And just because they have 1 disagreement in there PERSONAL LIVES does mean they have to bast that person. They can just, not make content together.
People are acting like Wilbur and Shelby started international wars, but Wilbur f-up and had to apologise and we know from previous clips WAY BEFORE he met shelby that he'd done similar things, Niki even mentioned wilbur biting her in come old live streams and clips.
"but shelby didn't blah blah-" Niki knew, Scott Smajor knew, Noxite/Nox crew knew because he wasn't the Mcc presenter for a long time, minx knew, Bilzo knew, geminitay knew, Aimsey clear knew for a long time because you don't have a reaction like that not know furthermore they said they already knew, Ranboo vaguely knew, MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC KNEW BUT WERE SHUT DOWN
Everyone knew apart from the people who weren't as close to Shelby or didn't witness his behaviour. Heck even QT and someone other people highlight Wilbur behaviour at a content creator party DESPITE minx being the one on the chopping block.
People who didn't even know wilbur acknowledged he was weird, and some expressed discomfort. James marriott decided to promotely cut ties with lovejoy because he was uncomfortable with there behaviour, he was crapped but has since recovered.
Some other smaller CC who spoke out didn't recover.
And personally I believe we had no right to know because it's about there PRIVATE LIVES and Wilbur has a fanbase similar to BTS, they see, they attack and they don't ask questions.
Why would wilbur need to apologise for something he didn't do? Because he did do it.
He did do those things, whether people like it or not he did. There are too many people, including non-content creators, who knew about his behaviour, tried to speak out but then were cut off because of it. It took a collective effort of at always 18+ people over the course of 5+ years to get the word out.
It's not shelby's fault that "Wilbur's career is ruined" and it's certainly not her fault that crazy people think it's okay to doxx him.
"but why didn't they go to the police?" that man had a rough estimate of 3 million in his whole time on dsmp, the government for the highest tax bracket would take 50%
Why arrest someone who gives you 1.5 millions?
And then there's a fact of 1 MILLION domestic abuse case were reported by the UK alone in 2023, 24% of those cases weren't reported by the victim hense going "unreported", and only 50k of the 1 MILLION case went to court AND ONLY 5% WERE CONVICTED.
So only 5% of domestic abuse cases go to court.
And only 2500 of those people go to prison.
Only 0.25% of abuse cases, in the UK, ends up with someone being punished.
And out of that 0.25% are they arresting someone who gives them 1.5 million in the last 4 years? No.
As someone who lives in the UK violence is tolerated as long as they'd 1. Wealth. 2. Have lazy police in the area. 3. Are a public figure which can damage tourism. 4. Member of the government/police force. 5. You can convince them that you won't do it again.
People are wild to think it's as straightforward as "bad man go to jail"
They couldn't give a flying-f if Wilbur just up and left because he already gave them alot of money. What's 1 person who pays you 0 taxes because they're not apart of your country to someone who paid you millions?
It's a shitty world but Wilbur will never be charged. Most famous people will never be charged.

Lionmaker? Slept and had NSFW relations with a 14 year old, who was in his videos and ha she sentenced and charged. But people are asking him to come back.
Wilbur? Openly admitting to his poor behaviour, his tendencies to be a bit violent (in past content) and biting people. "but lovejoy this" and "I wanna drink is p*ss that" (someone did say that in twitter)
Meowbahh? Oh a cute little png minecraft-ish YouTuber. Proceeds to draw art of her having NSFW relationship with Technoblade, days after he died, in his coffin.
Some people are allowed to have platforms simply because they're cute or hot and it's a bit gross.
I'm genuinely hoping for the day people think before posting and parents are more involved in there child's interest because you shouldn't be supporting someone who draws them self f-ing a corpse because they're cute.
I agree with you, but people haven't forgiven Meowbahh the only time you see stuff about them is when people are obviously talking bad about them.

I used to be a casual fan of dsmp until techno died. After which it seems most members (even after) lost there minds and started leaning into there more toxic and hateful traits, causing unnecessary drama and them being isolated/cut off.
Sapnap began to complain at ever turn about everything. I don't think there's been a recent MCC he's been in, were he hasn't complained once. He even complains about his friends and cuts them off randomly. The modern irl minecraft Mondays.
Dream let his "cult followers" get out of control and is now acting like an absent farther.
George isn't doing anything wrong he's just a bit of an online creep, and can't handle situations himself. He also laughed at a cancer charity and covered himself by donating his "personal" money
Tommy and Tubbo are doing great but they make content at the expense of there physically and mental health. They need a break. No one is leaving after a week of rest.
Ranboo has had to step up to the 'monotone, funny streamer man' that techno once was despite them being completely different people. He deserves to make his own content.
Niki and Minx are being thrown around like dolls for Wilbur's mistakes, everything seems to be there fault when it's not.
Wilbur, has always had a sort of "snappy" vibe. He's always the center of attention, and knows it. He steps on tommys fingers for tying his shoes. Calls him fat for having fun. And was generally a bad person even before being exposed. He only cared for himself.
BadBoyHalo, is being (wrongly) called ugly and a waste, for just existing and wanting to be friends with as many people as possible
Quackity is getting sh*t on for the actions of his power-tripped workers and is going into debt to make people happy.
Skeppy is being blamed for not having a reaction and not engaging in conflict
Some of them have let the power of being "top 200" creators get to there heads and it shows. They all need a break.
The younger mcyt need a genuine adult figure in there lives to undo what social media and dsmp has done to them.
And the adults of dsmp need therapist.
There behaviour is not right. And neither are there extreme fans. You no longer can be a causal viewer because "you're supporting someone who did this!" and it's like they're all 13yrs old fighting over colored pencils
I can agree with some of these but not everything, like Dream for example is 'acting like an absent father' bc literally everything he does he's called a bad person, he's been canceled twice for something he didn't do plus some of his CHILDHOOD friends turned out to be horrible people.
Also Ranboo didn't really become a monotone funny streamer, he just got more comfortable with themselves and trys to set boundaries.

CCs interacting with the fandom *too* much can kill the fandom
I think it depends on what type of content they make, like many mcytbers make videos that heavily involve their community. Like making multiplayer servers for experiments.
But for CC's like many of the hermits a lack of interaction makes the fans thrive every time they get a single crumb of info.
