Second What I Ate in a Day
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, rice and some tuna.
After dinner, ate 1 protein yogurt and 1 small banana.
Went to the gym and walked 8k steps. Drank like 1,5L of water.
Total calories: 457
Someone tell me if that’s good or not pls!
Feel a little guilty since I feel full bc I ate too much after dinner. However, it’s still a good day. I hope the fact I ate after dinner won’t affect my body tomorrow!

Lunch: 1 medium banana
Dinner: rice with 1 boiled egg and a little bit of tuna
Plus, went to the gym, walked 7k steps and drank A LOT of water!
Im proud of myself and I hope this gives any of you motivation!
By the end of the day i already saw changes comparing with yesterday!
