lunch: soup (200), blueberries (70). apple (60)
dinner: pasta (prob 300) and takis (140)
total  = 775
well at least I stayed under 800?? I also walked abt 3 miles and did a couple glute workouts

food log, feb 9 2021
hey ig today wasn’t horrible but it didn’t feel great either. Im abt to get my period so I feel like shit tho so that might be part of it. 
today I had about half a cup of blueberries (45), some leftover apple (60), a raspberry popsicle (25), some seaweed snacks (50), some pretzels (100), some cauliflower (150) and some falafel (200)
total = 630. All in all that’s not horrible but I was hoping to stay under 500 so not great either

FIRST OF ALL GUYS IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF IVE LOST 5 POUNDS IVE LITERALLY NEVER LOST WEIGHT BEFORE THIS IS A BIG DEAL FOR ME
oki anyways, today I had a granola bar (110), some soup (200), a large apple (75), some cucumber (15), some shortbread (180), and curry (prob 350)
total = 930
ughh I went over my limit

food log 2/1
hey guys
I had a really really really bad headache when I woke up so I decided to be a little less strict with myself today. I had some soup (250), a couple mini cucumbers (30), a piece of an apple (30), 3 homemade Gorditas without filling (114), a serving of takes (140), and some pasta (probably 300), and some caramel (300)
Total=1164. 
I also drank a lot of water and tea, and some coffee. I didn’t track my walk, but based on how far my other walks were it was probably around 2 miles. 
Even though I was way over my limit I was prioritizing my own health. I feel a little guilty but I think it’s okay just for today.

heyyyy at least today was better
I didn’t eat till like 6:30 cause I was going to a friend’s house. I had half a cookie (150), a little bit of pasta (prob 200) and a salad (prob 120). Total = 470ish?
 I also drank a whole lot of water and some coffee and tea so I felt pretty good, then I walked abt 4 miles.

today was kinda shitty tbh
i didn't eat all day cause i knew i was seeing friends for dinner. i had a small plate of pasta (probably around 200 cals) but then they brought a ton of candy and junk food with them so i probably had like 600-800 cals of that. i honestly have no clue what my total was (probably from 800-1000) but it wasn't good
ill try harder tomorrow

I hate the way my body is rn. The only way I can keep myself accountable is if I write down what I eat and what I do so ig here it is, any tips would be appreciated.
What I ate: Granola bar (110), 2 mini cucumbers (16), another granola bar (110), pasta (probably around 250? idk), another granola bar (110), pasta (probably 300?), ice-cream (150), popsicle (30). 
Total = 1076 calories (I want to stay under 800)
Exercise: walked 2 miles 
pls pls give me tips or inspo or tell me how gross I am I weigh 170 pounds rn and I really need to loose a ton of weight.
