✧✩ How to Lose ✩✧ More Weight After Hitting a Plateu ❧❦❧❦❧❦❧❦❧
✟- this is the most important one! if you don’t do this your weightloss will be very slow if any at all! REGULAR REFEEDS! What you need to do is, everytime you seem to stop losing, eat normally. At least 1200cals a day. You don’t have to binge or anything, you’ll probably gain 3lbs or 1kg which is worth it when it’s done! When the week is over, go back to restricting. The week long refeed has boosted your metabolism immensely, so that you’ll be back in the honeymoon phase and drop weight off probably faster than before! Do this every time you hit a plateu, it’s guaranteed to work! This is why you always see people on here posting about how they overate but magically lost rather than gained!
✟- Take vitamins and get all of your nutrients. Shockingly, having an 3at1ng D1sord3r fucks up your body’s ability to function. Not having enough nutrients causes all sorts of problems which also means it can’t metabolise properly because it doesn’t have enough nutrients to burn anything! So take your vitamins for your body to burn fat like it usually would in a healthy environment!
✟- I’ll say this again and again. Sleep. For us rexie gals and guys, we should be getting at least 11 hours of sleep to make up for the damage we are doing to ourselves. Sleep is the main metabolic booster. The more sleep you get, the more your body repairs itself, the better your metabolism and digestion!
✟- Water Water Water! Water is the main ingredient in fat burning, you’ll notice that people who drink more water are usually more toned than fat, this is because water is making burning fat easier, and boosting your metabolism, so you have less fat than usual!
✟- green tea + lemon. THIS IS THE ULTIMATE WEIGHT LOSS DRINK! It is so good and has helped me so much, it helps you to avoid eating because it’s just so good! you can freeze it in an ice mold and eat the ice when you crave solid food, and it boosts your metabolism/burns fat like crazy!
✟- HIIT workouts. HIIT workouts are the absolute best workouts for boosting metabolism and burning fat because you continue to burn calories for about 45-60 mins after you finished, this also goes for cardio but that only goes on for 30 mins after you’ve finished.
(i’m not a doctor but i’m studying to be one so i hope you guys can trust me even though some of these sound absolutely crazy)

🌸 Alright so i decided im not gonna weight myself as long as possible. That means at least a week or ten days. I cant promise that but i'll try. I'll try to lose weight as much as i can. I'll do anything without distracting myself by the number on the scale. And then im gonna let myself get surprised. Lets see how it's gonna work.
🌸 I've got a new job now for about three weeks, I hope to move and exercise as much as possible and have as little time to eat as possible. I reallyyyy need to get visibly, i mean VISIBLY SKINNIER till the September 4th. I can't come back to school looking like shit. I guesss im about 52 kgs now. I hope to move at least to 48 by the end of the summer. Yes id like to lose ten kilograms or at least seven till the end of august but lets be realistic. If i weight myself in a week or two and there wont be a nember lower than 50, ill try even harder!

🌸 My pants dont fit at all, i bought some school stuff, my legs are still huge i need to get rid of them. I dont have no appetite yet my family forces me to eat.
I walked 10k steps today. It's not much i usually can make like 16k approximately. We had fried cheese for lunch but i did not even eat a half of it. I was really full. And i burned all those cals from it.
Tomorrow is my first day at a new job. I hope I won't have time to eat
