Look. I’m not a Watcher fan. I have no horse in this race.

But saying things like “people don’t want to pay for things that were once free” is really fucking tone deaf. The Watcher fans WANT to see their content. They cannot AFFORD to pay for another streaming service.

Y’all on the Watcher team need to sit down and humble yourselves. If I have to choose between 8 ghost hunting/mystery/whatever videos a month and food, I’m choosing food. Especially when free horror and true crime channels are a dime a dozen. I’m sure most of the Watcher fan base feels the same.

If Watcher is going to own this decision, they need to own the fact that they have purposely alienated a large majority of their fan base. They can’t just pretend that people are choosing to stop watching because they’re too lazy or too entitled to pay.

Groceries are expensive. Rent is going up. Baby formula costs 50 fucking dollars.

Nobody thinks Watcher has Mr. Beast money. Nobody is asking Watcher to raise production costs either, from what I’ve seen at least. In fact, most Watcher fans I’ve seen talking about this said they’d be perfectly fine with lower quality videos if they don’t have to pay for a streaming service.

From an outside perspective, this entire situation has been incredibly tone deaf on the side of the Watcher team. I can only hope they reevaluate and realize what a horrible decision this is before it’s too late.

9. So the CGI budget was apparently very low because they only allow the Face Maker (who’s entire power is making impossible faces) to actually “make faces” like once? The rest of the time he just makes weird faces with his regular face.

10. “Oh no. She’s got SHARK STRENGTH!!”

11. The Face Maker has now made 2 faces with CGI. I’m going to count these now.

12. So Pedro Pascal’s mom’s power is “Training”, Pedro Pascal’s power is “Katana”, my bets are that Pedro Pascal’s daughter’s power is going to be “Leadership” and/or “Friendship”

13. 3 CGI Face Maker faces. Maybe they shouldn’t have wasted their entire budget on Wish.com Luffy.

14. Okay the Heroics finding the kids by picking up on the training montage music is the funniest shit.

15. Why couldn’t they have given Guppy teeth during her shark frenzy? Like, even if the CGI budget was too low, you can find plastic vampire fangs at Dollar Tree. As it stands, she just kind of awkwardly opens her mouth while stock monster sound effects are played over her.

16. Miracle Guy is the best and most relatable character in this movie.

18. 4 CGI Face Maker faces. This poor kid only gets to actually use his power 4ish times.

20. Why is this childminder person having way too much fun with her role? She’s really getting into it, to an almost uncomfortable extent.

I accidentally went viral on TikTok.

I don’t think y’all understand.

I went viral on TikTok for a 15 second clip where I joked about using a second timer on my vape battery to “try to beat my high score”.

I specifically engineered this TikTok not to get picked up by the algorithm. I made it short so that it would automatically get more views than likes. I talked openly about vaping. I used no tags.

And the algorithm. Took it.

I make skits. I analyze media. I will sometimes make heavily scripted and edited content if I feel so inclined. These videos get thousands of views at best.

At least stoners started following me in droves.

So, after applying at least 3 times for disability, I got another letter saying I haven’t worked enough to get it.

I wonder why I haven’t worked?

(Hint: It’s because Im disabled)

The fact that people have to fight constantly with Social Security is bullshit. We are people too, we deserve to be able to afford basic necessities and not have to fight to live.
