1240 kcal today so my body doesn't go to starvation mode and doesnt let me lose weight. I need a bunch of small meals a day but when I work they get suspicious if I don't want to eat so I have a really big sandwich :( at least I can eat less when I'm not working and just have 1 meal a day and some light snacks under 100 kcal so I stay under 1000 if possible...

My day today was super good. I woke up with cold though:( but I got my period after having pre period cravings for like 2 months so I was able to restrict today! Under 500 kcal I'm super happy!

Finallyyyyy back down to 74 again, it's actually not hard to stay under 1400 when I allow myself to go over twice a week. Like today I was super faint the entire day so I decided that to give myself extra energy jd eat 1600 and though I feel gross I know that it will help me keep on track.

FINALLY opened my c*lorie co*nting app again after like 3 weeks of no tracking, I changed to max 1300 a day and allowing myself to go 1500 on days I know I'll get more cravings. Also my period finally came so I have less cravings which is amazingggg!!
