tail at all times, Santana has a lot on her plate. She’s sure that there’s even more stuff she doesn’t know about that could break the news. And she knows if she messes up, her career will pretty much end.
...No pressure, right?
♫ You’ll do anything for me ♫
Quinn Fabray: After being Quinn’s first girl, Santana had hoped they’d be something. She really liked her. A lot. Yet Quinn rejected her and even after she got over that self-loathing, she never even gave Santana a proper apology. Santana would see her occasionally at parties or even at the rare gig for The Sirens. Sometimes she’d see her flirting with someone or even kissing several girls - okay, more like she saw that happen once on accident since Quinn was fairly private about her life, but it felt like more than one time. Yeah, she got the whole coming to terms with being gay thing was a process that could take a while, but still. It stung that Quinn never even tried to be with her again or anything. So her feelings for Quinn might be slightly negative right now, but she’s being professional and working through it, if only for the sake of her own job.
Sabrina Smythe: Since the two have met, Santana and Sabrina have been basically best friends. And, yeah, that’s the weirdest thing to admit, since they seem like they should be enemies. You know, they have the same interests in women quite often, both talk shit about anyone, both of them are stubborn, and they just seem too similar. But, weirdly, they work. Santana is so lucky that Sabrina trusted her with this job, and she knows it. Of course, they still give each other crap because that’s what they do, but she’s honestly thankful for her major promotion - not to mention the major pay raise. Sabrina cracks her the fuck up and they’ve been known to split some of the champagne they have on the girls’ tour rider and just laugh and talk all night. And, thankfully, Sabrina has told Santana about two major things she needs to know: Jackie’s real last name and Sam’s former job. Now if those issues come to the press’ attention, Santana can have warning on how to spin it. However, Santana’s sure there’s more drama around not just Sam’s job but Sabrina herself, but Sabrina has been hiding it too well for Santana to figure out just what it is.
Jackie Puckerman: Because of the PR nightmare it could potentially cause, Sabrina told Santana about the whole real last name thing when it comes to Jackie “Williams”. Santana was definitely less than pleased, because if the news got out, it would be a migraine of a story to handle. And, yeah, the deception isn’t cool with her, either, even if Santana’s not Norah’s number one fan. She’s talked to Jackie about it and is definitely trying to push her to tell Norah the truth before it gets out of control, but so far the girl hasn’t made any progress on that. She’s a bit sympathetic to the cause since, hey, she’s not sure she’d want to be related to Norah, either. And, yeah, it kind of amazes her that someone like Jackie is related to that person. Jackie’s a lot more open-hearted and genuine than Norah, even if she puts up this front of being a badass. Maybe Santana just doesn’t know Norah that well, or maybe Jackie is just truly different from anyone she knows. Either way she’s...intrigued.
Fiona Hudson: Fiona’s not the brightest bulb in the bunch. Santana originally just had to worry about her making it look like she got along with Kat even though it was clear Kat was not friendly with her at all. Then, thanks to their drummer dropping out, Santana now has to deal with Fiona possibly being a new member of The Sirens. So now she has to coach her on interviews and more social media help and she has no idea if Fiona actually has the ability to learn all of it. Part of her kind of hopes she just ends up as the touring drummer and not a full-fledged member, since between her drama with Kat, she’s not sure how well things will end up working out with her involved. Santana knows from experience that not all family wounds can heal, no matter what some cheesy sitcom might try to say.
Blair Anderson: Blair is kind of weirdly attached to her. Sometimes Santana is just walking somewhere and Blair will pop up. Is the girl obsessed with her or something? Santana doesn’t know what to do with her or what to say, so she just answers her questions. But as time has gone on, Santana can admit that Blair’s really pretty, so if Blair does have some weird crush on her...Santana could dig it. And since Santana has a knack for hooking up with people who then leave her, maybe it’ll get Blair off her back. Was that too dark?
