Tier list of THSC routes based on how strong Henry is by the end of the route (except for Revenged!Henry who I am making alive for the sake of actually being interesting to rank). This doesn’t just take into account individual Henry strength, because then it would just be a tie between all the Henrys except for Revenged!Henry. This takes into account any additional resources that the Henrys have at their disposal, allies at their side, or enemies they’ve made.

As for tier explanations:

S Tier:

In these routes, Henry has made two extremely powerful allies, one of which includes Ellie.

Triple Threat!Henry: Ellie Rose and Charles Calvin are at Henry’s side, along with Galeforce’s army, allowing this Henry to stand up against TK!Henry. As for why this Henry ranks above, I’m making the somewhat controversial claim here that Charles could 100% take on Right Hand Man Reborn if it came down to it. Maybe not 1-on-1, but Charles’s helicopter has enough gadgets that he could take care of RHM without a sweat with the likes of both remote hacking and direct mind control.

Toppat King!Henry: With Ellie Rose as Henry’s Right Hand Lady and Right Hand Man Reborn as an ally, TK!Henry could lead the Toppat Clan to victory.

A Tier:

These routes has Henry recruiting only one particularly strong ally, but they’re backed by a large number of weaker allies as well.

Toppat Recruits!Henry: Henry has Ellie with him in the Toppat Clan again, but this time he’s not leading the clan and has no cyborg at his disposal. Still, this Henry ranks above the others because even without his cybernetics, Right Hand Man is a force to be reckoned with, not to mention that Dmitri, the warden of the Wall, is now dead.

Special BROvert Ops!Henry: With the rest of the Toppat Clan arrested and Charles as a friend, SBO!Henry is very well off. That said, SBO!Henry still lacks a certain redhead as a friend, so he doesn’t rank as high as TR!Henry.

Toppat 4 Life!Henry: Like SBO!Henry, T4L!Henry lacks Ellie Rose’s friendship, but he’s the leader of the Toppat Clan and has RHM Reborn’s trust, so he could be much worse.

B Tier:

Henry is with Ellie, but the duo isn’t really backed by anyone else in particular.

Pardoned Pals!Henry: The Toppat Clan is more or less decimated due to the collapse of the rocket and the duo has received a pardon from their crimes, with the added benefit of not having to worry about the Wall anymore.

Capital Gains!Henry: Henry and Ellie are rich! …That’s about it. They’ve ticked off the Toppat Clan by stealing their money cart. The good news is that they don’t have the government on their backs.

C Tier:

Henry is by himself, but he’s much stronger than other routes in which he’s by himself.

Master Bounty Hunter!Henry: A strange pick to be above Revenged!Henry, but considering MBH!Henry was specifically tasked with capturing RHM Reborn and became a professional bounty hunter afterwards, I’d say it’s fair to place him above R!Henry.

Revenged!Henry: He makes up for his multitude of enemies and lack of allies with multiple gadgets and increased resilience. Assuming he’s alive, he’d probably make quick work of the Henrys below this list.

D Tier:

Henry is by himself and not super strong, but he’s got the gadgets to cover himself.

Stickmin Space Resort!Henry: Has the most peaceful ending of all the Henrys, but he still took the Toppat Clan’s rocket, which would be loaded up with all of the Toppat’s belongings, Supreme Dominance, and even a few on-board Toppats. Falls into D tier because he’s out of the game and probably removed or locked off a lot of the dangerous gadgets in making the rocket into a resort.

Cleaned ‘Em Out!Henry: Henry has the Toppat’s belongings, minus the rocket and Toppats. He does have Charles, but considering that Charles doesn’t show up at all in CEO, it’s likely that they’ve grown apart.

E Tier:

Henry has the Government as allies, but they aren’t particularly an asset to him.

Valiant Hero!Henry: Henry has the Government as allies, but without Charles…

Little Nest Egg!Henry: The Toppats don’t know that Henry is still alive, but neither does the Government. At least he’s richer for it.

Free Man!Henry: Henry has a distant connection with the Government and is free of the Toppat Clan, but there’s still Ellie to worry about.

F Tier:

Henry’s got a loooooooot of enemies, and allies are either few and far between.

Jewel Baron!Henry: Remember that post I made about how Jewel Baron is about Henry’s materialistic corruption and abandoning of all sides for his own gain? Yeahhh, that’s gonna get people real pissed. The Wall is looking for him, he’s made Ellie mad, he abandoned the government, and he’s gotten on the Toppat Clan’s nerves not once but twice. At this point the only reason he’s gotten away with any of what he has is solely because of his own hubris.

