A misperception

You think you are reading the words, written by someone.

In reality, the words are appearing because of you.

What you perceive is never independent from the perceiver. If you don't perceive, it's not happening. If you hadn't a body nothing would be happening because without your body nothing can be perceived.

If you stop reading this here and turn your attention somewhere else, then where are the words? What is the immediacy of your experience right now? If you close your eyes the words are gone but you are still saying: "I know that the words are there when I am opening my eyes." Then again, the words are there because of you. They aren't there without you.

Anything in front of you isn't there without you. The next look, the next move, the next smile, the next sound, the next taste—it's only happening because of you.

Take yourself out. The world is gone. The books, the history, the learning, everything you know, at any time, needed perceiving. Fixing up the past, trying to become a better "you"—it is not in the immediacy of what you are perceiving right now. An entire universe is unfolding only because of you.

Don't take my words. Try it!

Experientially in this instant, nothing is outside of you. Everything is inside of you. Nothing is perceived without you. Everything is because of you.

Mind

Mind is like a sunrise. It just happens. If you fight it you're in trouble. If you let it go you're in trouble. If you know you're not the mind you will see the sunrise instead. It just happens.

Happiness

Have you noticed?

The silence, underlying all the noise?

The sounds, coming from nowhere, staying for a while, leaving unannounced?

The peace, accompanying all your experiences, undisturbed by any turmoil?

The love, happening in and of itself, depending on nothing other than your openness?

The fullness, presenting itself in this moment, complete in its incompleteness, whole in its pieces, healing in its acceptance?

The surrender, happening without you, without your trying to surrender, without your holding onto it, just on its own?

Have you noticed?

The freedom, in this instant? When the world stops and you’re free from becoming free?

What I am is not I Am

I have no thought coming out of myself. Nothing I know is mine. Everything came to me. That I Am is also a concept. Who could I be to come up with the notion of I Am? Who was I before the feel of I Am occurred? I am not I Am.

And over

Don’t even try to be.

Don’t do and don’t don’t.

You cannot not be where I Am comes from.

An instant to let go off.

Up and out. In and down.

And over.

NOTICING

SPIRITUAL AUTHENTICITY

'If you think I'm a teacher, you better leave right now.' That's the only authentic saying a so-called teacher may come up with. Anything else is fraud. If a teacher is followed by a crowd misperception is not far away. If a teacher tells you what to do he or she is struggling with the mind's dust. There's no teaching though a thousand books and hundreds of teachers try to tell you otherwise. This teaching is the non-teachers failure trying to point you back to pure potential. Before you were male or female, this or that, having past and future and present. It's authentic because it can't be taught, no matter how dear we like a person or a teaching or the truth. Any liking or disliking is intellectual and emotional imprint, overlaying pure potential in this moment. Be and don't become, for an instant only. And then forget about it, about the moment, the 'you' and 'I Am'.

Peace

To become this peace, is another concept in time. In this instant there’s no time for becoming peaceful. Only mind wants peace. But eternal peace is timeless.

You are at peace before you want to be at peace.

How far will you travel to arrive at this timeless peace? What is there to do to be here now? To be the peace that you already are?

Up!

You are only here. Nothing can bring you back. Nothing can turn it down.

You are here, fully here. Everything is up, out, great. For too long you were curing your lacking.

Here you love, you fly. Here you are great. Here you burn down your boundaries.

Up! Never down. Never backwards. The sky is no limit for you. Your presence is infinite.

Up! The only direction you can take.
