We made another bonus episode! We definitely didn’t stay on topic, but it’s a fun ramble through discussions of sexuality, pleasure, and women filmmakers in the context of our very favourite show
New bonus episode! We will be doing these on Wrong Thursday whenever we’re bored in quarantine and have something extra to talk about that we didn’t think got explored enough in the main episodes.
We decided to talk about feminist film theory and women filmmakers a bit because it got mentioned in episode 5 but we didn’t get to flesh it out as much as we would like.
content note: feminist film theory can be very second wave and skew white/cis/hetero. We tried to complicate this as much as possible but it is still very much in the bones of that body of work. Also mentions of sexual assault.

Bonus episode!
We are all stuck in quarantine, so we wanted to bring you a bit more content to help you (and us, honestly) get through this whole thing. From time to time on ‘wrong Thursday’ we will be bringing you bonus episodes about different themes in the Witcher franchise as a whole.

1. I love the colour of my eyes - they’re green-hazel, but are mostly green with just a little very light brown in the middle
2. I have very curly hair that is sometimes a mess, but when I get it right I love it more than anything
3. I tan easily and I weirdly love my changing pattern of tan lines