Toppat Civil Warfare!Henry: Henry has allies, but he’s made strong enemies of all sides. Unlike JB!Henry, TCW!Henry abandoning Ellie came back to bite him, not to mention he’s much more likely to be targeted by the government for being a Toppat.

ellie rose, out of all the characters, feels like an enigma. why is she in a high security prison? why is she cool w murder and theft, but not betrayal? why does she have no problem either becoming a toppat or working for the government?

galeforce apparently had his sights on hiring her for a long time, which hints at her being an expert thief like henry. but she could literally be a spy or smthg and have the same skillset.

out of the triple threat, her motives and backstory are the most open to interpretation.

charles was apparently a v gifted pilot even when young, and supervised by galeforce for a good chunk of his career. he works for the government, and ONLY the government. henry is a guy who can’t hold down a job for whatever reason, but eventually just enjoyed stealing for the rush, which is the same rush he gets when going on government missions.

ellie just?? vibes?? she’s fine w simply stealing a ton of money, she’s fine running a criminal group, she’s fine working for a government agency.

10/10, love her to death.

There’s actually two paths you can take (if you consider every single person that was knocked unconscious/is unresponsive as dead) to complete the collection with only 7 deaths. In ETP Badass Bustout is the only ending of the 3 where others aren’t knocked down/killed/blamed for your crime, so that’s the ending I went for. STD requires at least one death, and with only one casualty Unseen Burglar causes the least amount of damage. Now while RPE has the least deaths in ITA with 1 (counting RHM here, even if he comes back), and 2 possible casualties, while GSPI has 3 confirmed, and 3 unconfirmed. (While the RBH ending has the same amount of deaths as RPE, FM has 5 onscreen deaths, and I’m assuming many more offscreen). In FTC, GI actually doesn’t have any deaths, only a fight between two guards that we don’t see the result of. This gets us to CTM With 4 deaths as we start TCW, and 7 as we start CEO. TCW has 2 deaths, and one unconfirmed, while CEO has no deaths, putting the final count for both at 7. If you only want to go with the confirmed deaths that puts both TCW and CEO timelines at 4 deaths each. I’m so sorry that this is so long, or if I missed anything, I attempted to be as thorough as I could with this and hopefully managed to count everything correctly.

Your post with how far Triple Threat are willing to go to complete a mission got me thinking about how many deaths actually occur from BTB-CTM, and if there was a way to get through the collection without any casualties. The short answer is no but I did find the paths for the minimum amount if you wanna hear it, I just don’t want to make the ask too long and would also feel bad about filling your inbox with something you don’t want to hear about.

hey what? that sounds super cool i knew you always had to kill someone (the first diamond routes are impossible to go through w/o death iirc), but what's the way to get the least amount of casualties? :0

sometimes i’m reminded that triple threat basically have a broken moral compass

henry won’t hesitate to kill people or leave them to die if he doesn’t benefit somehow.

ellie is the same, except she has a harsh stance against hurting those who actually help her.

charles is the best, but he’ll still crunch people with his helicopter if it protects his team. oh, and he was willing to explode and kill perhaps hundreds of people on a satellite. does he know they have escape pods? maybe. but he knows that at least a few people aren’t going to escape in time.

really, i’d imagine that triple threat isn’t only a nightmare bc they’re some of the cleverest people you’ll find, but also you’re never sure *just* how far they’re willing to go to complete a mission.

Posting this at 3:30 am cause I can’t sleeeeep—-

Happy 1st Anniversary CtM!! 🎉🎉🎉 I’m not even being hyperbolic when I say this game changed my life. Because of this game, I started my first webcomic, I met my best friend, and so many other wonderful people I would now consider my family, I’m starting my freelance art career (very slowly, but we’re getting there,) and I managed to keep my sanity in tact over this pandemic 😅 I was in a really fragile place mentally when I started this journey, quarantine was seriously taking it’s toll, but because of one small test animation to see how easy it would be to animate Henry falling out of a portal I made last September, things are really looking up for me—- I’m so happy to be a part of this amazing community. Thank you all for being here for me, and thank you to Puffballs United for making this all possible in the first place. Here’s a giant poster of a piece to try and show my gratitude ^^