Katrina Hummel: Kat is one of those people who makes the job so ridiculously easy. She’s the perfect girl in interviews, she loves social media, she’s constantly uploading great videos on YouTube, she created #KittyKat, and she’s easily accepted being “the gay one” in the group and all the publicity that comes with it. Kat, at Sabrina’s request, has also started to help Norah get better at interviews. While they sometimes butt heads, Santana really respects her and is beyond thankful for her help on the Norah Issue. Though while she understands Kat not wanting to be related to Fiona, she really needs them to work together and sort this shit out. She has enough family drama she has to deal with on tour; Santana really doesn’t want to have to deal with the Kat and Fiona thing on top of it.
Marley Rose: Santana isn’t really the mothering type, but when it comes to Marley, some instinct just kicked in for her. She’s definitely not obnoxious like the rest of her bandmates or anything, but Santana likes the girl and maybe she could be a mentor for her. Hell, she’d be a better one than Quinn, who seems to be mentoring her at the moment. While Marley isn’t big on the whole Puckerose thing, she never gets angry with the shippers or anything, which Santana appreciates - even though Marley has as “boyfriend” who Santana assumes is a fake to make the fans shut up, but, hey, she didn’t yell at them at least. Her and Kat are definitely some of the easier clients she has to work with on this tour, which is very helpful. She’s working on getting her some sort of ad deal as well, since a girl that pretty and that famous could easily sell something.
Rachel Berry: That Rachel girl talks a lot, huh? Santana tries to be professional, but sometimes she just wants to tell her to stop talking. Not that often, though. Rachel's actually, surprisingly, becoming one of Santana’s favorite people on tour, which is really, really weird. Shouldn’t she be annoyed of her by this point? Why isn’t she annoyed? She doesn’t know, but Rachel’s friendly and fun and it’s kind of nice just having a simple, uncomplicated friendship going on. And Santana’s been doing a good job helping her get that whole Broadway deal worked out.
Sam Evans: Okay, so Santana found out about Sam’s job, and it kind of made her laugh. Seriously? Sweet, innocent, country bumpkin Samantha Evans was a freaking stripper? That seemed crazy to her. And the more she’s seen of her, the more insane that idea seems. Sam is a comic book geek who, yeah, might be kind of cute if you’re into that thing, but c’mon. How did she make any money? But, anyways, she hasn’t told Sam that she knows since she doesn’t want her to act as weird around her as she acts around Sabrina. But if the news comes out, Santana’s ready to help spin it in a positive way.
Kitty Wilde: Kitty...Kitty’s a wildcard. No pun intended, obviously, but Santana never knows what to think about her. Sometimes she seems just like her cousin’s mini-me, which can be a bit annoying. But then again, sometimes she seems weirdly different. Sometimes Kitty comes across just as mean as she does, and normally Santana wouldn’t like that, but since they seem to make fun of the same people, it’s not too bad. They get along well enough, and probably will as long as they never have to turn on each other, since that would be a mess. And maybe she sees the way Kitty looks at Marley and Norah...and maybe she doesn’t know if she should try to shut that down in favor of the #KittyKat and Puckerose fandoms or not. Damn, she hopes she doesn’t have to deal with actual relationships on tour.
Norah Puckerman: These two butted heads right away. Maybe a lot of it is them being too similar for their own good; they both are hot and know it and love having sex. They both slept with Quinn (though they don’t know they have that in common), and they’re both pretty stubborn and super competitive. It’s also pretty clear they have some similar tastes in women. Norah knows it’s Santana’s job to know everyone’s business, but she doesn’t like it. And Santana knows Norah has to be the badass and flirt and all, but she finds her way too suggestive and not in a fun way. It also doesn’t help that Norah’s blunt nature and lack of a filter could lead to her being a PR nightmare. And that Santana knows there has to be some depth to her, but she hasn’t seen any of it. So with the two of them, is it sexual tension or just true dislike? Who knows? They certainly don’t.
