Kind of a smile, kind of a smirk. I’m half enjoying staying home and in my pjs today, and I’m half not. I had plans to visit a church this morning and I was really excited about it! But when I woke up not feeling great I decided staying in the as the best bet. One of the hardest parts of autoimmune disease is how it makes me feel. I’m hot, in cold and I’m shivering a bit... could be getting sick or could just be effects of doing too much yesterday... it’s so hard to tell. But over the last few years I have learned how to read my body and how to rest when I need to rest. So whether I am sick or just exhausted I will stay in my pjs today and take care of me. So cheers with my coffee and here’s to learning to listen to your body better!
