Butterfly Focus
A butterfly focus moment, when it seems that the most important task is what is immediately present to consider and act upon. We certainly could learn to be more present in our everyday life. There is so much to experience in our relationships and encounters with nature.
Everyday moments provide many opportunities for us to practice living with more focus. Sometimes, it seems we prefer distraction over present reality. We may not be ready to face the truth of how we are feeling or the actions of ourselves, or others, that we experience. It takes courage to live in the present moment.
Sure, there are times when we must look ahead and plan for future events. Even so, we would do well to consider the future in light of our present moment. Whatever it is that we are thinking or doing, let us seek to do so with focus, and truly live the present moment.

We too must embrace any danger and hardships to work together for good.
Bee on Cape Daisy demonstrates how bees and flowers support one another, so should we.
It takes work for both the plant to grow and the bee to make connections with flowers. There is danger as spiders may be waiting to surprise the bee with a lethal embrace. Insects may choose to eat the flower. Yet daily the bee and flower carry on in the life dance to be co-creators.
We too must embrace any danger and hardships to work together for good.
