the concept and idea of “you can always start trying to be a better person” is extremely important to me both in media and irl and i continue to be deeply deeply disturbed by the trend on this site pushing that these ideas in media are bad writing or even morally reprehensible

because theyd rather someone stay terrible or just straight up die than become a better person 

from a compassionate point of view it’s deeply distressing and from a pragmatic point of view it’s outright frustrating

For non aro folk who want to depict qprs; go ahead! Representation is fun, and qprs aren't shown all that much at all. However;

Queerplatonic relationships aren't exclusively aro/ace.

Queerplatonic relationships aren't essentially the "third thing" outside of romantic and platonic relationships- in some cases, they are, but in other cases, they aren't! It's fluid! It isn't just the "third option" if a relationship between characters is not romantic or familial.

A queerplatonic relationship is however the people in that relationship want it to be! The point of a qpr is that it's not following the strict, societal standards of how relationships "should" be!

A queerplatonic relationship is not essentially "romance lite" or "best friends but deeper"! The definition for a qpr is dependent on the people in it!

Queerplatonic folk can get married to each other.

A queerplatonic relationship can be exclusively with one person.

Queerplatonic relationships can get physically intimate.

While there may be similarities between other kinds of QPRs, there's no set definition for what a QPR is- it's between the people participating in it to define how their QPR is.

A friend and I had this funny conversation where Bakugou likes biting Danshin as a bit/joke, and Danshin isn't aware of this bit/joke but isn't completely bothered by it.

We also discussed where if Danshin were to move, he'd prevent them from moving and not let them go. Not in a possessive way of course but in a "screw you, you're not going anywhere!" sort of way.

Days 1-3 I only did three since I had other things to do.

Going to make this short since I want to make spaghetti before I sleep.

Junichiro, in his early twenties, was a bit different from the current Junichiro. To put it simply, he was an introverted ass. He had a plan when he moved into his apartment with his best friend. He didn't expect another roommate, babysitting a random kid, and falling in love with someone who is part of a group he doesn't care for. Junichiro didn't care about proheroes. He still doesn't, but there are some exceptions.

But back to the main point of this post. Junichiro wasn't expecting to nor did he want to look after his neighbor's kid. But surprisingly enough, he did a better job caring for Danshin than expected. It may not show much here, but that's because this is when Junichiro started looking after Danshin. He's still a bit salty about his roommate accepting the job.

STORY: After losing the Cavalry battle, Danshin is left to process everything that has happened in the last few hours, but they are soon comforted by a classmate whom they previously dropped. Part 2 finished, I'm really glad I went back and redrew Danshin's introduction. I'm also glad I got to do Yumie justice. Disclaimer: All backgrounds are from the anime.

I have this Pokemon Gajinka idea and it involves me remaking John Bec's character. They're name's going to be Bec now.

STORY: Let's try this again.

The story begins at the sports festival... Introducing to the story is Danshin Rikifumi, a general course student from class 1-C, and today was the day the story shifted from its original point to them. I decided to redo Danshin's introduction since her story has changed a lot since I started this account. Do I plan on continuing this? It depends if I'm up for it, so don't keep your expectations high. I am thinking about making a part 2 to this tho. We'll have to see. Disclaimer: All backgrounds are from the anime except for the Present Mic announcement part. I made that.

They are friends and they play pokemon together.

Bakugou is sometimes the reason Danshin sleeps at night. Dude passive-aggressively tells them to sleep, and Danshin can't do much about it cuz they're tired.

Two tired guys who have tension but will talk about their U.A. kids from time to time. they are unofficial exes-

I don't talk about Danshin's parents or have Danshin talk about them often. I don't want to make it look like I have nothing planned for them or that they never come home. They do, just not often. As I have stated, they work jobs that keep them away from home or out of the country. So much that it has detached themselves from their family, from Danshin. I won't beat around the bush. Danshin was upset about it from the beginning, but as time passed, they began to accept their parents' absence. However, they didn't feel like their parents. They didn't feel like Mom and Dad. They felt like strangers. Strangers that walk in and out of their life for another call from work, not even bothering to keep in touch with their only child. Strangers that Danshin can't even recognize, let alone feel comfortable with.

I do want to be clear about this. They aren't bad people in any way, but they are bad parents. I would say that they tried to be parents, but it doesn't fix the bridge that they destroyed by not being there for Danshin. If I ever get the chance to give them proper designs, I don't plan on posting them. I want the people who look at my work to experience the anonymity that is Danshin's parents and how Danshin sees them. Absent.

And now a quote from my friend @aeroplane.exe "In a metaphorical sense, Danshin is like a door. Their parents treat them like a door, just walking in and out of their life without much regard. Danshin chooses to lock that door by not going into contact with them."

I had this funny idea that for the entirety of season one, Danshin chose to not speak (or talk when no one was listening) to the point their class assumed they just didn't talk, until after Shinsou declared war on Class 1-A.

Like their first words are them calling Shinsou a dumbass/j
