Percy Weasley got his first tattoo at the age of 16 at a Muggle tattoo parlor.
After that first tattoo, when he came of age, he got 3 more.
No one found out until after the war where all the brothers were at the Burrow and he was getting out of the shower and George came in and saw his tattoos.
And you know that George can’t keeps a secret.

Alive (Perciver fanfic)
Percy Weasley had never been one for frivolous pursuits. As a prefect and later a Ministry employee, he had always been focused on his duties and responsibilities. But when Oliver Wood came into his life, everything changed.
Oliver was unlike anyone Percy had ever met before. He was boisterous and passionate, with a fierce love for Quidditch that matched Percy's own love for order and structure. And as they spent more time together, Percy found himself drawn to Oliver's infectious energy.
It started with a shared interest in Quidditch strategy. They would spend hours poring over game tapes, analyzing each play and discussing how they could improve. But soon their conversations turned to other topics - their families, their hopes and dreams, and even their favorite foods.
One night, as they were walking back to the Gryffindor common room after a long day of studying, Oliver turned to Percy and said, "You know, I've been thinking about something."
"What's that?" Percy asked, his heart racing with anticipation.
"I think we should go on a date," Oliver said, grinning.
Percy was taken aback at first - he had never considered a romantic relationship with Oliver before. But then he realized that he had been feeling something for Oliver for a long time - a warmth and affection that he couldn't ignore.
So they went on their first date, walking through the streets of Hogsmeade, holding hands and laughing. It was like a weight had been lifted off Percy's shoulders - for the first time in his life, he didn't feel like he had to be the responsible one all the time.
As their relationship blossomed, Percy and Oliver faced their share of challenges. There were disapproving glances from their colleagues and awkward conversations with their families. But they didn't let those obstacles get in the way of their love.

Perciver prompt
It was the end of their 7th year at Hogwarts and Percy and Oliver had been dating for a while. They were both in the final year of their Quidditch careers and they were both determined to make it to the World Cup.
Their last game together was against Slytherin.
It was a close game, but in the end Percy and Oliver's team emerged victorious. They celebrated in the locker room, but Percy knew that it would be their last game together.
Oliver had been offered a position on the England Quidditch team and he had accepted. Percy was gutted that Oliver was leaving but he was happy for him.
They said their goodbyes in the locker room and Oliver promised to come and visit Percy in the summer.
Percy watched Oliver leave and he felt his heart break. He knew that he would never see Oliver again and that was the saddest thing of all.

Minister Hermione Granger, drowning in paperwork...
Hermione's second stint as the Minister of Magic was choke full of accomplishments; she had enacted laws mandating that house-elves be paid for their services, the wizarding economy was thriving, social services were now in place for underprivileged wizards, severe penalties for anti-Muggle rhetoric...the list went on and on...
And even though she couldn't be prouder, the job wasn't without its woes. The excruciating amount of paperwork, the meetings, the ire she drew because of her progressiveness, co-ordinating all the Departments together meant that she was always under stress.
And it showed too; her forehead was wrinkled because of how much she raised her eyebrows these days, crow's feet flanked her eyes with jowls drooping by her lips. She noticed her neck had started to sag too and paid little attention to her messy hair. She still wore it well what with her tweed skirt suits that gave her a dignified mature look...afterall it wasn't like anyone was going to smuggle her love potions these days...
As she quickly scribbled a letter to the French Minister, she realized how little time she had for herself these days. The bookshelf grew taller yet with all the books she hadn't yet read...
