Fanfic help?

Hello there fellow writers.

I used to write fics (different fandom!) when I was younger and if I have to be completely honest I was pretty good at it. Problem is I never wrote in English, but the Italian FF7 fandom is pretty dead.

The whole idea of me spreading shitty writing around the internet utterly terrifies me. My Italian writing (I swear) is not bad at all, but I'm not quite confident in my abilies with English: typing some silly posts on here is not the same as telling stories.

I even thought about writing in Italian and translating, but I would probably write complex construct I couldn't translate later. Any tips? I REALLY DON'T WANT TO BE CRINGE BUT I'VE GOT SOME SHIT STUCK IN MY HEAD I NEED TO GET OUT.
