Some days, even if I have a full work day planned out, I am prompted to write. I know by now not to resist when this particular compulsion hits me. The sooner I honor it, the sooner I will be able to get on with the rest of the day. I can only describe these sensations as persistent and unrelenting nudges from my Higher Self.  And what comes through is often helpful.

If the following doesn't resonate with you spiritually, you are welcome to regard it as the creative imaginings of a neurodiverse artist/mystic, inspired by a delightful bowl of something botanical. I can only go by my gut feeling, as to the source. But I hope readers find this meaningful or thought-provoking in some way, on some level.

"If life is overwhelming or disappointing right now, please take hope. Our world is on the verge of a very rapid and significant change. The best we can do is buckle up, and trust we are each here at this point in time with great purpose. Things are about to get very interesting. This is truly the most pivotal time in the entire history of this planet. Not only will unfolding events affect us here, but the entire Universe. This is big, folks. 

These will be hard times as we adjust to a new reality. It is critical that we find our tribe, those who we resonate and feel safe with. This is new territory. We must recognise and trust each other, reaching out when we need help, and offering support as needed. Our work right now is to create a clear channel to our Higher Selves. To ground, focus, and align with our Divine sources. It is through manifesting and channeling this divine energy that we will collectively be powerful enough to redirect the current trajectory. Trust the promptings of your Soul. This will be your compass and guide. We are all here at this time, individually, and in Soul groups, with specific gifts and purpose. Together, we have the collective ability to transform our world. So look within. What is Soul showing you? Deep down, you know what your strengths and gifts are. Now is the time to develop and hone them.

Right now, the energies on Earth are hugely discordant, manifesting as wars and natural disasters, and individually as depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation and other signs of internal struggle. Many are experiencing a general sense that Something Big Is About To Happen. You are not imagining this. For those who automatically align with the Schumann resonance, earth's heartbeat, you will be even further impacted. Earth's energy is currently shifting, so if you are a person who aligns naturally to this frequency, you may find your emotional body experiencing rapid shifts as well. Be mindful. Through shadow work, we are able to transform denser energies and release them as a higher vibration. Some, who don't realize they are energy workers, are doing this work on a subconscious level and it is exhausting them. Even for seasoned energy workers, burnout is happening. This is why it is critical for us to consciously and mindfully connect with Higher Self. When we are aligned, this divine energy flows freely and uninterrupted, healing and balancing us. But it takes dedication, practice, prayer, meditation and mindfulness. Roll up your sleeves, folks. You know who you are. You feel it. You sense it. It's time. There is work to do.`

Art and AI

Art is the outward expression of a vision created in the artist's mind, with the intent of generating an emotional response and introspection in the viewer. It does not matter how that message is conveyed. Through visual arts, music, dance, just the physical act of creating in these disciplines generates a positive energy of it's own that washes over whoever is nearby like a gentle rain. This energy ripples further outward, joining with other creative energies. Each act of artistic creation is a powerful thing.

Now we have new tools. With the emergence of AI and virtual reality, the world has opened up to us creators like never before. We can literally create a virtual world of our internal thought processes. In a sense, it gives the viewer the chance to experience what it is to be in the very mind of the artist themselves, seeing what they are seeing, and being able to interact with this space. If that isn't powerful and exciting, I don't know what is. And yes, scary too. Because there is darkness in the world. And ugliness. But there is beauty, too. And we get to decide what we create.

Creating in AI is no different than any other medium. You are just using different tools. It still takes skill, learning the software, formulating your vision, executing it, and using various traditional editing tools to pull it all together. It takes time. It takes imagination. It takes determination, mistakes, happy moments and headaches.

But in the end, it makes art. This is way more involved than just a click of a button. Artists will not lose their place in the world. We just have new tools. May we be mindful. May we be empathic. May we be grounded. And may we not only imagine a better world, but create one.

Things I've Learned so Far as a Neurodiverse Digital Content Creator. Fingernails and hair grow back. Polyfilla is great for repairing drywall. Amazon loves you and will reward you with even greater power to achieve your dreams, as long as you support their dreams of world domination. There really are demons in circuitry. I've seen the little f'er's. After three nights no sleep, 20 cups of coffee and a museum dose of psychedelics, but they are there… Tourettes is enough of an explanation in most situations. Most of those people smiling at you from the internet with perfect teeth are bots. Software is called soft for a reason. Because is is squishy and unpredictable. Sanity is subjective. But ultimately I've learned that the desire to create and share comes from a deep love for Humanity. We endure the hard stuff because we want to see Humanity thrive and shine. There are better ways. Look. We can see them. We'll show you.
