Someone sent me these photos after I got the ask about Jack being at American Legion the previous week (July 12th). Sorry the quality isn’t great. 

People keep asking me what was said in ibelieveinjackwhiteiii’s comments to cause Third Man and their associates to come to Olivia’s defense. Well I really only got caps of their comments, but in this cap here you can see a little bit of what people were saying that prompted a response. There were over 20 comments and most were similar to these. People were saying “I hate her”, “She’s like Yoko Ono”, “She’s ruining Jack”, “She’s a terrible person”, etc. Ibelieveinjackwhiteiii didn’t make any of these comments.

She posted the pics of Jack and Olivia dancing and her comment section filled up with OJ hate. 

Lillie Mae said, “She’s a nice girl y’all. IF YOU CAN’T SAY SOMETHING NICE DON’T SAY ANYTHING AT ALL. And she’s a beautiful dancer.” 

Bonnie Dee Fertita said to Lillie, “I agree.”

Bonnie Dee Fertita responded with: “If you believe in him…. then you should be happy.” [my input: pretty much confirming Jack is with her]

Then Third Man Records themselves chimed in with: “PSA from Third Man: Anyone who spreads hate about our artists and friends is not welcome in our world.”

This is what Olivia posted on Jack’s birthday but took it down because people were being bitches.

Why not just come at me correct? I’m not a scary ass bitch, am I? Funny, I never told you guys, tumblr mobile glitches sometimes and shows who sent anons (I have pics). I just never said anything, didn’t want you guys to feel uncomfortable about sending stuff. Apparently a lot of the hate I get comes from some dude’s account that I don’t recall seeing around the fandom. Seemed wack in both the sense that a dude would care so much about the shit, plus I’ve never seen them before so…

I wonder if Karen will have her own version of Don’t Hurt Yourself on her new album. *wink**wink*

On Third Man Records (I'll probably delete this in the morning)

Third man records gives me so much anxiety and I’m not even joking at this point. It was all just fun and games until ifjackwhitewerehood got shut down.

Now, I never agreed with his views on Olivia (I’m a huge fan), but it makes me scared that TMR is reading everything I say about them. I already have heightened paranoia about a lot of things, and this has just added to it. A few days ago, I had his horrible fear that OJ, JW, and all of TMR hated ME personally. That’s obviously ridiculous but I assumed since I had reblogged from HJW before, they probably associated me with them. Then, I drew a picture of Olivia and posted it on my Instagram, and she commented saying she liked it and had put it up on her site. My Instagram had a link to my tumblr so I felt like I needed to take THAT down, lest she look at it and see that I poke fun at TMR sometimes.

It’s just frustrating cause I fucking LOVE Olivia Jean, and have always been the first come to her defense. And I love Third Man. But I’m also a critical thinker. I want to be able to speak my mind. And right now it feels like “big brother” is sort of watching me online, so I can’t. Because TMR is aware of my online presence seeing as I drew Olivia and she commented on it. I don’t want them to think I don’t like them. I don’t want to get on TMR’s bad side. Especially when I’ve been one of the only OJ supporters on this site.

Also, I’m a singer/songwriter/musician, and once I finish my demo finally, TMR was gonna be the first place I took it. (I know I probably don’t have a shot but I like to dream and try), But I can’t pursue that AND run a blog where I even slightly criticize the “brand”.

So I’m wrought with anxiety and I’m psyching myself out and I feel like I need to decide: bite my tongue, ignore TMR’s flaws, and continue my journey to be on the label (which isn’t actually THAT crazy. Olivia started as a fan who ran a TWS site). OR: speak out with a critical mind and eye, and make some of the people I look up to the most (Jack and Olivia) hate me…

I know this is all dumb and it’s dumb to be afraid of a fucking record label, especially one I used to love. I know you guys all think I’m dumb and I’m sorry. This has just spooked me beyond belief.

 I love Olivia so much and I just really want people to know that despite the shit people hurl at her, there are fans who see her for her and for her art and admire her work and dedication.
