🏗️ The project to waterproof 56 balconies within the Pivert 1 and 2 projects in Louvière (Saint Vast), carried out between 2016 and 2017, involves a series of complex and rigorous interventions. Firstly, a meticulous analysis was conducted of the existing support layer, followed by repair and preparation for the subsequent application of waterproof materials. During the renovation process, the drainage pipes and adjacent siphons of the balconies and roofs were replaced to ensure the optimal functioning of the drainage systems.
⚗️ The waterproofing itself was done using liquid polyurethane, an efficient and sustainable solution to protect surfaces from water infiltration and other atmospheric agents. The choice of this material was motivated by its excellent adhesion to various types of surfaces, as well as its resistance to temperature variations and UV radiation.
👷 The project represented a collaborative effort between construction specialists and skilled labor teams, resulting in effectively and durable waterproofed balconies, ensuring the comfort and safety of residents in their living environment.

🏗️ In thé years 2015 and 2016, ISOART collaborated with the company VALENS SA/NV to carry out a significant and precise intervention at the Leonardo Da Vinci Hospital in Montigny-le-Tilleul 🚧
⚡ISOART played a crucial role in various aspects of the project, including 👇🏼
🛠️ Installation of slats for window sunshades (totaling a quantity of 5 km)
🛠️ Disassembly and replacement of old façade elements
🛠️ Assembly of scaffolding
🛠️ Installation of trespa panels at the foundation
Our team approached the ❤️sanding and 🎨painting process of facade elements with professionalism and precision, ensuring an ✨enhanced and durable appearance.
Additionally, we focused on painting the interior metal support elements with 🔥fireproof polyurethane paint, thereby contributing to the safety and ✨overall aesthetics of the building.

Facade Renovation Project by ISOART - La Louvière, Belgium (2016)
ISOART undertook a renovation of the facade in La Louvière, Belgium, in 2016. This #project involved several stages: cleaning the old paint, repairing the cracks, applying the coating layer, installing profiles, applying a plaster reinforced with fiberglass mesh, and finally, applying the decorative plaster.

The lateral facade posed significant challenges, with cracks and considerable level differences between the left and right sides, ranging from 5 to 8 cm. Applying the layered coating, reinforced with a #metal mesh, was essential to ensure #stability and aesthetics.

👇Voici un des nombreux projets réalisé par ISO'ART, projet réalisé en 2010 (images passe très claire, effectuées avec un téléphone de cette époque).
Nous avons transformé un espace à l'intérieur du magasin Auchan en un espace design. Notre défi était de concevoir et réaliser un #plafond suspendu en plaques de plâtre sur une structure métallique, abaissé à 2 mètres du plafond principal et les murs faisaient 5 mètres de haut.
Le projet comprenait la gestion des tuyaux de #ventilation et du système d'extinction d'incendie déjà en place. Nous avons opté pour des fixations avec tiges combinées fixées avec des clips, et nous avons testé la résistance avec une charge de 60 kg par mètre carré. Résultat ? Un projet réussi, salué comme l'un des plus #complexes réalisés sur l'esplanade de ce magasin.
Lors de l'inauguration, le gérant du magasin a tenu à nous féliciter personnel pour notre travail. Nous sommes fiers de partager notre #passion pour l'architecture et le design.
