Are you always saying that you are surrounded by needy people...perhaps negative people... or people who take and never give back? This is a time to step back and reflect on what energy you are putting out there. I go trough phases of this and wonder why? Their is no one to blame ... just a time to rethink what I am putting out there and remember to focus on gratitude! It’s not that you are bad or negative... it just means you are focusing more on those things than the blessing you truly have. Our son has a warrior spirit, which clashes with my peace love and hugs spirit. Instead of squashing it, I found appropriate outlets for it! I want him to be who he is and thrive! We let him play with nerf guns and swords because he wants to be a protector. We tell him he is practicing his skills and we never use them to hurt anyone or anything. He feels empowered that he can protect himself and his family. I used to be afraid of snakes till I realized that I actually just respected them. Knowledge is everything. Today we leave friends and family to go back to Minnesota! We have so many mixed emotions. We are so thankful for our loved ones here in Minnesota. Sometimes I just need a moment to listen to the rain or a river or the sound of the ocean. Better yet go visit a place with water. Many of us our soothed by the sound of running water. If you can’t access it directly find the sound online and listen to it while you cook, clean it meditate. Imagine the water flowing through you and washing away all stagnant energy that no longer serves you.
