Not Nabi catching the actress disease

i honestly don’t know what the actress disease is 😭 but i’m guessing it’s when starts off as a singer > acts > continues to act > and never sings again, which is true!

nabi hasn’t sung in a whole because she’s more confident in her acting & bcus it’s what made her popular in the west: she doesn’t want to sing just yet...however after suffering from a bad breakup in 2021, she’s brewing some shit tehehe

#i cant fix my laptop :/ so idk how i’m gonna do this in the summer #but i’m planning to start up her story again

i’ve got her debut album and debut move in the drafts, i’ll upload them in the next few days hopefully (should’ve done this earlier)

i currently have no access to my photoshop so from then onwards nabi updates will be even less frequent than i already am :/ i have SO much promised for her though and her life is quite the interesting one

nabi's international fanbase, otherwise known as RUBIs is divided into three groups, you have your average fans who support her only or probably stan other people; they love her and do normal fan things. then you have her die-hard fans who will literally drag other idols and celebs through the mud, mostly shippers who only use nabi as a pawn in their game, but they usually attack if you attack first and finally: the shippers. as mentioned before they do use nabi but some of them are divided, they actually are her fans and stream etc but just ship her with someone.

overall i'd say RUBIs are quite peaceful but just don't mess with them, don't assume an irrelevant idol is more talented than her. that's what they'd probably say.

nabitrans | admin s and admin y (she/her and they/them)

they keep their identity anonymous for obvious reasons, they're usually translating and updating international RUBIs. away from fanwars but on their personal fan accounts they do engage with fanwars lmaooo

nbisn | ren (they/them)

defend nabi when they are invited into a fight, they probably also make hit edits and keep the tl entertaining. the aggressive side of RUBIs are usually either the comedians or the talented ones. armys hate ren and ren hated armys back

taebiarchive | taebi (she/her)

honestly kind of problematic, especially when nabi announced her break up with her celeb bf in 2021 - they kind of got into heat for posting a celebratory gif as if taehyung and nabi were gonna date after. it started with the same birthday. more detail on why they're shipped together later... anyways on twitter and instagram - taebi is quite the popular ship followed by chanyeol x nabi, namjoon x nabi, jaehyun x nabi, as you can see she's shipped with every living popular idol. the shippers are VERY annoying.

they were known to do insta lives on each other's accounts and mess about; nabi is known for her interesting livestreams, especially with her brother and other celeb friends who basically treat it like a facetime call

on her only instagram highlight - nabi shares sweet moments with her fans and calls them angels when they do something good like donating to a charity or helping society in any way

over on her youtube channel when travel was permitted within the country she flew to soando island where she vlogged her stay there and showed her fans around the small island she called home, obviously she had bought a large villa when she became successful and even did a little tour of her mother's house

Get to know actress and singer Son Na-bi, mainly known as Nabi. The specifics she wants to show as well as trying to hide the worst version of herself. This is the nation's angel.

public information

she has a twin brother who is also famous - he started off as a producer and singer-songwriter but the public grew interested in him as he began to open up: he's a comedian as well and stars in a variety show with his older sister by 5 mins

nabi is a very talented artist - that is in drawing and painting. She always wanted to become a full-time artist but lost her passion as education had killed it, but she has learned to love it again and even has her own studio in her apartment

she's got two pet cats - a black and blind grey sphynx cat also known as nunu and lala. they're her babies and she's constantly posting them, she adopted lala after hearing about how she had become blind and the nation loved her even more after her generous act.

nabi has never really been in a scandal in the five years of her career. however, she did break out of the mould with announcement who her boyfriend was just only two years after her debut.

can speak english fluently because she studied further in high-school. she was actually considered a good student with excellent grades, in fact after she sat her KSAT, she managed to achieve full marks and got many offers to attended SNU but she rejected because at the time she wanted to become an idol

she doesn't really have a mob fanbase and is not considered to be an idol - she rarely has any choreography in her songs but when she does, it's bound to become the next trending tiktok challenge

a lot of male celebs list her as their ideal type and she has received many confessions but she' obviously refused, when she broke up with her boyfriend in 2020 the love letters surged even more but she's a single pringle. or...who knows? maybe not

she once subtly called out the industry's unfair treatment of rookie actors and how directors these days are usually favouring 'untalented stiff' idols to play heavy, or deep, roles. knets agreed with her but were curious to know who she was shading and if she had shared any bad experiences with others.

is a big fan of ariana grande and managed to gain a follow from the hollywood star, ever since then she's been hoping for them to interact more than likes

her variety image is completely different to her stage image, she's goofy, sly and a 'breath of fresh air' as her co stars coined it. she is not afraid to look 'ugly' on those shows

private information

does not have a good relationship with her father, he was absent a lot in her life and after her twin brother had come out as bisexual to him in 2017, their relationship worsened. he is not a great guy and only really came back after seeing her become rich.

because she's from an island, nabi didn't have much privileges compared to city folk. she grew up poor with her mother constantly working in the marketplace as a produce seller

most of her childhood consisted of missed opportunities and being taken advantage of because of her social status and naive personality then

when she told her mother she wanted to go to seoul to try and audition for a few entertainment companies, her mum did not talk to her for three days because she worried. becoming an idol wasn't exactly a stable job as it meant a lot of waiting and a risky debut, she wanted her daughter to go to SNU and study well but after some convincing from nabi's brother, nabi's mother warmed up and let her daughter take the ferry to the mainland

suffers from a depressive disorder which sometimes interferes with her job, she once had to take a 4 month break from a film she was shooting because of her mental health.

has many faults as a person and does become snarky at times, bottling it up until exploding and sometimes speaking in a fury of anger intended to hurt the other
